Had an awesome experience at Del Amo Motorsports. My husband and I purchased a new CanAm. All the staff members that we interacted with were extremely professional and friendly. The purchasing transaction went smooth a little back and forth with negotiations which is always expected when making a big purchase. Overall never felt pressured into buying something out of our budget. Thank you Zach and Larry it was a pleasure working with you guys.

Had an excellent experience buying my first side by side with my brother here at Del Amo of Long Beach with Leo Beltran. Was very welcoming knowledgeable, and enthusiastic from the start. Put us on the right Can Am with an Amazing deal. Customer service was awesome from start to finish! I would come back and buy from him. Going to recommend everyone to him. Thanks Leo

I am extremely happy with my purchase of 3 Kawasaki dirt bikes, 110,150, and a 300. Been taking them to Gorman since I purchased in May( that s why I ve taken so long to review !) Zach was extremely helpful and waited for us even after closing ! Super good deal thanks to their manager Larry! Highly recommend going here, I came out from Thousand Oaks for their deals and will come back for some quads !

Great experience at Del Amo Long Beach. Inventory on website was accurate. Manny (salesman) was honest and straightforward to deal with and patient as well. Larry (sales manager) was very helpful and knowledgeable. Both of them really went above and beyond on their level of customer service. Zach in finance made it a smooth transaction, was not overly pushy, and was nice to deal with. Overall, was a great experience.

After my last review, Del Amo contacted me and asked to discuss my comments. I spoke with Bobby, the Manager for Long Beach and he went to the service department right away to get the details. He spoke with Damian who handled my order and called me right back to explain. He assured me that the service department has been instructed to be sure their work does not leave until it has been cleaned properly. I appreciate his time and attention and I will continue to be a customer.

Read your paperwork before signing....I recently purchased a 250 Honda sale rep was cool. Everything went pretty smooth the price we locked in on the bike was $5900 out the door. So I put down $400,So I would only be financing $5400.. I got approved ,went in with the financing Rep. Started signing paperwork in the middle of everything I started to wonder why haven't I seen any paperwork with the financing numbers. So I asked hey can I see the approved loan and total on the bike he shows it to me . The price on paperwork showed I had been financed for $6300. I asked why is the number so high, he told me that's the total for the bike. I reminded him That wasn't the price I agreed on that I was only suppose to finance $5500 since I already had put down $400. Then he told me he typed in the wrong box. He went back fixed it reprinted the paperwork to the price I had originally agreed on.... So please look at your numbers before singing any paperwork!!!!! Had I not asked questions I would have paid $6300 plus $400 down total of 6700 on an $4300 bike.... not sure what to think of it but those numbers didn't go that high by accident... awesome bike by the way!!!!

Good dealership. Bought a used 1200 RS Speedy and am very happy with the way that transaction went. Finance overcharged me on the DMV fees but noticed it later and corrected the mistake on there own.Service department is also very reasonable. Plan on leaving your bike instead of waiting though.

I received a call from Lawrence Garcia that my 2023 Yamaha MT10 SP is ready for pick up.Excellent customer service. I brought my battery tender adapter & had the service guy install it for me . Big thank you to the Service Technician that installed it for me. Finance department was a breeze nice and easy. Big thank you to the fishermen in the finance department. I have the 1st 2023 Yamaha MT10 SP in California.Big Thank you to Lawrence Garcia & Del Amo Motorsports of Long Beach.

I had a great experience at Del Amo in Long Beach! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and I got the exact Triumph I wanted at a fair price. I hadn t purchased a motorcycle in quite a few years, but my salesman and F&I person (both named Zach) made me feel comfortable through the entire process. I would recommend Del Amo Motorsports Long Beach to anyone looking for a motorcycle, new or used.

EDIT: So after bringing my motorcycle back here (29 days after the first visit), the shop told me the problem that was causing my engine oil to leak wasn't their fault since it was most likely from an over torqued engine bolt, which I asked them to remove for a frame slider on the first visit.They told me my options for handling it, I authorized the work, and now the engine isn't leaking oil anymore (hopefully for years to come). It sucks to find out I had to pay more after the initial service I had done, but the process was relatively smooth, especially with how busy this place can be. Overfilling the oil after an oil change is still a pretty silly mistake though.----My bike ended up being here for a week longer than it should ve due to some unfortunate circumstances, but Bryce was very understanding of my situation. I had my gear shifter and rear brake replaced and also had a frame slider installed because the engine bolt to be replaced was rounded. They managed to get the bolt off and the frame slider installed so if you happen to be in that situation, these people can do it!Overall, I m satisfied with the service and work done (given the circumstances). The bike was a little dirty but I assume that s just from being kept outside.

