I was referred to "International Auto Glass and Tint" by Cooper from Cooper Windshield Repair." (Highly recommend! Look them up as well!) I was scheduled through Cooper with an appointment at International Auto Glass and Tint at 10 am to get my front windshield replaced. The crack was due to a falling object that came from a tree while I was driving. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the owner, Ricardo. Ricardo was welcoming, informative, and reassuring to where I knew I was at the right business for this replacement. Miguel, the tint specialist at the shop, got to work applying the 5% tint strip at the top of the glass. While the tint was being applied, their installer for the Windshield, whose name is also Ricardo, got straight to work on the removal of the cracked windshield. The total price I paid out the door was $350, which I paid in cash. Service took an approximate time of 1 hour and 10 minutes. Exceptional work and service at International Auto Glass and Tint, I am highly satisfied with my experience! 5 St r Service and Installation, no doubt about it!

It s been a year since I had my tint from here and so far it s holding up very well. When I got it done last year (2022) the customer service was very good, price was great, and they finished it within an hour. Would definitely come back again.

If you ask me, there is no other choice! They stock all sizes, makes, models of windshields. These guys are pure professionals! I called everywhere for a quote and was told that "only the dealer, could fix" my little issue with the seal coming loose on my windshield. Range Rover...and you can imagine how much the dealer would charge. Took it over to International Auto Glass and they repaired it in less than 20 minutes and charged me NOTHING!! You hear me NOTHING, that's great customer service, and great goodwill in the community. Fair, honest, reliable, what more can you ask for?

Took my civic and my corolla here and they do a really good job with lifetime warranty. If any issues or small bubbles that s not gone by 2 or 3 days max then just hit them up and they ll take care of it. Would recommend my friends and family here.

I just didn't appreciate his son's attitude and demeanor ...He initially gave me a quote that was higher than Safelite so I wanted to check the price of a used part which wasn't that much of a difference. He had me hold for a moment so that he could check with another vendor (I'm thinking he's trying to get me a better price). When he returned to the line he told me the vendor had my glass door window in stock and what time could I come in, because they close at 4.We made arrangements because he scheduled me that same day. But I forgot to ask if there was a price change or not.After service was done I mentioned that I didn't get a final quote and asked if there was a price change, he said "no."I showed him the email quote from Safelite and asked if he could match it he said "no, Safelite gets their glass cheaper." Then I asked if he could give a discount considering the price difference then I expressed (not in exact words) the urgency of the matter to get my car fixed today to protect my vehicle from criminals can he give a discount. He said "no , I had to go far into LA to pick up this part" AT THIS POINT I'M TRYING TO CHECK IF THIS COMPANY (SON) JUST WOULD SATISFY THEIR CUSTOMERS.Then I asked if he could knock off $20 to bring the balance even (then spoke about not getting a final quote). He said "no" then stood firm about his initial quote.I understood there was miscommunication...But gash! He was firm with an attitude and without grace.In business you shouldn't have an attitude of - I don't care - believing somebody will always need your service.But rather care about your customers first and try to satisfy them above and beyond (not extreme). And I'm sure if you have this mind set as a simple mechanic shop you're bound to make MILLIONS. Scripture: "give and it shall be given unto you."I paid my balance and said (in my mind) "I will never come back here,"

Picked up my car yesterday and so far so good. Came here after my car got broken into and window was shattered. They fixed the window in less than 24 hours, made sure the window replacement was of good manufacturer s quality, and cleaned out all the glass in my car. The only thing I would improve about the experience is quicker communication and follow through from them - they would say they d call me before certain times of day, but I had to call to get updates on whether my car was done or not. Other than that, the window replacement has been great so far and they had great customer service. Would definitely recommend and come back should I ever need another window repair!

Took my car here to get my front windshield replaced. While removing the old windshield, they chipped my car and the paint. When I got home I noticed it right away and called them immediately. They said the guy who worked on my car had over 20 years of experience and that they'd contact me after they questioned him.They eventually contacted me and claimed that the car was already like that. The funny thing is, when I did the initial quote and walk through, the car was never like that!THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY DISHONEST AND I ADVISE YOU TO NEVER SUPPORT BUSINESSES LIKE THESE. They're bad for the community and bad for the industry, take your hard earned money elsewhere!I will get this fixed, I will take them to court and make sure they pay for the damages! While I'm at it, I will make sure that the employees here have all the right documentation to work legally in the US. Im not done with these guys yet. I wanted to wait a couple of weeks before leaving a review. Wanted to test the durability & installation. My front windshield was cracked badly by a rock hitting it on the freeway. From the office to the technicians & the installers...everyone was very professional, affordable quote & very fast in the delivery & installation of new glass. It's been good so far. Definitely a great recommendation for tour vehicles needs.

