Everyone at collision Works is highly professional and friendly. Their work is impeccable. Their communication via text updates continues throughout the process. They quoted me a date and met the timeframe. My car looked amazing with every little detail attended to. I highly recommend these guys. By the way, my husband took his Tesla there the year before I needed to have worked done online. We were both highly satisfied and would recommend them to anyone we knew.

Excellent customer service overall. The entire crew was professional and personable at the same time. Estimated time and cost to fix our Tesla 3 finished ahead of schedule and below budget!Finished repair was undetectable and left our 3 looking like new. They even did a thorough detail scrub on the interior-pleasant surprise.Highly recommend them for your body fixes.

big scratch on my Mercedes EV was fixed, and it looks great! the estimate of $2,000 turned into $5,000. They kept the window open while it was in for a few weeks and when I picked up my car it smelled like paint inside. Also when I picked up the vehicle it had some hard to remove rust colored spots on the sunroof.

This body shop did excellent and swift work on my new Tesla. The car was keyed and now I can't even see the damage. They also installed seat covers and a screen protector; washed the car and charged my battery as well.

So my new year started off by a lady backing into my car . It worked out though because my insurance (progressive) covered everything. This place is amazing. I called in and gave them my claim number, told them i was dropping it off and it was simple as that. I dropped my car off on Tuesday morning right when they opened and it was done by Thursday afternoon. I couldn't be happier. The guy that helped me was so great, (i completely forgot his name sorry) he was helpful and got me in & out super fast. If you are looking to have work done on your car this is the place to go. If I ever need help again in the future I will definitely be coming back. Thanks you guys.Service: Body & Trim

Awesome service, top notch, it's been the best body shop that I have used. Very professional, fast, and the job was done right. They even helped me deal with the other parties insurance company. I would highly recommend them.

DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!This has been one of the worst experiences in my entire life. I m not one to write bad reviews I usually just let it go and move on with my life but my service at Collision works was an entire new level of terrible. So I had gone to them before to fix my Tesla model 3 and the entire bottom fell off my car because then put on the wrong size panel so I had to take the car back and I had already returned my rental so I was left without transportation for an entire 2 days. After that I got my car hit again about a year later and I had it towed to Collision works just because I know that they where close to the accident site, biggest mistake OF MY LIFE. What came after was months of torture trying to get my car back from this place, they had my car for an entire 2 months and kept getting the oh it will be ready next week repeatedly, and when I FINALLY got it back I had to bring it back in almost immediately because they didn t fix the alignment correctly. That was about a month ago, fast forward to today when I take my car BACK into the shop because the alignment is STILL HAVING PROBLEMS, they told me that were not going to work on my car and to call my insurance and take it somewhere else. The staff was RUDE and the service was TERRIBLE. If you value your car, your time, or your money , DO NOT GO HERE IT IS A NIGHTMARE.

I scheduled an estimate appointment with CollisionWorks after my insurance agent recommended it as a place he takes his own car. I already had a $2000 estimate from the body shop connected to the local Honda dealer. I didn't want my insurance rate going up and had decided to pay for the repair out of pocket. My husband had bumped the right fender against a high curb and it had come loose. I wanted a second opinion.I was seen immediately by Joshua who asked me if I wanted to simply reattach the fender or I wanted a perfect fender. I said to simply reattach the fender as it looked good and I wasn't interested in waiting for weeks for parts to come in. He examined my car and said it was a quick fix as all it needed was a clip. Within 10 minutes he reattached the fender and didn't charge. Amazing!He was so pleasant and honest. He obviously had no interest in upselling me. We will definitely be returning to this shop for any future body work. The shop is full of Tesla's being repaired as it is an authorized Tesla repair shop. They obviously do quality work.Thank you so much Joshua!

Huge shoutout to Collision works for the work they did on my Tesla. They are Tesla Cerrified and by the looks of their work, very well deserved.I came in with some damage on my bumper after i got rear-ended. I thought it was a minor scratch but once they opened it it was discovered that the frame and stuff was really damaged.They worked with my insurance on everything. They offered to call enterprise to get me picked up on the spot for my rental car. They dealt with the insurance for everything and I didn't have to worry about a thing.They kept me up to date with everything they were buying and set a date time for pick up right away. They delivered on their approximate completion time and got my car back in time for Thanksgiving.They even washed the car for me and topped it with windshield fluid, because i had none ha!, before returning it.The service was immaculate. Very friendly staff. They seem to hsve pretty dedicated staff and definitely recommend to anyone looking to get some repair work.

This is probably the nicest car repair shop I've ever seen. Everyone there is very professional and they did a great job on repairing some body damage on my Tesla Model 3. Total repair took 13 days, but the majority of that time was waiting on parts from Tesla. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for body repairs to their vehicle. My brand new Telsa Model Y was rear ended pretty badly. I like how they have Sat morning pick up and drop off for those of us that works during the weekday. Many body shops don't give you this option. I was told that Telsa is the sole provider of parts and everyone is on Telsa whim on when to get the parts. I was told to drop it off by a certain date. I wasn't available and dropped it off the weekend before that date. They found the time to work on it early and was done in 1.5 weeks when I was quoted initially 3 to 4 weeks. Jonathan did the final checkout and inspection with me when I came to pick up. He was very professional and courteous. He called me several times during the work to update me on the status. My car came out looking brand new off from the dealer. I would recommend this place. They said they have lifetime warranty on their work.

James and Jonathan were great and professional. Amazing customer service. They were able to get my car towed from Orange County. James was very communicative through the whole process. My Tesla is back and running like before the accident. They are preferred State Farm shop. I would highly recommend anyone with a Tesla to come here. They seem to get quite a lot of Teslas here and seem very knowledgeable. I'm pickier than Matha Stewart as your mother-in-law. That being said, my Model X came out looking better than off the factory floor. FLAWLESS. Color match, body lines, paint and body work imFrickinpecable!! Finally found a body shop I can recommend. THANK YOU!!

I went to collision works to try and get my Tesla model 3 rear fender fixed and my car was returned to me with new scratches on the windows new scratches on the tint and when I asked Jonathan about it he said I was lying that that it was always like that and literally tried to gas light me, terrible auto body shop, wish I could give them a 0 star rating

I have being taking my cars for repairs to collision works since back in 2003 till now and I have never go anywhere else, I was recommended by my BF and till now I recommended to all my family and friends and they love collision works as much as I do, this is my most recent baby that was repaired by collision works.P. I had a work done in one of my car s door and they did a dreary job. A couple days after I noticed a piece was loose in the middle between the window and the door. I call them back to be checked as it was the same door where the job was performed. They asked me to take the car back to check the problem and they fixed very quick. They even ordered a new piece to replace the old one. They very professional since the beginning. Excellent service!!

They did a fantastic job. They told me it should take about 10 days for the repair and that they would call me in a day or 2 to let me know excactly what was going on. They didn't end up calling me but to be honest, I work in a relatively similar industry and understand that if they're not on the phone, they're working on important stuff. So leave them alone and let them do their job. If you think they want your car to sit there a minute longer than it needs to, you're wrong. My car was ready on the exact day they said it would be and they also cleaned the inside amazingly. If given the choice, give these guys your business. Also, being inside the cool, historical building is a treat in an of itself.

So I came here after some douche nozzle in a big souped up Dodge Rams hit my parked Tesla model y. I was really distraught and concerned that the place Tesla Insurance sent me to wouldn't end up doing the best job, but with these guys, really did a great job. They were very patient and I trust them with my $60,000 brand new car and they did not disappoint.

Small scratch on side of Tesla y. Their actual repair and paint looks excellent. Why only 3 stars? They underestimated their original quote by nearly half the final cost. How does a Tesla expert make such an error? Caused delays with the insurance. Also, they used armorall or some other cleaner on our custom floor mats. Now our floor mats are so slippery it's actually dangerous and got on the pedals too. I don't understand it at all, who would do that? Can't say I would recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is the 2nd time I have brought a car here in the last few years, both times I have been pleasantly surprised at the quality and service. The team over here are friendly and honest about what to expect. Most recently, they were able to complete my car half a week early and also buffed out some unrelated dings and scratches for free. They went the extra mile. I don't normally do reviews unless they are really warranted, this team is excellent. Special thanks to Devin -James

I would not recommend this shop. They would not fix my car and I had full coverage insurance. My car smelled like smoke and I had extra mileage on my car. There was also another dent on my front hood that they had to fix. I report them to the Better Business Bureau and they will have a court date...

I needed a place to get my car repaired. This was suggested by state farm. Reviews were good so i decided to give them a try. I was very impressed with service. Everyone was nice and Chris who checked my vehicle listened to my concerns. After having vehicle for one day they called and said i wouldn't get my suv back on day they estimated. They needed to order a part and i would have to wait til following week. I was very surprised when they called me and said vehicle was ready to be picked up on original day promised. They even washed my vehicle. Awesome job!!!!

Really helpful staff, especially Alan and the work done on my car was top-notch. I would really recommend anyone who is looking to get work done on their cars to give Collision Works a shot and you will not be disappointed. They even fixed issues that they were not obliged to fix and did not charge me/insurance for it. I am really happy after getting my car back in a much better shape. I will add pictures whenever I can but I really recommend these guys!Thanks Alan and team.
