As visiting my home town long beach. long Beach Auto tech the guys here always attentive to me for the last 5 days to my big baby 03 expedition there they have been so awesome and amazing I know where to go when I come back to visit if I need my truck fixed I know where to come back too it's here love the place and staff thank you so much for all your hard work and patience. It was a wonderful experience and pleasure doing business with ya'll.

Called in about shocks and struts leaking, I was given a ridiculous price by another car shop. They offered to let me come in an look at it with them for free, I was even in a bit after closing. It turns out the other shop lied about the leakage. These guys are good and honest, you can tell they really care about their customers. Really great service here my engine blew up on my 2010 Subaru Forester.They Care and you can feel it when you talk to any of the employees.they found a used engine that was in great condition and had everything wrapped up in about a week awesome people .Definitely taking my future bmw here love these ppl

Definitely can count on these guys to get your car ready and back on the road. Been going to Long Beach Auto Tech in Long Beach for years now. I was able to bring in my car early right when they opened and got my Tensioner & Drive Belt replaced. I ve been a loyal long-time customer of over 10 years. They do great work with the vehicles I ve had throughout and have referred my friends often. The reason for the loyalty is because the owner has such a friendly calm demeanor and has always given me honest and fair assessments of the repair needed at a reasonable prices. I ve never felt pressured into any repairs I did not want or need like other places I ve gone to. Short version:Honest, genuine, knowledgeable, and left knowing I had made the right choice.Longer version:It has been over a few months and although providing a review is rare for me, in this case I feel compelled to write this one. Mostly in the past I did my own service, when it was something I could handle. As time has gone on, realities of life, have driven me to find service on the outside. .. and I have had work done at multiple places throughout Long Beach and the surrounding area.We have an old converted camper van, and when it started making a loud puffing noise when running, I thought I had a blown head gasket or maybe even exhaust gasket. I literally called around to fifteen different shops, and brought it physically to two of them, and they all speculated about what the problem was, and no one wanted to work on it.Then I called Long Beach Auto Tech, and talked to Willie. When I brought it in and he evaluated, immediately he recognized the issue. They worked on it, didn't make a big deal out of it, and fixed the problem, (sort of rare issue with Ford vans where the spark plug strips out of the cylinder head). The bill was very reasonable. Knowledgeable, no fooling around, got straight to it, and fixed it in less than one day.Next issue we had was with our other car's brakes. An older Volvo, with an electronic solenoid for the parking breaks. They fixed that right away too. No nonsense.They are my shop of choice.

Great mechanic!! Very good at what they do. Took my truck for engine swap and transmission rebuilt. I received the best service and very honest with the work they do. Also Willie backs up all his work with agreed warranties.I could not think of anyone else who does work the way Long Beach-Tech does Two Thumbs up!! Way to go Willie....

The owner Willie is nice but I am not a fan on how they do business.I bring my van in the get fix and the problem was not resolved and when I ask to bring it back in I am told bring it in tomorrow for we are too busy to look at it now.I bring it in and am told maybe it's the battery so I buy a new battery. I asked if that is not the problem to bring it in after he won't start again so they can hurry and figure it out.The next day I come in another vehicle and said my truck won't start again and they said well you can bring in tomorrow because though it's only before noon, they may not get to it because they are already full for today.I called again and the daughter tells me to bring it in tomorrow because they are full already for today. I then stated to her I see you go by first come and she agreed. However, you guys never fixed my problem and have charged me a diagnostic fee and I have to get back in line that will cause me to have to wait an additional day.I shared I can see if it was a new problem but it's the same problem which is costing me more money to tow each time it won't start. Horrible way of servicing their existing customers.

