If I could give this place 0 start I would but can't. I got my brakes done about 1 year ago here, about 6 months in I started having issues and healing noises turns out my lines were being pinched due to the worker not making sure to put them in wrong. I experience an abnormal amount of smoke I lost money they are careless and will shrug you off. I spoke to may workers including manager Mark and he did nothing to fix It I will be pursuing the company further for negligence. I have pictures of proof which have been provided but this is a WARNING TO Everyone getting any work here make sure to check the work they did.

The staff was super friendly and efficient. They got me in and out in a hurry. They even put air in my spare tire and put it away in my truck. I will definitely be back for any future repairs my car may need. Thanks again for the great service you guys rock!!!

I brought my car in for an oil change a couple months back and was very satisfied with the maintenance provided and customer service I received. Not only did they give me a good price but also topped off all my liquids for free. I came back this week for some new tires and I left very happy once again. Johnny has helped me on both visits, he s a very nice and knowledgeable guy. I m glad i can continue to come back to a place I can trust with my car! 100% recommend

I came here last minute because I had a flat tire, and even though the team was SUPER busy, they made sure to install a new tire for me by the end of the day. B was GREAT and was juggling so many things, but he still made sure everyone was taken care of. The team is lucky to have an asset like B and his mechanics.

Decent customer service but they cannot service all vehicles at this location. Brought in a company vehicle (dodge pro master) for an oil change and it was too tall for the roll up doors and to be raised + drained once inside. Tried to refer me to another location in Carson but the valvoline down the block had the capacity to do the oil change with no problem.

The service I came in to get was great. It was my first time there and I had always wanted to try since it was very close to my house. What I didn t like is that B tried to scam me by telling me I needed an additional service that costs $600+. I can t remember the name of the piece he said I needed but he told me the coolant was leaking and my car would overheat so I think the water pump needed to be replaced. I have a 2019 TOYOTA! I never had any major issues but all of a sudden when I go there I do. I almost went forward with it but something told me to get a second opinion, so I did. A mechanic in my neighborhood told me he sees nothing wrong ! So, I probably won t be going there anymore ! Maybe he gets commission, idk but I will drive across town to another discount tires contrite before I ever go there again.

I took my van in for 4 tires, I was sure I only needed 2. I scheduled to purchase 4 to see if they would try to sell me tires I didn't need. THEY PASSED THE TEST. He agreed that my front tires were good!.I feel like I can trust them!They got me in on schedule and out really fast.I will return!

Dropped my car off at about 10AM. The low tire pressure warning light was on but I checked the pressure and all tires were fine. So I figured it was a bad sensor. I asked to be called as soon as they were done. By 4 PM I still did not receive a call. I called them and was told they are still working on the problem & salesperson Johnny Trujillo promised he'd call when it was done. I told him I had to walk there which would take 20 min. & they closed at 6. Around 5, I still did not get a call. I walked there & my car was in the same spot it was parked when I dropped it off. They pulled it into the garage & I was told they were not able to figure out which sensor was bad so they replaced 3. I was the last person to leave. One sensor costs $89.99. My total bill was $347.64. Additionally, the last time they replaced a tire and the warning light was on, I was told by a different salesperson, it was a bad sensor in the spare. This time I was told spares don't have sensors. I don't know what's going on but I can say, there's a fast turn over of staff and that's not a good sign.

It looks like they did the work ok, but I had an appointment, but they took walk ins ahead of me, so they didn t get to my car for many hours and I had to leave it there. Also they would not answer the phone, it rang 20 then hung up. Also I wanted front and back brakes but couldn t get them to even look at them. Not a great experience this time. I took it to Marks brakes and they did it for half of your price.you used to charge 99 an axel. Now 250?

It s a busy store but they have Great customer service!!They honored the internet price on my new set of tires. Gave me an oil change and they included an alignment along with the purchase.Expect a few delays but they ll take care of you.

Fantastic customer service from everyone there, but special kudos to Johnny! He is so helpful, informative, friendly, and professional. He gave great advice to my friend while her car was there, and you can tell he cares about the customer experience. Highly recommend.

Worse service ever!! I would give them a big zero. I was quoted a full price by there customer service line, then was told I will have to pay an additional $110.00 for alignment, which the service center made clear it was included. I had an early morning appointment and they had my car for 6 hours with no phone call. When I went to pay, I had to wait 20 minutes due to the guy was too busy talking to someone who wasn't even doing service with them. The whole team there is rude, slow, and condescending. I wish I would of looked this up before going to Discount Tire...they have been reported to Better Business Bureau many time. STAY AWAY!!!

I was so happy with my experience today! I wasn t in for long at all. I had a nail in my tire and I was thinking the worst, worried I had to get a new one. The man helping me explained what they were looking at for a tire replacement and ensured me they wouldn t charge me for a new tire if I didn t need one. They said it looked good, patched up my tire and sent me off! Thank you again!

When I got a flat I noticed I was missing a lug nut! I just got new tires & boots ($1300!) & this shouldn't have happened! I'm here now getting it fixed. I brought up the missing lug nut and they were so nonchalant and passive about it like it's not a problem! IT'S A PROBLEM! I don't think I can trust them enough to return after this. Plus they don't answer the phone, EVER!

I am so grateful for the guys at Discount Tire! I had nails in my tire and came in panicked with my tire losing air quickly, and they took care of it right away! They are all so nice and helpful. Awesome service. Special thanks to Jesus!