Awesome experience!! Got my first bike here , Manuel helped me out a lot , fast , easy , stress free. Help me with the offer I made and got me a wonderful deal that 3-4 motorcycles dealers won t accept my offer and del amo of Long Beach did , the experience was so great that I want to buy another one already and Ernie helped so much with my gears for me to be ready to ride , he explained every single details to every gears. As a first time rider , they helped me a lot here .

Knowledgeable, Friendly, I sat on every Motorcycle I was interested in. Large volume of Bikes available. Options, lots of buying options. Triumph has stepped it up with the new engines and different Models. And options within the models. I took 2 days finding my Bike. Great Vibe in the store. Oh... I chose the T-100 Bonneville Gold line. Love it. Rides smother than I expected. Thank You Del Amo Motorsports LB.

The workers in parts couldn t be bothered enough to help me today. Went to buy some gear and with 3 workers behind the counter was still standing there being ignored. Ended up just leaving after getting nonchalant answers. Front desk staff was nice though. Save your time and head down to a different shop.

Great customer care for warranty claim on my Street triple rs. Bryce got me set up in the service department and diagnosed my bike within the day. I was expecting to have a long warranty turn over till I got the bike back, but even with Christmas I had it back within a week! To top it off, they cleaned my bike before receiving it back. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend going for any warranty/maintenance needs. Hit up Bryce, and he ll get you dialed in with care.

One of the best places I've went to go buy a motorcycle, or anything for that matter.I went online and looked for a ninja 400 ABS black bike and they're really hard to find, especially one in the color you want. I mostly wanted dark colors and I wasn't too adamant on what color bike I wanted, only if it were a cool shade rather than a warm one. Leo, one of their salesmen called me within minutes of me hitting send on the quote and was able to help me out, let me check out similar bikes but was able to understand that I wanted a Ninja 400 with ABS because I just wanted that extra feature for an extra window of safety when in heavy traffic. I swear to God this guy looked day and night for this kind of bike and was able to find one in their partner store in San Diego, shipped it over to Long Beach for no extra cost AND delivered it to my door for free a week early before our scheduled appointment time. These guys work real hard for your business even after hours. I even got a discount on their safety gear and a gift card for their store.and you can see my bike very shiny and clean looking in the California sunset, in a color that was even better looking than what I imagined or wanted at first

I recently had an underwhelming experience while shopping for a 2023 KTM 890 Adventure R, listed at $12,500, at Del Amo Motorsports of Long Beach. My primary interaction was with a dealer named Mitchell, which was, unfortunately, quite frustrating.Communication was a significant issue right from the beginning. Email exchanges with Mitchell were challenging as he consistently ignored many of my questions, even after repeated inquiries. This lack of responsiveness left me feeling as though I had to beg for basic information about the motorcycle.When Mitchell finally asked me to call him back, the phone conversation did not improve matters. He seemed to have no record or recollection of our previous discussions and didn't even bother to ask for my name. Throughout the call, which mainly consisted of him heavily breathing into the phone, he quoted a price of $17,500, significantly higher than the listed price.Further attempts to understand this price discrepancy through email were met with silence Mitchell never responded to my follow-up query regarding the price breakdown.Overall, my experience with this dealership was marked by a lack of motivation and unprofessional behavior. It gave me the impression that the dealer was not only disinterested but perhaps even disliked his job. This experience has unfortunately tarnished my view of Del Amo Motorsports of Long Beach, and I would be hesitant to recommend their services based on this encounter.

I appreciate the prompt and effective repair of my Can-Am side-by-side during my recent dealership visit. The service was efficient, and the staff demonstrated professionalism throughout. Highly recommended!The service advisor Gerald was on top my warranty issue which tooks almost 2months, following up with phone call sending pictures of the progress. Etc tkx guys

All staff member are very friendly and go out their way to make sure all your questions are answered and that you re taken care of. The make you feel very welcomed and apart of the Del Amo family. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to buy, get repairs or even trade-in for another bike/atv. You will not be disappointed with this location.

