First time trying this place out. I just went in to get my brakes changed, but I also came in having questions about the general maintenance on my car. The moment I pulled in they helped me out, listened to what I had to say, and explained everything. Nick was my guy! Super cool dude and very friendly.Definitely making this my go to shop

Lincoln Auto Electric was absolutely FANTASTIC!! This is the first time that I can truly say a car shop had my best interests and the longevity of my car at heart. Nick was upfront with me from the beginning that he and his family would inspect the entire car with the damage that I thought they would need to be looking at, but that it may not be a great idea to pay for everything because of the mileage and year of my car (For information, I drive a 2008 Volkswagen Beetle with 97,000 miles on it). It ended up that some of the damage I described wasn't actually an issue for my car, and they did inform me of one other issue they found for my car and informed me of the service before proceeding with it. Nick kept me updated with the process the entire time, and let me know of any price changes and services throughout. What I initially thought was going to be a $1600 fix ended up being $585 thanks to this amazing team!! Nick even offered personal advice with his background in marketing and finance with ideas for the best time to sell my car within the next year, as well as the best models to get for the price range I can work with. I was impressed by the owner, but my car is a 28 old Volvo, an OBD 1 car. He said that a car that old was one he could not help. He indicated that he would contact older mechanics who were familiar with my vintage car and get back to me. He hasn't yet.

I had a great experience here. Great customer service and a great job done. They were able to fix a headlight bulb and socket issue that the last place I was at wasn t able to fix. This shop is Awesome. Ruben and his team are friendly knowledgeable and HONEST! Mechanics like this are very hard to find! They have worked on each of the three vehicles I own and have done great work every time. They even squeezed me in for a same day appointment to fix my air conditioning so I could have my truck for the weekend trip I wanted to take ...that s Excellent customer service! Their prices are Pretty reasonable I recommend this shop for everyone, but especially for the ladies that need repair and don t want to worry about getting ripped off. Brought my Chevy Truck. Very through with their explanations when finding the issue for my vehicle and gave me choices which is refreshing. I had a list of requests for my vehicle and were honest about certain things they could do and cant do so I appreciate them networking with the locals for services they may not do. Reuben and his crew at Lincoln are the best! Even though I live in Santa Monica and they are now located in Ling Beach, i wouldn t think Of taking my vintage VW s anywhere else! Super down to earth guys. I brought in a part for my headlight assembly, and they helped troubleshoot and install. Had me on my way in no time. Cash is easier for some small businesses than plastic these days. Quick and easy!

U know how alot of people are leary about mechanics bcuz many of them are untrustworthy and its true, they are all about themselves and how they can make money off of you. I was experiencing that with one on Long Beach Blvd and PCH, so i my wife and I were concerned on how we are going to get our car worked on bcuz the one we went too ate us up with money and not a good job, but we moved down the street from this shop and gave it a shot and its been a blessing. These people care about there customers and do a good job and at a reasonable price. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO EVERYONE! GOOD AND HONEST PEOPLE!

Wasn't able to assist with a parasitic drain issue. (Not willing to measure the amperage). Was insisting on measuring the battery voltage by a volt meter instead of measuring the current. That's technically an incorrect method to detect battery drain.I gave 2 stars because he accepted to take a look at the car without an appointment.Also, unprofessional with making appointments. ("Bring it next week, maybe I can look at it"). Either give me an appointment or don't.Services: Electrical, Battery
