Victor was the one working on my van. 3 months later no van. He would never text back .He asked me for 700 to start it which was kind of odd but I was desperate because it's my business van, he took advantage especially because I'm a women. He didn't fix the car. It was broken into, and he didn't tell me until I insisted on picking it up. Bad Business.Service: Transmission repair

Not Kool. I called around, this was the cheapest place by a long shot. I took my car, Victor quoted me $1800 for a 60k+ mile used motor, and total $2500. He said he would have it done in 7 days. I was uneasy since I left my car parked on the main street since they didn't have room. I requested pictures of my car inside the shop, the serial # of the motor he's putting in, and some kind of proof of miles, as well as a picture of my motor when they take it out. He told me he worked on it that day. He took $1800 deposit, didn't order the motor. Told me after I asked for proof that he didn't have room for my car. That the car he just finished the motor on was bad and he needed to redo it. He only sent me $1600, I got there and he had to borrow cash from some man on the street there to pay me the remaining $200. I had to move my car which was parked on the street sweeper side, while he and his guys were moving all the other cars as the street sweeper was coming! So only take it here if you want a parking ticket, and honestly have no other choice financially. I took it right after to my trusted mechanic at Long Beach Auto Tech, they are pricey but do an honest good job. They had other jobs and I wanted my car fixed now, but I'd rather wait and get it done right. Today is 3-2-22. If you can afford quality, don't go here.

I needed to replace my front and rear brakes about 3 weeks ago. I called Long Beach Auto Repair to get prices and I got a good deal on them. I took my car in that Saturday and they did the job the same day pretty quickly. The price was great and the service was great too. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for auto repair services, especially if you're a female.

I called Long Beach Auto Repair for replacing my brakes. They gave me a good deal. This was about 2 years ago. I then took it in for a tune up, again a good deal. Then my transmission started slipping about a month ago and of course I brought it back to these guys. They are great mechanics and warranty their work.

If I could give this place no stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE !! Got ripped off thinking my car was taken care of. They charge you new parts for junk yard parts ! I was charged 800$ and supposedly my car was ok started acting up a month after and was told that it is a lost cause to just sell it. Took it to a honda dealer service mechanic they said the parts on my car were junk yard parts that they could tell right off the back. Do not trust you car and if you do ensure you are getting what you paid for.

Their prices are cheaper than anywhere else but they are also highly unreliable, i left my car there for 3 separate days and they didnt even do so much as look at it. I did a very short test drive in my vehicle, the mechanic guessed what the problem was and told me the cost, after the 3rd day I looked at the car myself and found the problem was a missing caliper bolt, which any mechanic would have immediately seen if they did a proper inspection. Will never return here again, especially since the last day my car was there they had another customers car stolen from them

I am satisfied with service but shop needs some cleaning up on the exterior. I did not see the inside. Wish I could give the pup a bath! The guy who helped me was very nice, respectful. Didn't catch his name. They helped me on short notice.

Came here for a brake job and they did it. It was super easy and good prices. I am having them check out my old spark plugs and see when I can come in to replace them. Easy five stars!

Victor is a great, honest and fast mechanic. The bulldog Luna is a delight. I've had Vic working on several cars of mine and my friends/family for years.

Don t get your car from here PLEASE save your self the money and get you a new car! I ve had nothing but problems with my car and also having to pay money out of MY pockets to fix it. Waste of time and money! Never recommending this place to ANYONE. They finessed me forsure. Lesson learned

Great Place, Staff is great! Family owned shop with unbeatable prices. I had a problem with my car and everywhere I went they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg just to diagnose the problem, after bringing it here they figured out the problem and repaired for a little more than other shops wanted to charge me to figure the problem out. Save yourself time don't go anywhere else they do everything from change oil to rebuilding engines!

Never come here their inexperienced and unprofessional they charge 60$ to just find out. what wrong with your car and their way to overpriced your better off goin to 20th an long beach blvd they don't charge to diagnose and their quick had me back on the road for less then they were trying to charge here DON'T COME HERE NOT WORTH IT!

Victor was very nice he explained to me the situation the problems that I have my vehicles and I didn't feel like he was throwing extra stuff in to get extra money I'm very pleased even though I have not gotten my car fixed yet that's going to happen next week

People are nice here. The bulldogs are sweet too! Victory changed my car oil that is very fast and a good deal. I love this place.

OK I went here and they did give me an unbeatable price to remove and replace my engine on my 2001 Audi, but I specifically told him the timing was wrong on my new engine and could he please check it for me they didn't fix the timing at all my car lasted 1 week before my engine valves bent and the engine was totally destroyed I went back and told them and they couldn't help me at all they told me it would cost $1800 to fix I will never go there again

I came to get my transmission reassembled, and was told 500 to rebuild it. I told them I didn't need it rebuilt but just reassembled. He said ok that'll be 600. Then tried to convince me he hadn't just said 500 for a rebuild.

The shop is a little crowded with cars cuz it's a small shop but Victor the owner and mechanic is really on top of his game and caring and will give you complete info on what is wrong with your car and have a good prices he doesn't take credit cash only or check

I went in for a camshaft replace and he didnt fix nothing tried to say i need a diagnostic after my check engine light came back on next day this place is terrible NEVER GO HERE.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical
