Honorio, Cynthia and everyone else, they were all very friendly, attentive and professional in their demeanor and patience for my concerns about my ride. I will highly recommend Galaxy Auto Collision to anyone who has a car they care very much about! They are, without a shadow of doubt, THE greatest body shop I have ever needed to deal with!

They did a great job fixing my dents and paint damage and completed it in a reasonable amount of time. When I told them that I needed it back by a specific time they accommodated me and came through. Excellent and friendly customer service. I felt taken care of and they walked me through exactly what needed to be done to get my truck back looking new. Highly recommend.

This was my first experience with this place and I would have to say, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in need of repairs to their car. While looking around for the right person for the job, I was also seeing if certain places had loaner cars while yours is in the shop, which Galaxy did! Chris gave me a great deal on the car rental and was there every step of the process keeping me updated with the details about my car. They were able to fix everything + more all within my budget which I loved the most! They definitely take care of their clients the right way and are affordable too. Loved my experience here!

I took my Prius to get painted due to a large amount of oxidation. Honorio and his great staff went above and beyond with their customer service and quality of work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I was hit by an uninsured motorist, with expired tags, no driver's license who backed into me in a parking lot in attempt to be closer to the CVS door. Jeez people. I took my car to several places to get an estimate- but none gave me a bid in writing. I went with Galaxy because from the beginning they were easy to work with; responsive and professional. The initial estimate was more than reasonable. I could not be more happier with the result! My 2015 car looks brand new! I also liked that I could do paperwork online- which I appreciate bc it saves me time! Galaxy goes the extra mile to make the experience easier. Galaxy even ordered the required parts in advance to shorten the amount of time that I would be without my car. Once they had the paint in stock, I dropped off the car. They finished my car in three business days! They also repaired several minor dings that were adjacent to the incident damage and a scratch I pointed out on the trunk for no extra charge. My car came back to me clean as a whistle. The insurance company paid them directly - which was also awesome! A great local small business!

My experience at this body shop was absolutely horrendous. I went in for a car estimate, and as I was in the middle of the appraisal, the appraiser abandoned me to assist another customer. I patiently waited for 15 minutes, only to be left outside with no explanation as the appraiser disappeared back into the shop. This level of disrespect and disregard for customers is inexcusable. I promptly left, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs

This place is awesome does great work & uses OEM parts. Chris took great care of me and my car I would highly recommend this shop to everyone not only are they very professional but were willing to do some extra work on my vehicle to make me happy and leave with a great appreciation for the work they do here trust me you wanna bring your car here.Update on02/14/23So I had an issue with my inner door panel so I took my car back to Galaxy to have them fix the issue well they did a great job and I'm not sure why but they didn't charge me I'm assuming it's because they remembered me or my car but this is a business that deserves a praise so thank you very much for taking such good care of my car again and that's why I highly recommend this placeServices: Painting, Body & Trim

My daughter and I are amazed at the great work done to her car. Your car was hit while parked and Chris took care of everything from keeping in contact with the insurance company to making sure our car was fixed in a timely manner. I have brought my other daughter s car here before for repairs and this is the only place I will come to and recommend.

I am very satisfied with the work that was done on my truck and with the team at GALAXY. I was really impressed with the finish and quality of the repairs and the paint job. Besides that, I would recommend them for their quality in customer service and always answered all my calls. When I didn't answer they would send me a text which was very convenient for me since I'm always busy. I'm a professional trainer in sales for the last 28 years training companies in Customer service and sales and for that reason I recommend this shop 100 percent. .

I got a little dent on the side door of my Highlander 2020, and Galaxy did a wonderful job on it just like "nothing happened." I was impressed by their professional body work and front desk assistance. I support female homeless veterans through an organization 'Ordered Steps' and treat veterans in my clinic to relieve any pain they have. When I found a sign attached, I knew I was in a right place to be. I highly recommend Galaxy if you have any issues in your valuable vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

Came in today for a tire related problem on my Toyota Prius. Spoke to Chris who was very professional and helpful. Had my problem fixed in no time.Will definitely be coming back if I have any other car/body related issues. Would definitely recommend. A+++!

Amazing Experience from beginning to end ! Chris helped me through the whole thing , great customer service, explains everything from the insurance to what s going to be done to your car .He is very honest and nice. He answered all my questions and made everything very smooth and not frustrating. He offered to help me out with anything I needed . But the best thing of all was my car looks better than before . It looks so nice ! Great work I feel like I have a new car . Couldn t ask for a better place or experience. I would totally recommend to bring in your car . Ask for Chris ! I found this place on yelp because I didn t know where to go , my car was hit while parked and was badly dented. All the reviews on yelped looked good and I honestly I agree with them .

From customer service to the excellent workmanship, they were great! Chris took care of everything from the moment I called him, making the process seamless and less frustrating Honorio went above and beyond in fixing the car. I can't give these guys enough stars!!!! First off, it's a family owned and run business, and I must say, they are extremely kind people to work with.My SUV was severely wounded with dents and scratches from years and years of wear and tear living in the mountains. I haven't had any body work done at all on my vehicle and was apprehensive (to say the least!) to bring it in for work. The entire Galaxy Auto Collision team was professional, responsive and incredibly thorough from beginning to end of the process. They also gave me an awesome deal on all of the work that had to be done. My Honda civic 2017 it was involved in a rear end accident, and I took it into Galaxy auto collision center. they worked everything directly whit my insurance. I m very happy with their service and the quality work they did to my car. My car looks the same before the accident if you look my car you wouldn t notice that my car were in a rear and accident. Thank you so much Galaxy, I m very happy.

I came here because my attorney recommended it. I took my car out of a horrible body shop, brought it here and the experience was amazing! Provided me with a rental, took less than a week and my car came out flawless. I couldn't believe it. The staff was beyond helpful, they seemed to really love what they do. I will bring my car here again for any auto-body needs and highly recommend.

Yay! Just picked up my car today. So happy to have it back. Literally looks like new. They even waxed the rest of my car. Luckily they were able to lend me a car since I didnt have money to pay enterprise since the other party at fault was on reimbursement basis. Thank you so much guys! Would definitely come back if I ever need anything. You guys honestly helped me a lot with the insurance process. I work a lot on the go so the fact you guys helped with the back and forth with insurance company was a big deal for me. Will highly recommend!

I forgot the owners name. But everyone there was so helpful! I took in my 2012 Toyota Camry; My right rearview mirror got hit by another driver and they were able to fix it within 20 mins. No complains. Great service.

They go above and beyond the service someone like them should provide, they take care of all the insurance work, and the work they did on my car is top notch, they gave me the car back looking newer than what I gave them. Without a doubt one of the best if not the best collision centers out there
