I am 55 years old and I have to say this the first time I went to a Auto repair shop and did not feel ripped off. These guys are the best. I will be taking all my vehicles there from now on. They are very cautious and caring, Also very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place.

Great customer service, professional mechanics, and all the guys were helpful and friendly. I got my brakes done and it was a great experience, same day service, and I was surprised at how cheap it was. Definitely going back for any other work I need done

Definitely recommend! I don t think anyone likes having to visit the mechanic, especially women. I felt a lot more comfortable visiting this place than others. All of the employees were professional, yet approachable. The rates were reasonable and they were up front with quotes. Also, the place was clean with a spacious waiting area, tv, and coffee.

Great auto repair and service shop. Car is fixed, price was decent, and I don't feel taken advantage of. As a matter of fact, I'm scheduling to take my other vehicle there as well. Their associate, James, was very knowledgeable, clear and precise in estimate and evaluation. I am comfortable driving my car again.

George is an awesome owner of this. Thanks to him he helped us work out the kinks and issues with our smog check. He was very welcoming and helpful. The service here is awesome the team were super nice made our visit simple and easy. Thank You Coast Auto Care keep up the great work.

First time coming to the shop. The impala was making some nasty noises and I needed to get that serviced. I was recommended by a family friend and also the reviews on google were good so I was confident walking in. I was treated nicely from the moment I walked in until my car was finished. Price was fair, they fixed the issue, I left satisfied.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

My brakes had started to grind and I smelled smoke. I stopped into Coast Auto Care and spoke to George. The shop was pretty busy and I was in need to get back on the road ASAP because without my vehicle I would be in a stuff spot to continue my work day. He did a quick evaluation and seen I needed rotors and brake pads. He fitted me into a busy schedule and had me back on the road in less two hours. I recommend this shop to everyone, the staff was very courteous, knowledgeable and did a great job in repairing my vehicle in a timely manner.

I've taken both of my vehicles in the past and I continue to only work with Coast Auto Care. I recently brought my truck in due to a blown radiator hose. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very professional and customer friendly .

Coast Auto Care & Tires really took good care of me and my car. They diagnose my car early in the day and finished in the afternoon. Their prices for labor is reasonable and keep me in the loop the whole time. Their counter employees where friendly and keep me at ease during the time I was there. I believe I've found a new home for car service.

The experiences that I have had @ Coast Auto Care have been very positive. I am very pleased with the work the gentlemen have performed. From oil changes, fixing a flat tire and fixing an instrument cluster. You name it, these guys can handle it. The customer service representatives are very nice and handle themselves in a very professional manner. I would definitely recommend them to others. Coast Auto Care have met all of expectations.

Coast Auto Care reconditioned all of my preowned cars for years and took care of my customers. We always had a pleasant experience as did my customers.George the manager is the best in the business.He knows customer care and works with you to get the job done for the fairest price.He even has financing available to those who qualify!!!

One of the best auto care experiences I've had. Needed my tires balanced after a shoddy tire installation job (at a different shop), dropped in this morning while things weren't too busy and Coast Auto took care of the tire balance job an hour later. George, the owner, just GETS it when it comes delivering excellent customer services/building a relationship with his customers. Felt like my car was in great hands from the get go. Bringing my car here for all future auto care needs.

I live in Santa Clarita and I've known George Mack for 30 yrs. When I had a issue with my 2006 Dodge Ram, he assured me he would find the reason it won't smog. Very talented crew of people he has there. And yes they fix the issue and it drives like new! Highly recommend his shop services

Was greeted and taken care of both by the people in the front desk and the mechanics. Outstanding job overall! Highly recommended, it was totally worth the visit to take my vehicle in. Run so much better!! Not one issue at all!

I had my brakes replaced here and received excellent customer service. I m usually pretty cautious but I was taken care. Everyone there was helpful and the work was great!! Drove off with no more squeaky brakes. Definitely recommend this shop!!

Both George and James are honest and upfront. They are not out to get you your money. They are out to GIVE you the BEST service possible. The mechanics there are knowledge and efficient. They are now my go to" Primary Care Car Doctors".

I was having trouble with my car recently and so i came here and to begin with, I felt so welcomed and right away they began to help me. The service was super fast, I was in and out. They fixed my gauge meter, and it s working so well! Next time I need my car fixed I ll gladly come here again!

I just took in my Mercedes to have a check up. My thermostat gets warm once in a while couldn t figure out why. The shop replace the thermostat for a great price. Fix my issue no more stressing on the road. I woud recommend the shop to anyone!!!

Came in the other day with problem with my Civic running to rich.thought it was going to cost me a arm and a leg,but these guys were honest with me ,and the pin pointed the problem. These guys are problem solvers and excellent crew mechanic. It only was a stupid sensor.these very honest and I recommend this shop..

This auto shop gives service like no other. This isn t my first visit at this auto shop and it definitely will not be my last. The staff is very friendly and kind, the waiting area is welcoming and the service is impeccable. Thank you Coast Auto Care for Being the best!

The best shop in town , they tell you exactly what you need they get the parts for you , their mechanics are hell fast ,the owner is a very honest person he will do the best to help you out , no cash no problem he can finace you real fast. Make no mistake need a honest mechanic and very reazonable prices gove them a try !!!Make sure to talk to James !!! He the man.They fixed my lower control arm bushing etc.Truck working excellent !!

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars!! Spent $1300 and the SAME codes that I gave to them are still there after driving less than 50miles!!! On top of all that, guess what?? I had to jump my van this morning during street sweeping so I wouldnt get a ticket!! The repairs made were on alternator, starter, and tune up... over $1300 just to have the SAME problem... #dispute...

Terrible experience!! They didnt diagnose my car problem correctly, after I picked up my car from this place my car did not turned on, they didnt check their work abiously and on top of it they left me to my luck to figure out what was wrong with my car, I WILL FOR SURE NEVER BRING MY CAR AGAIN!!