Your recent work, as with the much past work, performed on my 2002 Tahoe with 269,000 miles continues to keep it performing very well. Your recent work in addition to new tires also included new tie rods, pan gasket, valve cover gasket, and general service items. Your expertise and work has been great overall the years. I plan to keep this vehicle running until you can no longer fix it. Thanks.

Over the last 6 weeks my tire light has come on 3x... 2 prior times I was old extreme cold weather was the culprit.... this time they were able to repair a tire and send me on their way...I have been a customer at Redondo and Anaheim for over 20 years and 3 cars... and yes there have been a series of turn overs... but this current manager is in the top 2!

I recently went to discount tire and service center thinking it was a discount tire company. I purchased two new tires for my Lexus. They put them on and it needed an alignment. I didn t have time and they said that it could be done in San Diego at another one of their stores. So when I came down to San Diego from Long Beach, I found out with my receipt that I was not previously at a discount tire. When I return back to Long Beach, I went by the shop for the alignment that was included in my price of the two tires and they said we don t have a place in San Diego. I don t know why someone told you to go there . So I asked them about the alignment. They said no problem and it would take about an hour. After an hour and a half I went up to ask what was going on and they said you needed to go get two new tires. I said, but I didn t buy two new tires , oh you did I thought you wanted to new tires is what the guy said. I said no I just wanted the alignment. They said they could takeoff the two new Tires. I was so frustrated after waiting that I just paid for the two new tires even though I didn t need them. Just be aware that if you go to this place that uses discount tire in their name, you really aren t at a discount tire company.

The guys at the shop did their best under difficult circumstances:The call center (that is somewhere far away) had COMPLETELY overbooked them with jobs. There was barely anywhere to park. The guys estimated 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours, so I waited at a nearby coffee shop (Good Time Coffee on Coronado - excellent). I returned after 2 1/2 hours and they hadn t even been able to start on my car. They finally got it finished 1 1/2 hours after that, just before they closed.So my recommendation is either get the first appointment of the day, or alternatively get a ride there so you don t have to wait around.

I ran over a nail. I stopped in to have it removed and the tire patched. I love how I was able to just pop in without an appointment. They were very busy but they were still able to squeeze me in. When I make an appointment with the Honda dealership it can sometimes take weeks before I can get my vehicle looked at. So this same day service was greatly appreciated as I was nervous about driving it and ending up somewhere with a flat tire. The staff was also extremely friendly which is always a plus.

With casserole in hand after work, I was headed to the staff Xmas party. Except, my tire was flat to the ground. Toast. Discount Tires was only one mile away. Yet again, they went above and beyond. They replaced my tire in 30 minutes. Everyone at the party was shocked I made it there so quickly as I had group texted what had happened!

Came in due to a flat and Johnny was very nice and helpful. Took my car in right away and was out in no time, I didn t even have to pay a fee for the repair. I will definitely be back for any of my tire needs.

65000 miles ago, I bought four tires, and because the service was impeccable, I returned for four new ones. If the business is good to you, be good to them and renew your business with them.

They complain about everything , like they don t want the business . Oh your fenders are fiberglass , oh you don t have much tread on rear tires .. like I know I m asking for a simple toe check in the front. Rude workers, with attitude like they have an issue against the world . If yall don t want to make money then say so. Don t say you can do lowered cars , if you re incompetent

This place has great customer service. The main issue is sometimes they open at 8:00am and sometimes at 8:30am. It would be nice if they were consistent in their hours.

I had a flat tire so I took it to one shop. They told me that the tire is not repairable, but Discount Tire was able to fix it. And they didn't change me for it. Great service!!!

This is the second time that I've used discount tire in a few years (different location) and I'm low-key mad that I haven't just used them exclusively because let me tell you the people that work there are SO nice, understanding and accommodating.If you call them over the phone they make a deal for you so that it's already set up before you go in. When you go to the store they explain all of your payment options in detail, they explained all the warranties and maintenance that come along with services in depth, and they have a free rewards program!I've never had this kind of service at American tire or other shops. I will most certainly be coming back and thanks to the gentleman working there, I've been able to add some key dates to my calendar to make sure that my car is in tip top shape. DO NOT SLEEP ON DISCOUNT TIRES

I went early on a Saturday and they had some cars there already. They fixed my flat but the low rating is because it took almost 2hrs!!! I already had my spare on so i just left the flat there with them. Now I understand it takes time when there are some cars in front of you (my first job was changing tires). But 2hrs!! For the amount of cars in front of me it would take less time for one guy to do all four tires on each car!....and that wasn't the case! ( It was like 2 tires on two cars and like 3 flat repairs). The kicker was when I was paying the $25 before they fixed my flat, someone called and asked for an alignment. They told them only 1hr wait!!! WTH Is that!?! So I take it they work on your car depending on what they are doing and not the order you come in...and that's complete BS.Oh and no...it really took two hrs to fix that flat tire, I came back around 1:50 later and they were just getting to it..and gess what a car was on the alignment machine... total BS!Pic is of what I took out of my tire and when I put the spare on.

I made an appointment for 9am for a wheel alignment. I walked out at 10:30am. Very disappointed. It didn t matter that I had made an appointment. They took people in the order that they arrived. Why bother making an appointment.
