Not only did they finish my car a week earlier than they originally estimated they also fully detailed my car and it looked absolutely brand new and beautiful when it was time to pick it up. Danny and Vincent are very nice gentleman and it was a pleasure being helped by them. My only gripe was having to go there just to have my car inspected and then have to come back again just to drop off; should really be doing that all same day.

I brought my Mazda in for a minor repair. They realized there was much more damage internally and were so quick to fix it! I dropped it off Monday and by Friday they had inspected it, ordered parts, fixed it and painted it accordingly. (I did not expect it to be done for another week!) Everyone who worked there was so helpful, respectful, and nonjudgemental when I would have questions. Best repair shop in LBC 100%. I won t be going anywhere else!!!

I recently had the pleasure of taking my car to FIX AUTO LONG BEACH, and I have to say, it was an excellent experience from start to finish! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the repairs on my car. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and treated with the utmost respect. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the repair process in detail, so I knew exactly what to expect. They also kept me updated throughout the repair process, which I really appreciated. When I picked up my car, I was blown away by how great it looked! The repairs were flawless, and the car looked as good as new. The staff even took the time to give it a quick wash, which was a nice touch. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at FIX AUTO LONG BEACH. The staff was professional, the repairs were excellent, and the customer service was top-notch. If you're in need of collision repairs, I highly recommend this center!

Fix Auto has always been top notch. Aside from the fantastic customer service they aways keep me up to date on the progress of my vehicle. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The repairs I ve had with them couldn t be better!!! I would recommend them to anyone!!

Great team! Made my life super convenient despite my busy schedule- thank you so much for taking great care of me and coordinating the communication including the rental vehicle process. I was worried it would take weeks but was done within a very reasonable amount of time. Lastly, they ve went the extra mile by cleaning my car - much appreciated guys!

I had the best experience at Fix Auto Long Beach! Someone had dented my car and they were able to get me in and out within a few weeks! Customer service was excellent too. They were very nice and helpful. They even washed and cleaned my car! I made an appointment here 2 weeks in advance to get my car repaired and sent them the estimate from the insurance company the day I made the appointment so I thought everything was all set. The day of the appointment comes and I show up only to be told they will not be repairing my car because they don t work with Geico. It was further explained to me that the appointment I made was just for an inspection (that they refused to do by the way) and just making the appointment itself was not a guarantee of repairs. All of that I understand, but what I don t understand is why I was able to make the appointment in the first place and why they waited until I got there the day of the appointment to tell me all of this. It was a huge waste of my time and theirs.

Fix Auto and Carlos were incredibly efficient, and helped make a stressful situation super easy and smooth. They handled correspondence with my insurance directly and were always quick to communicate with me. My car looks brand new after being rear ended! I made an appointment online, when I arrived the front desk person said they would only accept Teslas with a Tesla insurance. Then he said they were at capacity and won't accept new customers. Then he kept on claiming that he talked to me on the phone which never happened. I waited a week for the appointment and drove up there just for this. What a waste of time.

I had a really great experience at Fix Auto. I got regular calls and texts to update me on the status of my car repairs. They finished repairs several days earlier than expected as well and helped me with returning my rental car. I was pleasantly surprised when my car looked brand new (washed, inside vacuumed, etc) when I picked it up. I would highly recommend this auto shop if you need repairs in Long Beach!Services: Tires, Body & Trim

Great friendly employees and they always keep you up to date with your car. Their work is also very good. Thanks Alex, Maria and team!That was then this is now. After they painted my hood and corner panel would stay scratched it all look good and the staff there at that time was very nice. Well now they have a complete new staff new manager new front person I don't know about the people doing the work because I never see them but the place is extremely small you can't park on the street because it's painted red and they have no room for parking in their establishment. Their place of business is between houses. I called today and asked if I could bring my car in because there were some problems with the paint and I was told sure we're open till 5 I go there a little after 3 p.m. and there's a new person I've never seen before and no one else working in the front office and he said I have to have an appointment. I ask for the manager he said he was gone and I told him someone I spoke to on the phone said come on in and we'll take a look at it. So after driving to their location taking my time and gas the young guy around 20 years old just blew me off. And I should mention after I had my hood painted I had to take it back because they're paint cracked and they had to completely redo the hood so I'm just waiting for it to crack again. My insurance is paying for this which is State Farm and they are on their repair list for places to go and they should immediately remove them as I believe they're not even qualified to put the correct pressure of air in my tires. I will never step foot on that property again and I have notified State Farm am I experiences after having to go there for different times! So if you care about your car go somewhere else go anywhere else.Service: Painting

Unfortunately, we had been in a car accident when we are on vacation. When we came back, I filed with our insurance company, and they gave me several options for authorized repair places. After reading several reviews we chose FIX auto.I was able to call on a Friday and get a Monday morning appointment. I was provided with regular updates with the repair status via text (my preference). The workmanship was outstanding, as was the customer service. The repair was done on time.I would highly recommend this repair shop.

Walked into a clean and welcoming office. The staff were courteous, answered all questions, provided all information that was to be done on my car, gave an approximate estimate and completion date, daily updated me on the progress of my vehicle. When car was repaired, everything looked brand new. Even areas I had requested to have repaired. I would recommend Fix Auto to anyone who is looking for an honest and fair auto repair shop. My experience at fix it Long Beach was a five star! They were very courteous when I brought the car in which was done by appointment and the car was done way ahead of schedule. They also were able to coordinate with the rental company so at the end I didn't have to deal with the rental shop which is separate. I got daily updates and they are very honest and reasonable.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The best experience I've ever had with a repair facility, ever! Every employee I interacted with was extremely professional, helped with a smile and even got my car fixed and back to me better than new 6 days ahead of schedule! I hope I never have a need to use a repair shop again, but if I do I will 1,000% be a returning customer! 10/10 amazing service from start to finish!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Couldn t have asked for a better experience at fix auto. Carlos and Daniel were both extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process of my repair. Upon arrival picking up my vehicle, it was detailed and clean inside and out. These guys definitely go the extra mile to make sure that you re taken care of. Wouldn t go to anyone else! Fix Auto is the best. We called them the day our car was damaged and they said bring it in that same day! They were very efficient and courteous and kept me informed about the status of the repairs, AND turned it around a few days earlier than expected. Car was like new! The car was rear ended and they fixed it in about two weeks. The bodywork is great. I want to give more stars but they used over a quarter tank of my gas and they didn t replace it. It s a hybrid so it would take quite a lot of driving to do that. I hope that they put a policy in place for a future customers.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

We had body work and painting done at Fix auto after our accident. Fernando and the entire staff were very professional, prompt, and thorough while fixing our car. They kept us updated and their work was excellent. It was like we received a new car back. They detailed it inside and out. Our daughter was driving a car that is in our name and she got rear-ended. She was not hurt and the person who hit her was very helpful with sharing his information. We got lists from Liberty Mutual Insurance(our policy) and Travelers(the other person's policy) for their Approved Body shops. Fix Auto Long Beach was on both lists. I planned to make several calls, but I did not get past my first call to Fix Auto Long Beach. They were amazing, responsive, and so nice. We dropped the car off and Fernando was the one who helped us. We immediately knew we chose the right place. I cannot say enough about this whole enterprise. Their whole staff are so cheerful and efficient. They made a huge inconvenience painless. They did a wonderful job and they finished it sooner than we expected.
