Really good mechanics around the neighborhood. Took my honda due to making a sound in my brakes even though they were brand new. They told me the job was done wrong and they took it in and after a few hours got everything working properly and I havnt hear the sound since Tuesday. Totally recommend I have a honda and they did a wonderful job.

I live across from this business and they have done nothing but ignore me. Both me and my Fianc�s vehicles have been Broken into right in front of the store and they have done nothing to help, saying that their cameras are not on line or other things like that. They just don t want to deal with people unless they are getting money from them, don t waste your time here.

I brought my Subaru to these guys about 3 weeks ago (after taking it to various places closer to where I was staying, & none of these other places were able to correctly diagnose my drivetrain problem). John drove it around the block, then put it up on the rack, & was able to tell me w/ confidence that I would make it back to Colorado w/o having to have to miss my appointment.I highly recommend these guys! They saved me from having to miss a very important meeting in CO. I now know where to go in Long Beach for repairs on my Subaru!

These guys here are absolutely Fantastic. Eight months ago I got custom wheels installed on my 21 Kia soul. Ever since the first day I got them installed my car has vibrated constantly as I drive. I had the installers rebalance the wheels twice and then try to sell me new suspension parts. This morning on a whim I decided to stop in and see the wonderful people at independent team auto repair, and within minutes they figured out what my problem was And corrected it. And all they charged me for was a rebalance! I feel like I have found my new home for auto repair. The wonderful folks at independent team auto repair speak to you with trust and knowledge. I will definitely recommend these fine folks to anyone who needs everything from minor to major repair. God bless you guys

This shop is awesome! I had an issue with my tire, they fixed it within 15 mins and charged a reasonable price. Glad to find a mechanic deliver fast and affordable service. Highly recommend.

Best independent Japanese car mechanic/specialist in Long Beach/ Signal Hill area. Very honest, very reasonable pricing, explains everything! John & Sue are just really good people. I'm happy to give my business. They have kept my 2003 Element running like a dream w 225,000 miles! Highly recommend!

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! They are CROOKS and will try to STEAL YOUR MONEY. I came here because my check engine light was on. I had already got a diagnosis from Auto Zone, spark plugs and ignition coil. I showed auto repair shop the paper and asked them to do exactly this. There tried to charge me $250 for changing 2 spark plugs. When I ask to see the itemized bill that shows how much the parts cost, the spark plugs cost $13 a piece. But they tried to charge me $50 a piece for the plugs, $25 for an air filter, an extra $20 for something they couldn t explain, and $100 for labor. And they didn t even change my ignition coil. After they realized they got caught he tried to lie saying there was an 11% addition parts tax, then tried to lie again to say it was extra for a lifetime warranty. When he could lie anymore he finally changed the price. NEVER COME HERE.

I highly recommend this place. I ve taken my 2007 Honda Civic here for 2 years now. Great customer service. Come ready to pay reasonable prices to have quality work done. They have only recommended me essential repairs that my vehicle needed. Every time my car leaves the shop I feel it runs even better than before. If you drive a Honda or Acura. I suggest you just take it here. Getting oem parts from Honda is great but not always needed and they will let you know what other aftermarket options you have. Great local business to support.

Very professional, knowledgeable, experienced with JDM cars, and quick repair times. The mechanic swears by OEM parts so beware of higher than usual prices, however, you pay for what you get. I've never had issues or have had to return because the job wasn't done well. Well recommended.

They replaced the starter on my honda and it works great, but just be ready to get exactly what you pay for. Not a bad thing but for example i was asking to see if they thought the starter sounded weird or seemed to be going bad, and they shrugged it off a bit. Overall 4 stars but could improve to 5 in the customer experience. Would return.

Had a flat tire in my Tesla model 3, and because of the foam in the tire, the big chains would not work on flat. Sergio was able to fix the flat promptly. Great service.

We took our old Acura Integra in for a timing belt. They did the job for $281 out the door. We were getting quotes for $600 and $700 from others. The work was done the same day. A warranty was included too I'd go back for sure.

experienced mechanic but sometimes the have bad attitude towards customers.. Last time I just walked out and went to different mechanic.. I guess the don't care if loose customer...
