I had a great experience with E3 Collision. Just by traveling down the streets and seen a sign with a specialized in Tesla, For me, it a one-stop shop. They were very knowledgeable about the car and it's details. My experience was great and service that I got from them. Just like going to 5 star dealership. They take care of your car they clean your car and give it to you with a smile. Thank you Ms. Lewis!

Let me tell you, John and everyone down at E3 Collision on Anaheim St. did a fantastic job repairing my Tesla Model Y. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the work that had been done. I was not used to that kind of service. Usually repair shops just want to get you out the door as quickly as possible, but not John. He repeatedly told me that if I was unhappy with how it looked, they would repaint, or rework the surface. If you have a Tesla and it needs work, don't mess around, take it to E3 Collision on Anaheim St. John and E3 Collision have made a lifelong client out of me and I will be recommending everyone I know to get their work done at E3 Collision. The pictures I posted are the before and after shots. My car looked brand new!

This is my second time working with E3 Collision and their service/communication has been superb both times. This second time around I got into accident I had an EV so I was concerned about how the repairs would differ compared to a normal ICE vehicle. They assured me they would take care of me and the phenomenal! My car looked exactly how it did before the accident. My point person was Crystal and she did a great job communicating the status of my repairs to the very last detail. She was quick to give me an update if I had any questions or even if I didn t have any, she made sure I was kept in the loop. If you have an EV and are looking for a body shop that will not only do high quality work but also have great communication then come here! E3 Collision has definitely earned my business in the future.

First of all just wanna thank Emilee with E3 Collisions for their superb customer service, they felt like family when I first walked in. My baby was hit in a hit & run accident while parked and when other shops didn't sound astute or sincere; E3 Collision was there in person & over the phone. From getting a rental, repair updates, quick processing, to them standing behind there work with a Lifetime guarantee I couldn't complain throughout this process. Needless to say I was more than astound when I picked up my baby and saw that they had gone out of their way to replace my bumper and give the whole passenger a fresh paint job.Thanks Again E3 for not just having my back but allowing me show the worldI'm Back

Needed work on my car bumper and trunk so I did some research and found E3 on yelp with good reviews and decided to utilize their services. Crystal was very helpful with the whole process and was communicative and flexible with getting my car fixed. When I got back my car it was like brand new. The team did an amazing job and I would gladly pay for their services again. Highly recommend using this business.

Incredible work! Took my Model 3 here for a light scratch repair, and the scratch is completely gone. You never would have even noticed it was there before. I am amazed by the quality of their work. Extremely great service all around. I highly recommend E3!!

E3 collision did an excellent job on the scraped damage on the passenger side of my SUV for a reasonable price. Crystal was terrific! She explained everything that needed to be done, kept me informed of the progress, arranged a reasonable rental for those days, and was a very nice person to work with. As an added bonus, E3 detailed my car and it looked showroom great when I went to pick it up. I hope I don t have a need for a body shop again, but if I do, I will certainly take it to E3.

Genuinely so happy with the service here! John and his team are absolutely fantastic. Great communication, quick turn around time, and overall just an excellent job done. I brought my car in here for repairs after I was rear ended, and could not have picked a better place. John took care of everything with the insurance repairs, and just made the process so smooth and easy with E3. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend E3 Collision for any auto body repairs. They exceeded my expectations by replacing my damaged bumper, perfectly matching the paint (my car is black), and even providing a rental vehicle. My car was immaculately detailed and looks brand new. Their exceptional service includes delivering my repaired vehicle to my doorstep and handling the rental return. I want to say THANK YOU to E3 collision for taking care of my Denali. I was bummed the day the side swipe happened and thought to myself even fixing it wouldn't be the same. So I dropped it off to emilee at e3 collision and the communication and care was just what every customer needs, just great! Long story short I went to pick up my truck and was nervous to see it and I swear it was like nothing ever happened! I tried to look for something wrong and I could NOT find anything wrong. The the paint was perfect the clear coat was I looked at the reflection and also looked at the angles for imperfections and I just couldn't find anything wrong with the body or paint. So THANK YOU emilee and the E3 collision team I couldn't be happier with the customer service and the quality of work you guys put out. Very much APPRECIATED!!!

Excellent communication customer service! I would give E3 collision 10 stars if I could! They beat 10 different Tesla approved body shops in the Long Beach area by more than half the repair time. This is my second time using E3 Collision. Just like when I took my Range Rover in for some paint work, the job was outstanding. This time they fixed my bumper and a mishap with a tree stump to perfection. These folks are amazing! I worked with Crystal, and she was extremely easy to work with. Very friendly, very professional, and she really knew her stuff. When I got my car back, it looked exactly how it looked when I drove it off the lot brand new. Once I handed the car over, Crystal handled everything with my insurance company, so I never really had to talk to them again. And I can rest assured that I have a lifetime warranty if anything comes up related to their work. The list of good things goes on and on. I can t say enough about E3. I had the absolute greatest experience with Crystal from E3 Auto Collison. Earlier this month I was involved in a car accident where the driver who hit me did not have insurance, which usually never ends well. After getting two quotes from other Tesla approved Collison centers it was clear the cost may too high for the driver to pay out of pocket but after reading reviews about Crystal's incredible service I decided to go ahead and get one last quote. Not only was the original quote cheaper than the other Collison Centers she agreed to bring the cost down even lower being that the driver at fault was going to have to pay out of pocket. Not only was she able to help mediate and mitigate the situation, she also provided incredible service and my car is as good as new! Thank you so much Crystal and E3 Collison; I seriously do not know what I would've done without you.

My experience with E3 collision was one of the best customer service I ve ever received in the automotive industry, they provided relief I needed with my accident. After my accident they were quick to contact my insurance and got my car picked up regardless of the holiday rush. Emily helped keep me updated and ensured my car was well taken care of through out the whole process. Our 2013 Toyota Corolla had a long scratch/crease that ran on the metal body from the right side front fender all the way to the rear fender. The shop did excellent body work and paint color matching to make the car look like the damage never happened. Also, they unexpectedly detailed and cleaned the rest of the car exterior at no charge, because we had a few spots of pine sap, and it was all gone and smooth when we picked up the car. What's more, they even cleaned up the engine compartment. That is extra service above and beyond by John Robertson and the team there. I recently got my car back from E3. Crystal was amazing throughout this entire process. I was in the hospital when my car got hit, so I was going through all of this with a brand new baby, Overwhelming to say the least. Crystal made the entire process seemless for me.
