What a find! Looked all over to find a place to have my Mini serviced and stumbled upon LB Autohaus. Laura had my Mini scheduled, serviced and outta there with absolutely no hiccups. And not only was the service reasonable, very professional and well documented on the invoice but the shop's vintage ambiance is worth a trip there in itself. Like Arnold: "I'll be back"

I was extremely�satisfied with my visit to Autohouse. They've been in business for over 30 years, and are knowledgeable, experienced, reasonably priced, and honest - what more can you ask for when you take your car in for repair?! If you have a Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, or VW, make an appointment with the very personable Laura for whatever work you may need from their top-notch mechanics. I highly recommend�them!

I ve had lots of cars and trucks, and I ve had all of them as you would expect serviced. This was one of my best experiences with a shop that I ve ever had. Did communicate extremely well it took great care of my car. I will definitely be back.

Long Beach Autohaus has been my trusted auto repair shop for 25yrs. I have had a number of BMW s during that time. They currently service my Porsche. They treat the cars as if it were their own. Scott and Laura have always been honest and trustworthy. I wouldn t go anywhere else.

So pleased and relieved to have found a trustworthy, capable, well equipped, friendly, and most of all fair priced place to get my 2012 Audi A5 Quattro manual sweet car serviced!! Unlike other places, they advised to wait on replacing certain parts until a little later and we ll keep an eye on them. I am over the moon happy with this new relationship!! ;-)

The personable folks at Long Beach Autohaus know their business forward and backward. Their work on my SLK 230 was outstanding and they did not try to upsell me anything I did not need. I highly recommend them for servicing your Mercedes (tip top knowledge) BMW, Audi and Volvo of any vintage. The follow up service was awful! I have left 5 voice messages and have not received a return call. I was charged $1000.00 to correct 8 problems and only 4 were corrected You claimed to all work was guaranteed! Wrong! It's now been more than a month without a return call.

My daughter is 37 years old now and has two young boys. My first experience with L. B. Autohause began when my daughter was 9 months old. My wife left the pediatrician and got in the car and it wouldn't start. Scott drove from his business to her which was next to Memorial Medical Center in Long Beach. He found the battery was dead, he brought one with him, replaced it and one charger the cost of the battery and a very reasonable amount for his time and travel. This was in 1986. We've been with him ever since. I wouldn t go anywhere else. They are the best!

Great service from start to finish. They communicated about the repairs and cost. They even provided me with an Uber ride home when I dropped off my car. LB Autohaus always know what they are doing. They only do what is necessary unlike the dealer. There prices are reasonable. They are professional and very nice. Love Laura. Sometimes she knows what wrong with my car just by me telling her how it s driving. Great place to take your car.

2024 update-Honest shop and reliable BMW service. Laura at the front desk will help navigate any car or life issues with you. They will not try to sell you on parts that you don t need. They perform a 30 point inspection which I paid for to help me in the future know what my car needs. You get what you pay for and I trust this shop. A LONG BEACH INSTITUTION.

They did maintenance on my C300 in addition to figuring out an issue that was causing a warning light that was apparently an easy fix! They were very friendly when I showed up and were especially accommodating regarding a location issue that I had and regarding an emergency issue that I had to resolve at the time of my appointment. This was my 2nd visit at this auto shop. I must say, it was a unique...in a very good way, experience!The girls that are the office/ ck in are so very pleasant. They exude friendliness! They take time to discuss your car issues and are attentive.They order you an Uber to take you home!I learn new facts about the car every visit. You are NOT pressured to buy anything.
