I reached out to multiple businesses to get quotes to replace a piece of plastic trim on my car. They were quick to respond, their pricing was affordable and they were close to where I lived. I called and they were able to get the part needed in a couple of days. When I brought my car in they took care of it right away and I was able to leave within 30 min with the part replaced. Thank you!

This will be the third time coming here and every time they do the best work and I m always impressed! With service agents like Claudia the process is smooth and straightforward. The communication with my insurance is consistent and always on point. Any issues are brought up right away and I was given a reasonable time frame of completion. This is a great place to go when you need a dent or an entire car repaired! Thanks guys for doing a great job, and having team members like Claudia make it easy!

Josh Hernandez and the entire team at craftsman are amazing. They took such good care of my vehicle after my accident. They communicated with me sharing every detail that was going on with my car. The reassurance I recorded both through text, phone calls and emails were extremely important to me because I am so busy. They understood and adjusted to my schedule to better serve me. I truly felt like my brother or sister was taking care of me. They are truly amazing. I highly recommend them. I never do reviews because I m so busy but I am taking the extra time out of my day to make sure everyone know what exceptional shop this is! Treated me like FAMILY!!!

Honestly, this is the first time and didn't know much when I went in for my appointment with Clay he explained a lot about what the company does and what my vehicle eta work would be done, and had help with the next step and was super friendly, I recommend this place and person to help you. Love my car! I couldn't wait to see the final results!

Craftsman Collision did an amazing job fixing my car. I love how they kept me updated about the process. The text messages were appreciated.Clay was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease that everything would be fixed. Angie at reception had such a wonderful attitude every time I walked through the door.

We were very pleased with the work from Craftsman Collision. We were researching auto body shops and we found them on Yelp, but as soon as we saw that they were listed by our insurance as a preferred shop, we knew we were going to go with them. Claudia was assisting us during our whole process, and she was great! Very helpful and responsive the whole time. The rest of the team seemed great as well. Their shop is in great condition and clean, I can see why they get so many great reviews. Most important, we were very happy with the work that they did to our vehicle. I would definitely recommend Craftsman Collision.

Excellent service. Josh the manager met with me first. Told me time to repair our car, 2022 Porsche Macan S, would be approximately a week. Took only 4 working days. Described in detail what would be done. Picked up the car when completed & everything was perfect. Claudia, service advisor, explained what had been done & explained the warranty on the work completed.Very thorough.

Clay and Angie were amazing to work with! They made my whole insurance claim experience easy and pleasant. They were both informative, considerate, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive. I will always choose this place in the future. It is rare to find a business operating so smoothly these days. I couldn t be more impressed.

I had a really good experience here honestly, clay and Angie were really helpful with the process. I'm really happy with the quality of work they have done with my 370z they basically made it look brand new which I'm really happy with. Overall I'll give them a 10/10 I highly recommend them honestly.

Everyone at Craftsman Collision were super nice and accommodating. They made the process very easy and kept me updated every step of the way. They also kept in contact with the insurance company which made the process even more smoothly for me .My car finished quicker then originally estimated. They found inside damage that was not fixed right the first time and they did their best to repair and fix someone else original work. I would definitely recommend them .

This is my 2nd time using Craftsman Collision in Long Beach. Unfortunately my car was found to be a total loss from my accident, so they couldn t repair it. Clay was excellent and very patient in explaining all the details involved with the cars repairs even though it could not be done in the end. Angie always the best in greeting you and makes you feel like your situation really matters.Their work is Above and Beyond!!

I was recommended to Craftsman Collision from a coworker since my old shop closed down. Thank god for my coworker! Craftsman Collision did a great job, my car looked great and they even presented it to me fully washed, cleaned, with shinny tires. Clay worked with me and he did an excellent job. I am definitely coming back if I need some more work!

I have never had a bad experience at Craftsman Collision. Claudia and the team do the best work with great results. Claudia lets you know up front of any issues before work is done on your vehicle. This is the 2nd time I've been here and their service is always on par. I cannot think of a better place to take your car for repairs. Claudia you are a Rockstar!

I would highly recommend this repair shop! Angie and Claudia were exceptional when it comes to customer service. Very astute and not misleading while my vehicle was being repaired. I actually had some non insurance issues repaired as well.

Craftsman collision took great care of my car repair. From the minute I dropped it off until I picked it up Claudia was in constant communication with me. This company is nothing like any other body shop I ve ever seen ..it is state of the art! There s a viewing window overlooking work stations that are organized and clean. I hope I don t need any collision repair anytime soon but if I do I ll go straight back to Craftsman. Thank You!

Craftsman Collision exceeded all expectations. They were the shop that my insurance provider suggested after a rear-end accident that did some minor damage to my car and I couldn't be happier with having accepted that suggestion. Everything was explained in detail by friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were not obligated to return my car to me in better condition than it was in even prior to the accident, but that is exactly what happened. I received it fully repaired, spotless, a day ahead of the initially projected completion date, and after having received regular progress updates by text along the way. In my experience, you can't go wrong entrusting your repair work here.

Talk about making lemonade out of lemons!Starting from the very first phone call, I knew I was in good hands at CC. The first person I spoke with was Angie, who was so very knowledgable and helpful. Then, when I met up with Clayton for my estimate, again, I knew I was at the right place. The front office and shop (which is visible through large windows) are super clean. I noticed all the certifications hanging on the wall from various car manufacturers, including mine. That really made me feel confident.Throughout the process, I received text messages keeping me informed on the progress of the repairs. I always felt that I could call at any time with any questions. I was always treated with respect.Nobody wants to "need" a body shop, but if you do, Craftsman Collision is where to go. I've been to many over the years, so I can honestly say that I have something to compare them to.I want to give Angie and Clay a special shoutout, because they feel more like friends now than just folks I did business with. YOU ROCK!

At inception I was greeted by the sweetest staff member(Angie). Patient, kind, gentle and funny. My service advisor was Clay! He made inspection so easy, he was patient and answered all of my questions. I was provided with a thorough breakdown from start to finish. Both he and Angie answered every single one of my questions. The repairs themselves are flawless, my vehicle looks the same as the day I bought.Without a doubt I would recommend this location for all collision needs! Small dent repair. We talked about how it would be difficult to repair (3 surfaces coming together) and how they may need to replace the whole tailgate. They repaired the dent but when I went to pick it up, it was just not acceptable. Pinched styling lines, warped surfaces, uneven part lines, mis-aligned tailgate. After pointing out these issues they ended up keeping the car for 1 more week and ordering a new tailgate. I lost 2.5 hours with them and the rental place to arrange a new rental. I would have been OK if they had called me and said "we can't get the repair done satisfactorily so we'll need to order the tailgate". Instead they tried to deliver the car the first time and blamed it on oversight by QC. At least 3 people must have seen the work and they thought it was acceptable or hoped I wouldn't notice.
