Got the spray wax treatment today worth $80 and this is the job they did. Left the inside so dirty and even found stains that were not there before. Updated review: I showed up to the car wash today and find it closed at 11:27 AM. When you search them on Google it shows that they are open and when you call their number it says they re open. I find them completely closed right now. What are your actual hours? Not cool to drive here and did you closed for the third time with zero signs of rain.Original review:Signed up for the car wash memership today and realized I used this service when I lived in Agora Hills a few years ago. They did a fantastic job on my car today and I am impressed. Clean inside and out and my car is black so attention to detail is a must. 5 stars across the board!

Upon arriving to get my car washed Juan came up to my car. He was rude, a bit sarcastic, and had a poor disposition. Not accomadating at all.My car went through the wash came out to be dried. When my car was ready I did a quick walk around. IMy windows were not cleaned, the interior was dirty the girls doing the vacuuming did a HORRIBLE JOB. And my tires/rims were not even wiped down. No air freshner, and on the bottom of the doors panel area was dirty.So overall, VERY POOR SERVICE AND WAY TO EXPENSIVE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.Please save your $$$$ and either do it yourself or go somewhere else. They need to hire professional staff not thuds.Horrible!!!!!!!

I told them the back seat had some dog hair if they could vacuum it a little better. They vacuumed the edges of the floor but completely neglected the seats and center of the floors. Didn't even try... The inside of the windows are usually left with streaks, like using dirty towels. The lack attention has happened many times and have spoke with their manager before. They assured me it won't happen again. I have the monthly subscription and I feel like they don't really make the effort since they already have the money. Time to consider cancelling the membership.

The only place I wash my cars. They do a mix of automated and hand washing. Very detailed.**Update, 10/02/19**Unfortunately, I haven't been very happy after my last few visits. I feel like there has been a steady decline in the quality for quite some time, and today was the last straw.Today, I paid for the Presidential Wash and I have a truck. After including a mat wash, my total price was $46.99. After paying almost 50 dollars, including a tip, I expected my truck to be impeccably clean; however, I was very disappointed.I spent about 15 minutes, at home, cleaning missed spots. Obvious smudges, bugs, dirt, all things that would have been easily cleaned off had they taken an extra second or two. My chrome and plastic finish looked horrendous. Chrome was completely spotted. Some of the plastic pieces weren't even cleaned, especially my door handles. The tires were a mess. All of the dressing they used ran and streaked the tires after I drove off. Even my windows- the easiest part of the car to clean- were not cleaned well. There were smudges and fingerprints that were clearly visible Also, the vacuum cleaners missed a lot of obvious dog hair on my front seat.I posted some photos, to back up my claims of how poorly my truck was cleaned. I'm sorry Coast, I've been a loyal customer for as long as you've been in Long Beach- even before your remodeling. I won't be returning though. I feel like I can get better value elsewhere. I can pay a better price and get a mediocre car wash just about anywhere. When my truck needs a good pampering, I'll be taking it to my old spot in San Pedro, off of Gaffey.

Friendly staff. Excellent job cleaning my car even inside the gas cap cover. Daniel is always very welcoming. Highly recommend the executive membership with unlimited washes!

I am very upset, yesterday I took my car to this establishment for the second time, since the first time I was very happy with his work, my husband and I were delighted since we stopped going to another car wash for the same reason. this second time, yesterday it was quite disappointing that they saw my face. My car was literally the same as how I took it, I do not usually bring the interior of my partner car, but I precisely took it to this place and paid for them to vacuum those dust particles and some puppy hair. And that's not to mention that the windows still had stains and the little they cleaned them left quite scratched, the vision was worse than before his work. It is worth mentioning that the people who did this looked quite discouraged doing their work, when I arrived there were other cars waiting, but my car was ready before the previous cars, if I did not return to claim it was because I was late to a commitment, but I'm not wanting to go do it right now. the next time I step into that place it will be to speak with the manager and answer me for his inefficient and poorly done work that I paid. and to ask you to give me a guarantee.

Went to this car wash for the very first time. Went to get our new car washed for the first time since we bought it. Ended up very disappointed with the service from the time we arrived until we left. It's overpriced. I don't feel we got what we paid for. To make matters worse, one of the workers removed a good plastic coffee cup I bought for my fiance for his vehicle.

This is my 2nd time coming here and they leave my car spotless every time! These guys are super nice, quick, and extremely efficient. Gotta remember to bring cash next time so I can give em a nice tip!

I ve lived in Long Beach for a handful of years (at the time of this writing) and rarely get my car washed, because it s bound to be covered in beach dust within a couple days. Well after all this time, I finally decided to give my car the cleaning it deserves and I knew I couldn t do that myself (it was bad ), so I needed to find a full-service car wash. Most places in the area are just drive-thru, diy-vacuum types of spots and that wasn t going to cut it for my mess of a car.This place was recommended to me and it s PERFECT! It s exactly like the one that was in my hometown that I miss so very much. They do it all! And while the prices are a bit high (I mean, what s cheap anymore anyway), I genuinely feel it s worth it considering how much work the crew does on every car that comes through. They re really busting their butts out there in the hot California sun, every day, earning those tips. I m so excited to have found this spot and can t wait to make it a more regular treat for my lil red car!

Visited today (first time since COVID stay at home orders) for a badly needed wash. I arrive to find the friendly staff all wearing masks clean, freshly wiped down counters at the register and disinfecting treatment included with no charge! Really appreciate the great service and highly recommend!

