My vehicle sustained significant damage in an accident, and I was understandably anxious about the repair process. However, the team quickly put my mind at ease with their reassuring demeanor and extensive knowledge. I was impressed by the level of communication and transparency throughout the repair process. The team at Hi-Tech kept me informed every step of the way, providing regular updates on the progress of the repairs and answering any questions I had promptly and thoroughly. Definitely will be returning for future services!

I cannot recommend this auto body shop enough! From start to finish, their service was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was repaired in a timely manner. Not only did they provide exceptional service, but their prices were also very reasonable. I am extremely impressed with their professionalism and expertise. If you're in need of auto body repairs, this is definitely the place to go. Thank you to the team for a job well done!

This is the second time I have taken my car to this shop, It was amazing both times!They do such an amazing job and they handle all the insurance inquiries and convos without having you lift a finger. I also Love that This is a local family business! Something I definitely care about when trying to decide where to service my car. My car looked brand new and they definitely were competitive in their pricing. Would definitely suggest checking them out!

I took in my car to get my roof fixed and painted as the original clear coat was peeing off (thanks to cheap vinyl wrap) and was leaving, what looked like, rust marks. Rodrigo took care of me and has my car looking brand new again. We went with a gloss black finish, 10/10 recommend!Service: PaintingService: Painting

Brought my car to get fixed here when i crashed my truck. Best decision ever! Tony (the owner) made sure my truck got the best service possible. The boys did a number on my truck! They even washed my car! Super awesome shop. Definitely recommend! Uploaded a before&& after pic.

So, I don't normally post reviews, however, I felt it was necessary, as I didn't know where to bring my car, and was stressed out, while waiting for it to be done. My brand new '23 Civic was rear ended on the freeway

I could not thank Alan, Ramez and Hi- Tech Collision Team enough. Everyone was so friendly and professional the moment I met them. I felt like my car was in safe hands. I got constant updates while it was in the shop.The team work fast and I got my car back sooner than expected. My car came out looking almost brand new, way better than my expectations! These are my go to guys if I need to bring my car to the body shop. I would 1000% refer them to anyone who needs to get their car fixed here.

As a driver and a person who takes pride in their car I felt truly pleased with the level of service provided I was in and out in a couple days for a ding on the fender/rear quarter panel that required paint and 2 clears. I advise you to never take your car there, car enters with a problem and leaves there with thousands, my car turned out just as bad and they charged me alot of money to do something I didn't need.

After my car was stolen and retrieved a month later with a lot of cosmetic damage, I brought my car to Hi Tech to fix it all up for me. They did AMAZING. Tony was good with communication and fixed everything with such great care! My car came back better than before it was stolen! My car was stolen, and this place was recommended by the tow truck driver that picked up my car from the tow yard. I must say, I m very pleased with the service I received from beginning to end, and the quality of work A+. My insurance, and police department gave me the run around, and the owner was very patient throughout the whole process. Thank you Tony!! You, and your staff did a great job.

Definitely a chop shop. Bad service. 100 percent do not recommend and to add they had their dog in my car. Hair everywhere and I m allergic. Two thumbs down.

They have successfully built a reputation for living up to their promises. I have never written a review for a shop before, but this one just calls for it.My sister was actually the one who found them when she got hit by a car who ran a red light. She thought her car was unfixable. Sonic from Hi Tech stepped in offered their services. Although unsure of what to expect, my sister was impressed at the work done. Her car was returned a few weeks later, with a smile to express the gratitude.My dad was second when a lady in a Prius changed lanes without looking and damaged the front end of his car. My dad was so upset he thought his car would never run the same. His car was returned in flawless condition by Tony, you'd never know it was in an accident.My car followed when I encountered an accident on the freeway. Tony immediately sent a tow truck for my car (which I didn't even pay for) and assisted with getting me a rental car. He worked with my insurance to make sure my car was restored to its original condition. He was very communicative throughout the process. My car was ready quicker than expected, and I was even more pleased after further inspection that they had not cut corners. When I went to pick up my car, Mario, their mechanic, went out of his way to give me some tips on maintaining my car. I am thankful for the information I received which is going to be very useful.Thank you Hi Tech for the great hospitality.

Tony and the team at Hi Tech Automotive, that he has put together are honest, quick skilled to fix & Repair.He works with you in scheduling drop off and pickups of the vehicle. I would recommend Hi Tech Automotive to both my family and friends alike.

The team at Hi Tech is one of the best I've had the (unfortunate) pleasure of doing business with. After being lied to and turned away by another shop (fix auto signal hill) I rode past and caught a glimpse of the garage, stopped in, told them my story, and within 2 days they had the car and were in touch with my insurance. They kept in touch with me, worked with me to find parts, and got me my car back better than it looked before. They even worked with me so that I could get the car back faster to use it to get to class. The only thing that made it take an extended amount of time was the wait for parts, which they were completely transparent about. Very good people. Very good business. 10 outa 10 would reccomend.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Bumper came off as soon as I went on the freeway. Your better off going down the street to the other body shop because these people will scam you and make your insurance rate go up adding extra services.

Thank you to the Hi-Tech team and specially to Rodrigo. I have brought my car in twice and both times they have done a wonderful job. Rodrigo was amazing to work with. He kept me well informed of every detail being done - from updates with my insurance to updates on my car which made this process a breeze. They also finished my car in no time which was a big plus! I found hi tech collision on google and requested a quote.. Ramez called me within minutes and was very eager to get the quote started right away. He is very friendly & has great communication. I was able to drop my vehicle off before operating hours which was very accommodating so I could get my car started and not miss work. Once I got my car back it looked great with everything fixed perfect, they even washed my car for me. Highly recommend this place!!! Don t forget to give the shop dog Bonito some love & they will take great care of you!Service: Body & Trim