Short review: I d highly recommend this place!Long review: My car got broken into and I needed my window replaced. I called around and got quotes but ended up coming here. They were really nice and were able to replace my window immediately. Last time my car window was broken, a mobile service came and once they were done, you could still hear the glass in the door after it was replaced. When I got my window replaced by international, they did a very thorough job getting all of the glass in the door and even inside the car on my back seats, an extra mile they did not need to do but did. Mobile repairs can be nice but it s clear going to an actual place to get the window replaced does allow for more attention to detail. If my window is broken again, I will def be coming back!

MyLove went here to get his windshield fixed. It was pricy $350 but they got the job done. There was no line at the time we went. Took about 45 minutes for them to repair.

Had two cars that were broken into last night both windows broken. They did a great job fixing both. Were fast and had great costumer service. Would highly recommend. Great prices too.

These place is nothing they clame to be,did a windshield replacement on my Honda odyssey through my insurance & 2 Weeks later the top mounding started to come off ,after talking to the owner he told me that they normally don't make those mistakes and that I need to reschedule a new appointment but try checking in 2 days because they're petty busy today

I took my Chrysler 300C here over a year ago. Despite my car having 200k miles and not being a nice car they treated my tint job as well as any other car. The tint compared to other installers is very precise with clean cuts and no imperfections such as lint, dirt, dust, etc. I'm taking my Audi A3 here soon! Prices are competitive and 100% fair! Awesome professional group. They know what they're doing.

OEM window replacement BMW i3. Awesome customer service and workmanship made replacing my cracked windshield thru Insurance an easy experience. Staff worked efficiently & quickly while paying attention to detail and quality. Would definitely use them again, like for window tinting

I remember calling them to see if I had to make a appointment, but for whatever reason they said no so just show up and we ll tint it for you. So I went to drop it off and after a couple hours I came back. The second I saw it with the tint on my jaw just dropped. Till this day, note I had it done August 18, 2020 it still looks amazing.

Thieves broke out my back window. Safelite said $450 and 4 days wait. International said $370 and they could do it next day. No brainer. LBPD needs to step up and handle car break in theft. There s nothing we can really do DOESN T CUT IT!!

Were able to fix my smashed window in about 1.5hrs & got me in the same day. They vacuumed out almost all of the glass bits that were in the back seat. Price was fair & they take cash or card.

I came in for a right passenger window on my 2018 VW. They got the window fixed but unfortunately they didn t hook my door back up so it didn t open from the inside.However, I had to come again for my windshield (lucky streak, idk) and they replaced it same day and fixed my door from the first time.Great small business. An area of improvement would be communication. Both times I ve been called slightly before closing and given a very limited time frame to pick up my car. I ve made it both times but there should be a call as soon as the car is ready, or make arrangements to give folks more time to pick up their car past closing.

I went in to have my current tint on my window replaced as it was bubbling up. They ended up doing driver and passenger windows in a very quick time and looks great. The owner and son were very nice and professional. I highly recommend this place.

I love supporting small family owned businesses. Eddie and his father and all the staff were very polite and punctual. I was surprised they recognized me just by my voice from over the phone when I arrived to get my car window tinted. Prices are reasonable and job well done. I would recommend them to friends and family.

My windshield cracked on the way to Vegas. I called an autoglass repair company and they couldn't fix it bc they said I needed a new windshield. He sends me to Ricardo and within half an hour he ordered my windshield and said it would arrive the next day.I call my insurance company, they call over there, get it all set up.I bring it in on a Saturday morning at opening (no appointment needed) and it was done within two hours!Amazing job and service. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience here, i messaged them on here to get a quote and request an appointment and they responded within 30 mins to take my car in that same day! I arrived they had great service, i just needed my 2 front windows tinted they got it done in about 30 mins. I wad in and out! Great pricing! I would definitely return and highly recommend !

Unfortunately I ended having a crack in my window somehow and it spread. Called International Auto Glass and I immediately got a quote over the phone. The gentleman I spoke to gave me several options for either same day service or mobile service. I needed it fixed asap so I took the same day option.I was given exceptional customer service from the time I walked in. They even remembered me from over the phone. The staff was welcoming and very friendly. I was in and out in less than 30-35 minutes.My windshield looks amazing thanks to International Auto Glass. For excellent service, quality and a great price, I would highly recommend. I will definitely be referring my friends and family.They also do window tinting which might be another option for me next time.

Ricardo the owner is a really nice guy. I have had at least 2 vehicles tinted here in the past and today and tinting a 3rd. The quality of the tint held up the entire 15 years I owned my Honda Element and I never had any problems such as bubbles or peeling. If you want a good quality tint and at a fair price, this is your place.