This shop was recommended to me by a co-worker. Willie has a great personality and customer care. My customer experience was met. I took an Infinity G35 for engine valve cover replacements and a Acura TLX for a break job. The price was fair and the quality of work is there.Clean and professional shop.Thank you for the good work!Services: Engine repair, Brakes

Came in to get my battery replaced since the battery kept dying when not run for 24 hours. I called to confirm they offered this service (which they do). They answered my call promptly and the woman an the line was extremely friendly and was able to address all my concerns.I drove over immediately and was greeted by a gentleman. He was able to bring my car inside immediately and did the replacement quickly. He also cleaned up the corrosion that had built up on the cables.During my (brief) wait, I sat in there waiting area on a super comfy couch, but they also have some chairs. They have the AC running which was amazing because its about 80 degrees out. They also have a TV for your viewing pleasure!I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service. I'm glad to have found this place!

This is hands down the best mechanic spot in Long Beach. If you are tired of going to mechanics who take you for a ride, don't fix the problem.... well... you need to swing by and come to this shop. Honest, reputable, prices are good and you will not be disappointed. The only thing is you have to be here early in the morning as they are always busy. If you are not able to, they will still try to get your car in. Willy and the whole crew are awesome!

This is my GO TO Auto Repair business. Family owned. KNOWLEDGABLE. And they treat women with respect. Some places talk down to female customers if we ask questions. Not LB Auto Tech. And they work with you to ensure you are happy. My dad goes here, my hubby and anyone else who ask me for a referral! My experience was amazing here. I know cars, but took mine in for a diagnosis for something out of my skill range. I could tell the honesty in what they described and not trying to upsell me on some "blinker fluid". Prices were better than fair also. My Go-To shop now.

My Honda Accord 2015 had starter problem. The car was towed to the shop and Willy took care of it, checking everything for 5 days and honestly told me there was nothing wrong with starter/car and returned it to me. It has been 6 months now & without any starter problem This is the best auto shop in Long Beach. Willy is very professional and very kind and his honesty really touches my heart. I own a BMW 750LI. At the beginning of April 2021 the engine light came on. I took it to the dealer and got a list of things that needed fixing, the cost was almost $7000. I took the car from the dealer and gave it to MR. Willie at Long Beach Auto-Tech. There was a lot of work to be done, but the car was ready in less than a week at less than a third of what the dealer would have charged me. They were very professional, more than fair in the price that they charged me; and most importantly the work was done right. Now my car is running like a well oiled machine. There are a lot of auto shops that are more than willing take advantage of you without doing the job they claim. Can't say that about Long Beach Auto-Tech though. I needed a new engine in my 2003 Infiniti FX35 and prices Willie (master technician) provided me with was more than fair. Not mention he explained by breaking down what's going on and the solution to the issues in terms I can comprehend. And the prices provided was reasonable and the service is beyond excellent.I absolutely love this shop and I'm so glad I found one I can rely on: THANK YOU MR. CARLOS (mechanic who replaced my motor) MY CAR RUNS LIKE NEW AND I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY.

My regular mechanic couldn't take me today & recommended this place. He said they're good and they're honest. Very friendly, told me exactly what I needed and how much, and I was on my way in about an hour & a half. Would definitely recommend them.

I'm so grateful for this place! I took my car to a big name mechanic and had a near panic attack when I heard what they were charging for repairs. Long Beach Auto-Tech charged 22% of that and did a fabulous job. Very friendly staff too.Thanks for your help, Willy!

Spent money on an almost $100 diagnostic which had me stuck afterwards 2 different times because car would not start plus losing hundreds of dollars in relation to pick ups.They claimed it was not the alternator or the starter but some fuses and the battery.Another mechanic later said it was the alternator as it was not charging at a voltage high enough. Also starter now bad. Mechanic also replaced ground wire as well to make sure good connection.Van runs fine now and starts up. Thanks to "B" at Transmissions auto shop off of PCH and Temple Ave.He used to have a shop off of 7th and Obispo for many many years Seven Auto Service.

From out of town, we broke down in front of Willy's shop. He diagnosed the issue in 5 minutes, ordered the part we needed, had multiple of guys working on the car, and we were out in 1 hour. For some unfortunate stuff to happen, we're grateful to have stumbled across Willy and Long Beach Auto Tech. Thank you sir.
