Highly recommend this shop for anybody looking to repair collision damage. Francisco is very responsive and friendly. I sent him my insurance estimate and within a day my car was dropped off at the shop. He even went back to insurance to cover additional damage of the vehicle. The entire process took about a week and my car has never looked better! Thank you Francisco and Team at Long Beach collision Center! Hopefully I won t be back anytime soon but if I do, I know I m in good hands .

Long Beach Collision Center went Above and Beyond. Outstanding Service and Excellent Workmanship. From start to finish we felt confident we were in good hands. Kiera is super efficient and made the initial process a breeze. Francisco handled the details and provided a competitive estimate. Aside from the seamless quality repair work, what surprised us are the additional little touches that Francisco so graciously included. They returned our car so clean and perfect, we practically came back to a brand new car!We couldn t be happier and would definitely refer them to all our friends and family. Thank you Long Beach Collision Center. You are the BEST!

My experience with Long Beach Collision Center has exceeded my expectations. Francisco empathetically and patiently listened to story of the accident and my current situation, and was thorough, communicative, and detail-oriented from our first meeting and throughout the entire process of repairs. Repairs took a little longer than expected, but it was due to the great attention and care paid to making sure my vehicle was safe to drive. My car was returned to me looking and feeling even newer than it did before my accident, and it even drives better now. The extra time used to repair was definitely worth it. Francisco even repaired additional damage on my roof and scratch on the side and returned my car to me very clean. This was such a pleasant experience that arose out of a very stressful time. I would highly recommend Long Beach Collision Center. You can trust that they will care about you and your car, and your money will be well spent here.

Got rear ended and asked my insurance to send my car here based off the Yelp reviews I had read. LBCC were extremely helpful from the beginning. Gave me a very accurate estimate within the first 20 minutes of meeting them. I got my car back in pristine condition. Looks even better then before! I understand there was a delay created by the insurance companies involved, but the only thing I would recommended is more follow ups! Other then that this company offers exceptional quality work and value for their services!Highly recommend

Francisco and his team are always professional, courteous, and willing to do what it takes to get you the best deal that works best with your insurance plan. I have been here twice for body work and I always leave with a smile on my face knowing that my car is in good hands. Thank you Francisco for your help and always being so flexible!

Absolutely the best! I'm leaving California soon, but made it a point to have this crew do some cosmetic touch up before I go. They've also done some pretty major dings and dents for me in the past, exceeding my expectations every time!

I wanted to like this place but there was a huge lack of communication on their side as well as a constant inconsistent time frame of when my car would be ready.I did not mind them working on my car for longer but I did mind being kept in the dark about this and also the final amount they charged my insurance.The only time I received a call was when my car was supposedly ready (it wasn t -_- ) but they seemed more concerned about why my insurance hadn t sent them the final check.Funny how they called to ask why my insurance hadn t sent the last payment but they did not bother to tell me that they were submitting that payment request in the first place. For those curious, my insurance HAD sent the payment.Car looks good though, overall experience ehh.

What a great experience at Long Beach Collision Center. My car was side-swiped and was a mess and was I knowing that I had to deal with the repair myself as it was an unknown driver. Francisco didn t hesitate to have my vehicle towed and got right on my repairs. There were some delays due to parts not being delivered timely and my vehicle needing alignment inspection because of the magnitude of the impact. Francisco delivered my car to me as I was without a car and not conveniently close to the shop. My car was clean and back to pre-accident condition. Thank you, LBCC. I will recommend your shop to everyone.