Recently went to have my car detailed with shampoo services. The service took about an hour. Very disappointed with ther services received, especially with the amount I was charged for the services. I expected my monies worth. But no, my car received a deplorable job, it still had dirt, smudges and the seats weren't clean. I had to ask one of the men to come over and clean my vehicle again! And he just wiped it with a rag. I was so upset! The following day, my car had a odorous smell coming from the interior and trunk! I've been calling there customer service line for the past few days, leaving voicemails and still have yet to receive a response!

Every time I go here I m disappointed. They are definitely convenient and will get you out quick. But they lack attention to detail. I always have to clean my car again when I get home because it was very carelessly done. It looks like they just drag a rag over the car without really trying to clean it. Lots of dirty spots, foggy windows, and sometimes even dust!

They went through my glove box stuff went missing and nobody wanted to fess up. Beside the experience the vip car wash was trash left smudges on my windows!!

I paid $70 to get an to get a super detailed cleaning of my interior and exterior of my car. The outside looks good but they did not do a thorough cleaning of the inside. None of the doors were wiped down the floor pads were not cleaned and the seats were not cleaned. And there is still a lot of crumbs and food and all the cracks For $70 I expect more. I used to love this place but they have gone waaaaaay down hill. Detailing work is probably still ok, but the car wash is treated like an a la carte experience. You want your doors wiped down, or just the door jam, you want your whole car vacuumed or just the floors. This is the distinction they make. In order to get a typical car wash- you have to pay for a full detail here. It s ridiculous!If I could give zero starts - I would. Paid 31.99 + tax and tip and there was trash left in the car in the door. The seats were not wiped down or even vacuumed completely. I went back thinking mistake, or poor employee. Nope! He said that's not included. If you want the whole car vacuumed and wiped down you have to have it detailed for$95. Never again-horrible work and horrible customer service! Stay away!

I paid $80 for an interior and exterior clean plus wax. The interior looks really good, however the exterior had spots around that was pretty disappointing. I was able to wipe them off with my shirt. If I m paying 3x the price of other standard washes then I expect some more attention to detail. I would show more pictures but it s hard to see with reflections etc.

Paid 100 for an exterior detail, saw how they wash the car, they finished in 35 min. Fast, loose definitely not feeling that bang for your buck. Finishing results were as good as a 30 dollar was. Not feeling the love at all. They are production style service, more washes per day then quality work expected.

Very very disappointed in this car wash. I have came here nearly 5 times in the past 3 months. I recently went about 2 weeks ago, and left my prescription Rayban sunglasses by the middle console. I forgot to put them in my bag before the wash. The next day I realized my glasses were not in the middle console. These are a $400 pair of sunglasses since they re prescription, so there is absolutely no way I would misplace them. The people who washed my car also stole my Raybans. I am truly saddened that this establishment stole from me, even after I spent hundreds of dollars in the past few months. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone. Please beware of leaving your personal belongings in your car, you might get robbed without even noticing. Very very disappointed Services: Polishing, Vacuuming

I paid $265. I thought I would be leaving with the carpets vacuumed, the panels cleaned, the outside washed and my headlights cleared. After 2-3 hours, I was waved over to my car. The headlights were not clear. When I asked if they were cleaned, I was handed my keys. I tried again, but a language barrier prevented my question from being answers. I noticed my floor mats weren't there, and he signaled that they were in the trunk. I tried to find someone who I could talk to but no one was around, so, feeling flustered, I left. As I drove home I had to use my windshield wipers to clear off my windshield because I couldn't see through smudges. I noticed streak marks on the dashboard and wrappers on the back floor. When I got home, I went to put my floor mats back and they weren't there. Also, the back of my vehicle was still dusty? I'm embarrassed and frustrated that my boyfriend had to go back with me to make sure I didn't get screwed over a second time. We went to pick up my floor mats and asked the manager if this is what a $265 service looked like at his establishment. They offered to redo it. 3 hours later, I had crystal clear headlights, and a vacuumed car. A job I could have done for much much cheaper. I'm glad they tried to fix it, but disappointed I spent so much money on a mediocre job. If you want a basic car wash and maybe a vacuum, go ahead and give them the $25-$60 others were asked to pay. But, if you want a clean professional car detail, take your money and your car elsewhere. And then let me know where you take it... I won't be going back here. (Lady at the cash register was very nice and professional!)

Pretty average job overall. Was a Saturday and a little bit busy. The frustrating thing is the up sold me for a 59.99 wax and completely didn t clean the back of my 4Runner. There were still spots on the window and dust and dirt all over it. So clearly they forgot one entire part of the car I would recommend walking around your entire vehicle before you leave. Obviously my fault for not calling them out. Also when you try to call back you get sent directly to voicemail and can t talk to a real person. Not very great customer service.

An ok car wash, but for the price(executive wash) the guys drying and finishing did a shoddy job. Streaks on the Sideview mirrors, left big dust spots on the console, back of car was streaked with film.Won't be going back!Addendum: So, I called them back and must say that their customer service was exemplary. They didn't question me and simply made sure that I received another full wash (executive wash) and ran my vehicle through their process again, today. The finish was great and the attention to detail was superb.I'd like to thank them for their professionalism and for the way they treated me. I will, thanks to their response to my complaint use them again.Changed my rating from the original 2 stars to the 4 stars.

Absolutely horrible experience here. First of all the guy upgraded me to a VIP package. They didn t vacuum my back seats which were covered in dog hair. Then my windshield had another huge crack on it after they were finished! Complained to the manager who told me it isn t their fault. That the scratch gets worse with the air dry. Why would they even upgrade me if they knew my vehicle could be more damaged? Never coming here again.Service: Auto detailing

Great experience - they did an excellent job detailing every nook on my vehicle. I purchased the Presidential Wash - pricier than I would normally pay at a car wash - but my car needed it and they did a great job. Will definitely be going back. Thanks!
