I went to this shop for suspension problems on a 22 year old Lexus full size sedan and I m happy to say that the car is repaired and back on the road as good as new. I would definitely recommend this shop because they were very knowledgeable, a little under budget and on time with good communication about the work.

An interesting experience. Arturo and his staff were great. I got decent service at a reasonable price. However, the service I got was unsatisfactory. I had to have the work redone. Not properly trained or knowledgeable for imported vehicles. I had to show them myself personally how to install a simple job. I went to school at UEI back in the 90s, became ASE certified mechanic, and now, I am semi retired.My only advice. Is to always check the work no matter who does it and ask questions if something doesn't seem right. It's better to be safe than sorry.

Guys did Alignment for my 2019 Sprinter van. Great service very clean place and friendly staff. Highly recommend this place.

I am grateful to this shop for having sent my big Toyota to the junkyard, twice they never knew how to put my Toyota on time, I went to change the timing belt as part of the service, it looked very bad and they tried to fix the bad adjustment by raising the RMP, I came back and They reviewed it and charged again, bad service and bad attitude from the owner..I will never return and I do not recommend this type of thieves

I been coming here since I started driving. The owner and staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. The prices are always fair. The turnaround on any given job is fast. I brought it my truck for alternator replacement and was done in just a few hours.

Owner of the place is rude. He thinks because he's the owner, he can talk to anyone the way he wants. I don't recommend doing business with him

I've been coming to this shop for over 8 years. Arturo has helped me with the alignments on all my cars. I recently asked if he could install a lift kit on my truck & he said he could, I really can't say enough good things. The install went smoothly, the pricing was reasonable & I'm beyond satisfied. I highly recommend this shop!

Dropped off for overheating problem. Told me it was head gaskets and priced me $3500 to fix. I took the heads off and the head gaskets were still perfect. Took heads to machine shop and they confirmed that the problem was not from the head gaskets. Never going back to Arturo again

I don t normally write reviews but I have to this time, I had a lift kit installed onto my truck, he told me it would take a day it took 5 days, after that it was all shoddy work, had a bolt fall out the next day I drove it, the steering was never aligned, and parts were installed improperly. Went back today to have him change some poorly routed plumbing of a reservoir shock that wore a hole in my wiring harness, he claimed no responsibility And will not fix anything that he did. Horrible business, I will never go back and I will never recommend this place to anyoneService: Steering & suspension repair

By far the best mechanics I've come across , very punctual and great work over all . I've been here a few times just for alignment but this time it was a repair on the suspension and they didn't disappoint. Highly recommended

This mechanic shop is the Best! Arturo(owner) and his staff are amazing they are on top of things and know what they re performing on your vehicle. I m very satisfied with the work they have done to my car, they ve worked on my Honda accord and now on my Nissan Altima, I m happy with their work!This shop is affordable and if it s something you may not afford at the moment Arturo will explain what is urgent to take care of and what can wait for later. I highly recommend this mechanic shop to anyone. The best mechanics are found here. They're not just trying to make a buck. I had issues with my Altima and took it to the dealer 3 times and they couldn't fix the problem. Each time being around $300. Brought it here and got it fixed for $90. I've brought my Jeep here and I was told what was wrong with it, and they told me that the vehicle should still be covered through factory warranty. If you need a mechanic, I've been coming here nearly 10 years. I highly recommend this place.

Very knowledgeable staff. We were referred to Long Beach Alignment & Auto Repair, by another local business. A good sign, in itself. We now service all our family cars with Long Beach Alignment & Auto Repair. I can send my wife by herself to them, and not worry about work to be done, or pricing. A great place.

Honest review from and honest person. For starts I would like to shout out Arturo (owner) For being genuine and honest. I usually handle all repairs when it comes to my baby(01 Mazda Miata) save some money and I do not TRUST Auto repair shops (shady mechanics). Let me tell you this shop is far from that. With my work schedule and severity of the issue (blown rear caliper) I had no time to fix myself. Out of all the shops surrounding my work place this was the one I stumbled into (glad I did). From the start I was attended to in a timely and very professional matter. I expressed to Arturo that I was dropping the car off during work hours (11am) and would need it before my shift is over (5pm) As I am not local to the area. Arturo assured me he would service my vehicle and have it ready by then. Sure enough my car was ready at 3pm. Replaced rotors and pads all around including two rear caliper replacements and brake system flush. Very reasonable priced and top notch Work. Definitely worth giving Arturo a chance.

Got my alignment done on my car. If you have any after issues they will take care of it right away for you You get three months warranty. The mechanic is friendly and nice.

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR ALIGNED HERESecond car I have brought for a alignment and got back worse off. They won t make an appointment to fix their mistakes because it will take away from potential walk ins . They are basically eyeball aligning you on outdated equipment. Don t expect any kind of read out information on alignment performed.Service: Wheel alignment

This shop is amazing! They took car of me today (day before new year's eve), charged me close to nothing, and did it in half the time everyone else told me. They do not disappoint - clearly the customer comes first for this business!

Hey this man here he is the greatest guy he helped me over and beyond what I paid for he is fast to he also did work for my car that he didn't even charge me for man this guy right here I recommend to anyone who wants a honest fair fast food I say he even noticed some stuff pertaining to the am bars hey he fixed that to for free. I love his business skills for sure.

Brought my car to this place for an alignment and they said they did it and that I also need new front tires so I went to get new ones and came back like they told me to cause they said they may need to do adjustments. When I left my car was still unaligned. They never even did the alignment just drove my car around the block about 5 times. Never will I come back to this place.

Best place for car repairs Arturo had my front hub replaced, n front brakes done in less than 90min. That included ordering the parts. He very honest man

They are overcharging like crazy. They charged $95 to replace 2 headlight bulbs. I done with alignment here but not satisfied. They are unprofessional. I DON T RECOMMEND here.

Good service, friendlly and accesable staff. And very good prices. After shopig around this place has the best prices and value. And they don't rip u off. They break down what you need and seem to be upfront about everything. I would reccomend. Downside: cash ONLY and it's hard to talk over the phone since they rarelly answer.
