After car shopping for about 3 weeks I wish I would have visited this dealer sooner. With all the dealers I went to previously the service all felt the same, typical car sales tactics. The guys over here definitely set themselves apart. Shoutout to the sales manager Dean, sales man Alfredo, and finance guy Gianni. Each one of them made you feel like they actually wanted to take care of you and made the transaction seamless. Thank you guys for your great work.P.S. they like Porto s. :)

Had a refreshingly easy, positive experience buying a new Hyundai Tucson SEL at Harbor Hyundai. Had a few terrible experiences at other dealerships before finding this one and we were so grateful that everyone we spoke to was straightforward, transparent- understood what we wanted and did not push add ons unlike every other dealership we dealt with.I m so terrified of dealing with car salespeople and am so relieved that the team at Harbor Hyundai - Jesse, Leonard - were all super helpful, patient and just overall nice people to deal with. Hopefully don t have to buy a car in a long time but if I do, it will be back here!

Randy was super excellent helping us find the right vehicle. We stopped in on Sunday to test drive a Tucson and came back today and bought a Santa Fe. Randy was right there thru the entire process. So knowledgeable about everything. I will definitely be recommending Randy to all my friends and family . Thanks to every one who made buying a new car a pleasure.

Mike Casalegno was super helpful in making my lease happen, and grounding my previous vehicle (also a Hyundai) so that it all went smoothly. He also knows the vehicles so well, better than anyone I've ever worked with. Gianni in financing was also incredibly helpful (and fast, and patiently corrected my absurdly long name when the system didn't take a hyphen, and so on). Just great work all around.

Mike at Harbor Hyundai provided an exceptional performance across the board. He was very about the vehicles and was attentive to my needs. We settled on a new Ioniq 5 which is exactly what I was looking for and in my price range! The customer care was fantastic. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a new vehicle to go to Harbor Hyundai and get a great deal from Mike!

This dealership deserves your business. Our experience here was nothing short of extraordinary. We have a long history of business with Harbor Hyundai and there is a reason for that. When we arrived, we were greeted by Lexi, who turned out to be one of the nicest and most personable sales people I've ever met. There was no question that was left unanswered. As far as the car itself, it was in pristine condition and matched what the listing had, which isn't something I can say about another dealer I had visited earlier in the day. The buying process was simple. There were no tricky sales tactics or hidden fees. Everything was presented just as it was which made the process easy and quick. In addition to Lexi, we had an amazing experience w/Leonard, Juan and Demetric. If you come here, you will not be disappointed

I came here yesterday on April 1st to check out the new cars they had. I truly appreciate how smooth the process was overall. Alfredo did an amazing job explaining and met my expectations. Overall the whole team here did a great job taking care of me and my partner and taking the time to give us a great deal. Didn t feel rushed or pressured. I will be coming back in the future and will recommend my friends and family here at Harbor Hyundai!

Really aggressive sales here, but don't expect anyone to keep that interest up once you leave with a car unless it involves spending money at the service desk. You're better off going to Cerritos.Not to mention I just found out the $200 fuel injection cleaning they came up with when I came in for the 15k mile checkup wasn't actually required. You have to watch yourself with these guys. Anything for that dollar.

I was on the search for a used hybrid or electric car and decided to call Hyundai Harbor to inquire about a 2020 Hyundai Kona all-electric I saw on Google before I arrived. Mike Casalegno picked up and informed me it was still available and was expecting me. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Mike was prompt on helping me looking at the car and test drive it. He was knowledgeable and thorough. Although the car I initially wanted wasn t the best fit, a second option came up and with Mike s knowledge of the EV tax credit qualified for certain vehicles, I decided to go through with purchasing. I appreciated Mike giving me tips on how to navigate the car and gave me his number to ask any questions once I left the dealership. Thanks Hyundai Harbor and Mike. I m enjoying my 2020 Hyundai Kona All-electric.

I recently purchased a certified used Elantra that only came with one fob. Leonard the sales manager went out of his was to make sure I got a second fob at no cost to me. 5 star service from him! I would definitely do business with Leonard and harbor Hyundai again !