This place is the best one I found in this whole area, I was afraid to take my car to a paint shop and they wouldn't do a good job.First And more important to me ; Frank listens and pays attention When you explain,they did a good job on my carThank You.10/11/2021 update. If I could, I would give you another 5 stars, I returned for a small detail in my car and Frank fixed it free of charge, By the way, he also gave me a rental car while he fixed mine, No charge!. I am very happy to know that the warranty is valid as long as you are the owner of the car.I recommend this place.Thank you

I took by car to this body shop, because all the good reviews it has, and they are all true.My experience with Francisco was great, he s the owner and he take personal care of your car, and make them look like new again.They really make good job

This man(Pat) is an awesome business man ! He is willing to work with you so it is Done Right! He built my dream car ! It has been in magazines and pulls alot of trophies ! I checked several shops and all quoted 40% higher rates. Also many wanted to replace the grill completely. These guys are honest, fast and fair. I would definitely come back.

This is my first review, and I am glad that it is to share the positive experience I had at Long Beach Collision Center. My 2003 Toyota Sequoia passenger door was overextended open and folded forward, ruining the hinges, door, and twisted the pillar. I picked up a door at the local wreck yard from an '02 Sequoia and brought it here. The guys here repaired the pillar, installed it, changed the interior panel from my damaged door to the replacement door, and painted it. It is good as new. I was nervous that the door wouldn't shut perfect, and that I would hear road wind. Let me tell you, the door closes smooth right on the latch, and she sits tight in her spot. Now my wife is happy and the family is happy. As soon as I get some extra cash, I'm bringing my truck for some TLC too!

Phenomenal work from Francisco and his crew! I read the reviews and was hoping they were accurate and YES, 1000%. I am so grateful for the work they did. My car looks brand new! I had a great experience at this shop. Made an appointment with the owner Francisco Bonilla. Came in for minor body work on my bumper. It was the exact price he quoted, and he started work on my car immediately. Took 45 minutes. Very pleasant, and efficient. I was referred by a friend who also had a great experience with Francisco. I highly recommend this shop.

This place is absolutely amazing. Definitely my go to spot for any body repairs. I love this place and the people who run it. Francisco has such good intentions with every repair and every time I ve came here it makes me feel safe that I can trust my car to this place. I'm so glad I found this business. I took my car in last week to have it fixed. I had multiple scratches and a ding. I had heard great things about this business and I held my breath hoping it was as good as everyone said it was...Francisco exceeded my expectations! My car looks brand new. I have a red 2019 Madza CR-X. He explained that the paint process requires 4 different applications as I have pearl red paint. They made my car beautiful again. Francisco and his team did an incredible job on my Tacoma. I needed some body work and they walked me through my options and quickly gave me a quote on the spot. I was skeptical as the fix was on a challenging part of my truck body (over the rear wheel) but the result was stunning. Looks brand new! AMAZING don't even hesitate. The staff here are excellent and the communication was great. Was able to fix my 2019 Chevy Malibu and could not be more satisfied with the job done! Francisco is a beast and is so attentive to his customers. You will not be disappointed and this shop is great for anyone in the Los Angeles area. This review honestly deserves more stars than 5.

I recently came to get my car fixed here.i have a Mercedes benz and the bumper got scratched ..i went to alot of places before this place and since its a Mercedes benz they wanted to charge me so much i felt stressed because i had berly gotten my car n havimg to deal with fixing it But i came across good reviews from long beach collision and i went to ask on a quote on my car n Francisco gave me a reasonable price. I decided to go for it ,and it came out great the outcome was good. plus the man who washes the car after they fix it left it nice n clean i felt real happy and glad to have had thisall over with.

I had such a positive experience at this shop. They took good care of my truck and had it looking like new after a collision. I didn't feel like they were trying to trick me at any point throughout the process. I had lots of questions (often), but they were incredibly patient with me . Frank and Francisco are first class guys. Exceptional customer service. I'd give more stars if possible.

Firstly I want to say that Long Beach Collision center is hands down the best auto body shop I have been to. Since day one, Francisco was very friendly, helpful and understanding of my requests. He kept in touch and let me know the progress of my car. My car looks amazing and just like new. He went above and beyond to have my car ready just in time when i needed it. You will not be disappointed in giving them your business! I recommend this place 100%
