Good job here I get my car fix here.. good n reliable man.. Jason is the most decent person he won t ruin a problem but fix the problem.. I do recommend him highly .. prizes not too bad average.. good economic

John's is the best! I've brought every car I have ever had here since I was 16. My mom has brought (and still does) her cars. Our family friend recommended them back in the 80's and we (and they haven't either) gone any where else. Great service, always friendly. They always explain anything you have questions about. They always give you a good price. Super nice, very professional, well tell you what you need to know.

I went to take in my vehicle to repair a check engine like code which was the turbo sensor and they just turned it off for a couple of weeks and charged $450. It was under warranty for 3 months(90days) when I would go back they would say there wasn t any space to leave the car it was better if I left it another day. I had to go there twice just to check in for them to accept my car. When I went back the third time they finally took my car in for a diagnose the next day they called saying the warranty expired. I kept going weeks before 90 days had passed. If the mechanics were really about there work they would of fixed the issue not be playing around only cause the work was paid for. They ended up detecting another issue regarding the crank shaft. That s when I noticed they wanted to charge more and more. Don t recommend this place so many more other auto repair shops for cheaper and quality work not these guys.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Mr John and his son Jason along with their entire crew have been taking care of our cars for a few years now and they have always been a pleasure to do business with. They are very knowledgeable and have reasonable rates. We have recommended multiple friends and family members and all have had positive feedback.

Good place, honest people, and fair prices. They won't try to upsell you on things you don't need, and if something's not necessary for safety or to keep your car in good health, they will flat out admit it to you, and say you can skip it.If an old part gets replaced, Jason will keep it around for a little while to show it to you so you can see with your own eyes why it was busted and needed to be changed. I liked that level of transparency. Not every mechanic makes sure you can see what's up with your own two eyes like this, not even other good mechanics.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Had 3 referrals to John's prior to having to use his services and was absolutely satisfied. Customer service is amazing! Diagnosis on point t with exact time repairs will be completed. Noting short of amazing service and highly recommend.RJ

I've trusted John and his Son Jason with all of my cars since 2001. You will not find a more honest, timely, and quality Auto Shop, John has proven his quality and I would never consider taking any of my cars to another shop. Good Mechanics are very hard to find, trusting Mechanics is even harder. John's shop provides superior quality and more important honesty.

John's Auto is the best I wouldn't take my car any where else he's honest top rate mechanic that you can count on. I highly highly recommend. He's fixed my ride numerous times he quoted half the price less ($200 less) of an alternator repair other guys! And then he's he replaced an valve timing sensor on my Lexus for a $120 less! Fabulous can't say enough good things about him and his crew. If it wasn't for him I would have been forced to buy a new car because the repair bills wouldn't make any sense.

I commute from Norwalk to this place for all my car needs. Family owned and pro military shop, they will give great service to your vehicle and the prices are great as welll. Come early because this place does get busy and if you happen to arrive late I suggest you wait it out because it will be worth it trust me.

This is the Last time I'm using them. On 3 occasions they miss diagnosed my engine problems . That's 3 extra repairs. Love the family business and Jason and John are wonderful people, but they are too busy and guessing

John Is a great man. He serviced my entire clutch system on my 05 saturn ion for only $650. After i was lied to by Harbor Chevrolet and quoted $1,600, i took my car back and found John's. He has friendly service and low prices. You wont find a great customer waiting lounge but who cares. It's the service and price i care about, and he hit a home run! I will only take my car here from now on. E-mail me if you don't believe me.

Don't bring your pre-1996 vehicle here for smog. I don't think they really know how to use the machine. The last time I went there they told me my timing was bad (20� before TDC). No engine would run with 20� of advance. $90 for smog and then $30 for each retest. $180 and several repair$ later and my truck is no closer to passing

I Also been going here since the 1991 my son was a little toddler and my mother delivered mail to this place for many years professional friendly service some things are a little pricey for the most part John Auto is on point when Auto service is needed

I've been going to John's for about 2 years now. They've been extremely good with diagnostics and repairs, not to mention fast smog checks. I am so happy to have found this shop.