After looking for a Hyundai or Kia for weeks, I came across Harbor Hyundai. They actually had the vehicle I wanted and at the right price. Everyone there was great to work with, not pushy at all.I went there first just to see if I liked the Tan interior, and Paul offered me to drive the car. Of course I fell in love with it.Then I contacted Jose about making the deal and I decided to lease from Harbor. The day I went in Jose was not available, so Mike helped me with the rest of the deal. He did an exceptional job at listening to what I needed, and helped me get the right price for my trade in. And get me to the payment I was looking for.Once negotiations were complete I went to finance and I believe it was Dave that helped me there. They explained everything in detail, not trying to push anything on me. But informed me about optional coverages.When the deal was complete, Mike helped me transfer my plates and stuff out of my old car. Then went over details on the new car.I highly recommend Harbor Hyundai for your next purchase or lease.

I contacted this dealership through a referral from Edmund's website. This was the first dealership with which I exchanged messages and Mike was the person who responded and I also had contact with Jay as they worked together as a team to help us find exactly the model Tucson that we were looking for.We spent over two months researching makes and models before narrowing our search down to a Hyundai Tucson Blue Hybrid.Mike and Jay never rushed us or pressured us, but helped us find what we wanted. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Hyundai.

Do not under any circumstances consider buying a car from this dealership. I bought a certified preowned Santa Fe from this dealership. The sale required virtually no effort on the part of the dealership--I knew exactly what I wanted and there was very little negotiation. Probably one of the easiest sales they have ever had. Within a couple days after purchasing the car, I noticed an issue with the USB port in the car. It is something that they should have disclosed to me prior to buying the vehicle, but I did not think it was a big deal when I discovered it--I assumed that the dealership would make it right. I was wrong. For the last 10 days, I have been calling, texting, etc. to get someone to give me an answer as to how to get this issue fixed. The two salespeople--Prince Hayes and Miguel (not sure his last name)--have promised to get back to me, but never get back to me. Or they just ignore me altogether. I then spoke to the sales manager--Dean Dixon--who has repeatedly promised to get back to me. He never does, and now he is dodging my calls. I have dealt with many car dealerships over the years, some good and some not so good. But this one is the absolute worst. Stay far far away.

Went in there to buy a light bulb. Brad was very customer service oriented and tried to put in on my car. He was unable Due to something beyond his control. But, at least he tried that s what counts you don t get that from a dealership. He took the time to try to help me!!! I really appreciate his assistance. Keep up the OUTSTANDING work!!

I have been to multiple Hyundai dealerships like WIN in Carson and South Bay in Torrance, and everytime I went there I would have a horrible experience with the people that worked in Service. Harbor Hyundai is the only dealership I actually like. Quick service with quality and a friendly staff like Jose Martinez that actually knows Customer Service.

If I could give this place less than a 1 star I would. I came in here needing to buy out the lease of my car and when they gave me the monthly payment with their absolutely awful interest rate of 10.5% they snuck in a $3,500 extended warranty without telling me. Even when I went into the financing he conveniently failed to tell me that it was an added charge, on top of my buy out amount and something I would also be paying interest on, absolutely unacceptable and they completely went behind my back and took advantage of me. I will be refinancing this terrible loan and will never go back to Harbour Huydai ever again. If you go there absolutely watch your back because any chance they get they will take advantage of you.

The staff was very friendly. I purchased a 2021 Chevy Trax with only 11k miles! We were able to work a deal out and I walked away with a great car at a good price. The only issue was the amount of time it took for me to sign the paperwork. They were a bit understaffed in that department so I waited a couple hours before I got to sign any official paperwork. Other than that it was great. Mack is a good stand up dude.

My service advisor was Rodrigo and not only was he transparent, courteous, and professional but also kept in touch every step of the way.I usually don't write reviews unless the level of service merits and this one really made the difference!Rodrigo should be given a bonus from Hyundai or the Harbor group! The whole experience of leasing our new car was seamless. From the call to the sale's manager, Juan Davila to our sales associate, Jay Sanchez and the finance department, Demetric Wright. I can't say enough about how professional and efficient the team was. I will definitely be returning and referring Harbor Hyundai.
