Super happy with service and amazed with customer service. want to get my Honda brakes replaced and they were fast and efficient, but would I like the most was very knowledgeable and went out of the way to help. I like the fact it didn t lowball me at all and we re honest very hard to find nowadays. Definitely recommend them 100% honest in this location..

Class act. Steve and the team had my car tuned and polished in less than 3 hours. I normally do not write reviews, but I am compel to do for these guys. good guys. To me little drive worth it as I got 100% peace of mind and satisfaction and reasonable price....Bob and Steve are very honest mechanics and thorough (hard to find in this day and age). I heard him saying to customers those had left the car for brake jobs that you need nothing just little fluid. I mean he put efforts took the tires out and checked spend time and did not make dime wow. I will highly recommend. the lady said that Toyota dealer was asking $600 for brake job and she just left with nothing... I wish they were given tip or something for their time and efforts.Services: Tires, Brakes

After being told i needed all 4 brakes and rotors replaced and wanted to charge me just shy of $1000, I went here! I called first and was quoted $240 for pads and resurfacing the rotors. Fair price. I took the car in same day, they took off the tires and checked the pads and told me I had 10,000 miles still on the fronts and and at least triple that on the rears! Brought the car down and said come back in 10,000 miles and well do the fronts for you. Super honest and fair price shop. Chill and professional guys too. Taking all my cars here from now on. Love love these guys. They have made everything on my Ford ranger keep on rolling. I buy parts I bring them over there and they install them. I need oil changes they do it I need tires they do I need anything on my truck minus engine work they do it.

If you need to have work done on your brakes come here, H O N E S T L Y!I had never been here before, but drove by many times after work and saw that they serviced brakes and knowing that my brakes needed replacing soon I would come by one day and check them out. Someone pulled by the side of my car and told me my right brake light was out and that s when I decided to take the car to East Long Beach Brake Service shop and have my brakes worked on, but first, I did homework on what a brake job usually costs on my Nissan Versa and checked out their reviews. They had awesome reviews.I took my car in for an estimate and waited around before I agreed to have work done, I was worried they would give me a high quote. They did not, they gave me a fair estimate, I was happy. They replaced the bulb in the rear and rotated my tires. Now I don t know much about cars, but they could have said my brake light switch was broken and needed replacement, right? I ve been screwed before many times, so I appreciated their honestly, Loved it!Long story short, Bob the owner, a very pleasant person drove me home and called me within 3 hour s to let me know my car was ready for pick up.Bob and his team did a great job on my car. I am very pleased with them. I recommend them 100%

What a great experience! I'd done some works on my own brakes before, so the new sound of grinding seemed to be the end of my pads. Went in and had a friendly conversation with Bob, and his guys found a wire wrapped around something, I had to force $20 on them for their time.

I was looking for a local brake shop that had great reviews and low prices. Well East Long Beach Brake fits the bill. Owner Bob is a real nice down to earth guy. Service was quick and very reasonably priced. I will use this shop for my auto needs.

I drive a rather high-end car and on a Friday afternoon at about 2pm I telephoned East Long Beach brake service and asked if they could do my brakes that afternoon they said as long as I was there within 30 minutes they could do it- Jiffy Lube tried to charge me like $150 more than These Guys did a great job, a wonderful job and quick too!!!!Thank you Steve I really appreciate you.

Took my 4 runner here after I lifted it for a alignment and they were quick too get rite on it . The workers here have a great attitude and they also explained how it works on the rack . True professionalS and honest ! Price is fair also ! I recommend this place !

This place has changed to Tom's Tires and Wheels. They also are a full mechanical repair garage. Owner is normally there handling quotes and managing business. Just had new tires and needed repairs completed for my 94 4Runner

Honest, competent, reasonable priced work. Just replaced 2011 Honda Accord front wheel bearing. Had brakes for this car and F250 done recently. Great work.

Bob, the owner has owned the a e for decades. His work is reasonable. He does what is needed. His work is limited to brakes, suspension, alignment and steering. I recommend him highly.

I drove in from Colorado and noticed something wrong with my brakes. Bob and his team did a wonderful job replacing my rear brakes and flushing my brake fluid. Had me in and out quickly so I could get on the road back to Colorado. Very professional. Thank you.

Great service, great price great referral from an acquaintance. Did the brakes on my dually and they were fast friendly and explained everything they did I'm going to take my car there my other truck and refer all my family.

Knowledgeable and honest service. Been going to Bob's shop for about a year. I've always been satisfied with the repairs. They are not the cheapest shop around but they do good work.

These guys are super knowledgeable, honest, and charge competitive rate. I've used these guys and Tom's(next door) and East Long Beach Brake Service is much better.

Very very crooked minded !! I try to ask the guy about prices he's trying to tell me what he what he thinks needs to be done without looking at the work he couldn't idolize no prices do not trust him
