I was looking around desperately for someone to replace my cat converter when I was advised to speak to someone at a muffler shop. Jalisco was one of 2 places I called and the only one to come through. Luis did a great job within an amazing amount of time and he even allowed me to wait in the sitting area while I made sure I had everything ready for payment. I came in to get a quote for a catalytic converter and Luis was very fare in his pricing. He did not try to gouge me or charge me some ridiculous price. In speaking with him, he is a great businessman, very honest and very humble. It only took 30 minutes to replace my catalytic converter. Stopped by Jalisco Muffler to check on replacing my quite turboflo mufflers with a set of Thrush Rattlers on my classic 1970 Challenger. Luis quoted a fair price and pulled me right in and completed the work in 40 minutes, both mufflers welded up. Great customer service and excellent craftsmanship. Highly recommend!

Came in on a Friday around 12-1pm with my truck that needed a custom exhaust from the headers to the rear of the truck. He looked at it & told me it was a complicated job but said he could do it & provided a reasonable price. Advised me that he had to order some parts & provided me with an eta of a day or so. I agreed & off I went. He called me about 3-4 hours saying the truck was done & if I liked to pick it up, which I could not that day. Picked it up later& I was happy with how it came out. I would recommend this shop to any of my friends or family. Great service, very straight forward & genuine guy.Service: Exhaust

Been here for broken hangers, been here for estimates, been here for muffler install . Always great Customer service. They dont try sell you anything you don't need. Very knowledgeable. Pricing very reasonable.

Took my 2020 Challenger here to change out stock exhaust to performance. Greeted by Luis who was pleasant with an "how can I help attitude" ... immediately knew this is the place. In and out under 45 minutes. Great price. Very friendly. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend. My first time going to Luis and he is the best! Someone stole my catalytic converter from my Prius and he installed a new one in less than 30 minutes. I usually feel intimated as a woman going to places to get my car worked on but he made me feel very comfortable and he explained everything to me. If I ever need my car worked on in the future I will definitely make the drive from Gardena to him!!!! Thanks again Luis!!!

Luis is the best. Great work for a fair price. Excellent communication. Highly recommend! Replaced my catalytic converter here and also installed an anti- theft device for me later on. Easy to find and convenient location.

This place is the best. Nice parking lot to comfortably bring your truck in. It is also very very clean. The owner knows what he is doing and is very informed on everything muffler related. He is very friendly and more importantly his prices are great. I will bring all of my cars and trucks to Jalisco's and I recommend that all of you reading this come to him. I give his speed of work and professionalism a 10 star rating. I had an easy breezy pleasant experience here.

Don't waste your time at other muffler shops! My little civic has been to everywhere in town! All I had was a muffler welded on. However, one shop welded the exhaust hangers side by side to my exhaust tip, it looked terrible. I got a brand new muffler and he did the job perfect! Welds are really nice and the owner knows what he is doing! Don't be fooled by other shops. I highly recommend!Service: Exhaust

Great service. Luis is awesome!! We came in at 4:30pm with an emergency. Our Ford Ranger developed a broken catalytic converter while in the area and our truck wasn't running well. Luis heard how it was running and new what the issue was right away. Within a half hour he had us on the road again! We are greatful for your honesty, fair pricing and expertise. Thanks Luis!!

Came in for exhaust leak, guy couldn't do "anything" about it. Went to 2 other shops, one was able too, but I had to wait 2 hours to get it done cause they had other jobs ahead. Another one wasn't and took care of me for $40. My point is, why couldn't he help me? He probably didn't like me for whatever reason.

Luis gave me a great deal on a muffler delete on my 2018 Chevy Camaro 2.0T. The job was done under an hour and he did an amazing job. For a turbo 4 banger Camaro it definitely sounds amazing...especially coming from a GM stock exhaust on it. I also sent a friend and he was satisfied with the price and work done. A true business owner who works with his community and clients. Great bargain and you won't be dissatisfied!Service: Exhaust

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! This is the "GO-TO" muffler shop. Luis at Jalisco Muffler is an absolute great guy all around. Incredibly knowledgeable, patient, HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, HARD WORKING. The shop is very fast and affordable. I've brought my own vehicle here as well as family members and will continue to do so know have a good spot to go to for this kind of auto work.

I reached out to Jalisco Muffler as I had a hole in my muffler. He said bring it down he had some time and even though it was close to closing time, he fixed my car! Luis did a phenomenal job and I highly recommend him and his company. 5 Stars ALL THE WAY!

I've used these guys on two separate occasions. Once to replace my tires on a Toyota Tacoma and the other to replace the catalytic converter and muffler on a Ford E350 Bus. Both times they did the job super fast and for an incredible price. Very Professional and they do a great job. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. Thank you guys

Can t say enough good things about Luis. I gave him a challenge and he accepted it! Installed a CatLock on my catalytic converter and did so with ease. Also, he s very nice and business oriented. Enjoyed my experience here and will give him all the business I can, he deserves it!

The service is great. There are not to many places are as helpful and caring. Other places will want to over charge and not say much of egar is going on. Luis took me under his wing and educated me about what is going on with my Cadillac converter. I recommend this place to everyone. Thank you again Luis!

I ve been coming here for years now and its hands down the best service around. You can really tell he loves what he does and he ensures that the job is done well. Whatever it is you need, whether it s a muffler, catalytic converter, headers, or an upgrade on the entire exhaust system, he s your man! 5/5 :)

Took my 2018 tahoe installed a magna flow on it. My brother also took his tahoe in to install a flowmaster. Great service very patient really good communication not pushy at all , and best of all has great prices!