I took my motorcycle in for service with Aegis prepaid maintenance plan purchased from another dealership. Curtis from Del Amo went above and beyond to ensure my bike was serviced even when Aegis s claim process was super tedious.Make sure you give Curtis a smile and a hug, he ll really appreciate that!!

HUGE shout out to LEO today!! My boyfriend and I have been searching for a new bike for the last month, searching around different dealerships in our area but did not seem to find any luck with finding the perfect bike. Today, we met Leo who was kind enough to show us around and we were hooked when we found the 2024 Yamaha YZF-R1. Leo was extremely patient with us and we never felt pressured or rushed into our purchase despite how busy he was handling multiple customers at the same time. He was that good! Leo took the time to help us all the way through the process and we later we met with the financial officer Zack, who was also just as helpful. This has been the 2nd time we have purchased a bike through Del Amo Motor Sports-Long Beach and the bikes and customer service just keeps getting better and better. Leo, many thanks for your hard work. We can really tell that you love your job and the customers you serve. We hope to see you again, hopefully for another bike in the future.

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience upon buying my first motorcycle from Del Amo Motorsport Long Beach. I feel like I was scammed by their staffs. Before I walked in to their dealership, I was already pre- approved from one of their financing bank for $6300, and during the time that I walked in, the bike that I want is on sale for $4289. I disclosed to them that this will gonna be my first bike, also a first time buyer when it comes to motorcycle. I think that triggers for them to take advantage my excitement of having my first bike. During the day l walked-in, I have to go to work in the afternoon, so I was in a hurry and just want the transaction to be fast and smooth so I just gave them my trust believing I'll be in good fate, without judging them that they'll gonna ripped me off coz I was a salesman too 20yrs ago in my country, and I always make it a point that my clients will gonna have the best experience and get the best deal out of their purchase, coz who knows if they might be a repeat buyer in the future or could be a good source of referral to their friends and family because you can be trusted with their hard earned money which always been the case for most of my clients, and I was thinking that I'll be getting the same treatment the way I treated my clients. But that's been a big mistake. Just because Del Amo Motorsports is a reputable company base on their reviews in the internet, doesn't mean that all the staffs will do the right thing to represent their company properly. To cut the story short, the motorbike that I want to purchase was $4289 but they sold it to me in a higher price, when I asked why the price is $6659, the salesman replied to me, "Oh! That's the price of inclusive everything" So I didn't re-battle that anymore since I'm aware that there's also other charges like freight fee, taxes, registration and so on. Then he just showed me a monthly payment of around $200+, which I'm already expecting because for not having a perfect credit score, then they asked for a $1400 down-payment stating that the bank is requiring for it, so in short, I just signed all the paperworks in the financing office so the transaction could just be finished soon and I could head to work afterwards. The staff in the financing dept didn't hand me the copy of the paperworks right away while I was waiting for the bike to get ready for delivery, maybe they don't want me to have a chance to review the details they put in the contract and cancel it due to fraud. So when everything is ready that's the time they handed me all the copy of the paperworks, I headed home first to wait the delivery of my bike then went to work after that. Late at night when I got home after my work, that's the only time I got a chance to review the papers and only to found out that I paid a total of around $10grant for a $4289 price bike because they we're able to raise the approved finance amount to around $8700 from the bank that I applied to, plus the $1400 that I put out of my pocket. I became easy to them coz I'm not a judgemental person that they'll gonna ripped me off coz I believed that they are a reputable company. But I was taken advantage in another way form of stealing, and I look at it as a low life strategy. Seems like, the staffs that assisted me don't feel confident enough that they could get another sales from another walk-ins, that's why they tried to milk out everything that they could get from easy buyers like me. Over all they didn't really give me the best experience for being a first time buyer, and this will brought shame also to the company that they are representing to. I really like the bike that I purchased and it's getting a lot of attention, but when they'll asked me where did I got it from, I couldn't just tell them coz I don't want them to become another victim of that scam.
