I had two separate experiences with Class Auto Center within a year period for auto body repairs for my VW convertible; I guess you could say I need to pay better attention to my backing skills Ha!Both times, Class Auto provided me with customer service that exceeded my expectations. Raquel and Author took care of me both times. From start to finish, these two awesome people communicated the plan, next steps - with time frame, and then provided me with a excellent final product. My red VW convertible beetle came out perfect both times! I am so appreciative for the human kindness, professionalism, care and concern these two individuals showed me. Thank you, Raquel and Author. Please know you make a positive impact on others. Warm regards,Joelle

I spent over $11,000 here and left with a chip with touch up paint on the other side that definitely happened at the shop and no responsibility. They even covered it up poorly! Also my Mercedez has always been garage kept so If you re okay with your car sitting in a dusty dirty car lot getting beat by the sun this is the place for you! Never again will I trust a place like this to handle my auto repair. Very dissatisfied and the manager never got back to me to remedy the issue. Just blew me off! Nice! These are photos of my dusty dirty car sitting at the shop where it didn t get chipped Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

We got into a car accident and was recommended to go to Class Auto from our local Mercedes-Benz dealership. Israel Guevara worked with us and was absolutely fantastic. He was so helpful, and kind keeping us in the loop on the status of the repairs. In addition, he answered all questions no matter how big or small. This was one of the best body shop repair experience we have had. The repairs itself were phenomenal too. There was no corners cut and all repairs were done using OEM parts and everything was replaced versus repaired. The car looks better than it was when it was brand new. Paint work is something that is hard to do well on bumpers and it looked flawless. Thank you so much to Israel and his team for all the help! We highly recommend using Class Auto.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Top notch job by the Luis and his crew at class auto. They went above and beyond to get my truck painted to perfection. Trucks good to go for another 15 years now. So thankful.

After I was involved in a minor fender bender, I was in search for a Tesla Approved body shop and found Class Auto Center. They specialize in Mercedes, Porsche, Audi, Tesla, and more. I spoke with Ron Belmont who was able to walk me through the process. They held my car for two working days and to my surprise it was nicely detailed. Two things to keep in mind are, the supply chain issues at the time of this review and the extent of your car s repair. Overall, the team at Class Auto Center did a really good job, and I m impressed with their turn around time.

I took my Tesla in for an estimate. They never followed up or provided anything. I called them several times to push things along, but only got a "we'll get back to you". Front desk girls were very rude to deal with. All said and done, dont bother with them. And if you do, have a back up option since they are very unreliable.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Failed to be accountable to any of the multiple deadlines provided. Vehicle spent a total time of just over 6 months at their facility with three visits. Each time I was told that certain work would be completed, only to find it not done. At one point, I followed up with the insurance only to find the adjuster Class Auto had been emailing had not been with the insurance company for more than three months. Repairs which were expected to be complete were not performed as they stated they would. Insurance eventually was charged far more than expected only to find much of the work was never done. I have taken the vehicle to a different repair shop and paid out of pocket as insurance already paid Class Auto directly. My contact at Class Auto was out on Vacation one week and out "Training" on another. Inconsistent communication, and many promises never met.Reassembly of interior, hooks installed upside down. Vehicle left in the rain and water stains are now on the roof liner. The final straw, I dropped the truck off for what was expected to be a final repair, and the side of the truck gets scratched.Find a reputable shop, and stick with them. Class Auto isn't it!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Class Auto Center lives up to it s name ! When we needed to have some pretty extensive body work done Class Auto came through. Israel was in charge of our repair and was very helpful and professional. He did not rest until he was sure we were informed of the entire process and happy with the work performed. The entire crew at Class Auto deserves kudos for being kind, efficient and professional. Highly recommended !

I dropped my car off at Class auto today and was told that they would try to have it fixed and back to me at the end of the day. Mind you, they had my car 2 months prior to fix my car and it was never completed. Now, Kent told me that they have to paint my side mirror since they forgot to have that included in my original repairs to the insurance and told me that they will try and have my car to me on Monday. I am moving out of the city on Tuesday. I was also told by Kent that he was going to have someone pick me up and take me home. Which I thought was very fair since it was their mistake. That offer didn't stand and I am not sure why? When I expressed my frustration, Kent shot back at me with attitude as if I don't have a reason to be upset? Why does he think this is ok and acceptable? It costs me $17 each way from my house to the auto body shop and I am not being paid for that. I am also without a car for another 3 days. This should have ALL been fixed when the car was delivered. I shouldn't have had to tell them that they did not complete the job. Who is going to pay for me renting a car since this is not my mistake? Who is paying for my Uber rides? If you are reading this and trying to make a decision, I guarantee you will be treated better somewhere else.Services: Body & Trim, Paint repair

I found myself having to use their services again due to a piece tire that hit the front of my car while I was on the 405. There was some miscommunication in the beginning because they were super busy, but after we were able to straighten out the issues they were able to meet my needs and even went above and beyond to provide me with top quality service and customer service. The quality of their work is amazing and that's why they get so busy, so be patient. It will be worth it. Also, Ted is the man when it comes to quality assurance and customer service.

The back of my car was damaged from a rear end collision. I never had any work done. But when I was rear ended I took my car to Classic Auto. And I was extremely satisfied with the finished work. The job was even completed ahead of schedule and it was perfect, paint perfectly matched, and all of the replacement parts were OEM. The manager was awesome, and the body man did excellent work. I would highly recommend Classic Auto on Long Beach Blvd.

BEWARE!!Very dishonest shop and even scarier customer service. We dealt with a liar named Ted.We didn't end up fixing our vehicle with them, but our bill still ended up being $860+ for an estimate, two days of storage and a fictitious "admin fee". Yes, you read that right - $860 for looking at our car and providing an estimate. No work was done what's so ever. But it doesn't end there. Here's the full story if you're interested:We came to Class Auto Center for an estimate after my wife's car got rear-ended. Ted was so pleasant and nice during intake and assured us that they are a certified shop and everything would be to auto dealership's standard if we were to move forward with them. He asked us to fill out some paperwork that states that they charge storage fees for vehicles that aren't repaired and left at their shop. We let the receptionist know that we didn't want to sign it as we weren't sure if we were going to move forward with them and wanted to start with an estimate. She suggested with speak with Ted, who at the time was inspecting the car for intake and assured us that the agreement only applies to "customers who leave their cars there for weeks or months" and that we "don't have to worry about it if we are only dropping the car off for an estimate. We came back to pick up the vehicle and review the estimate a day later (when they called). While the car was in the shop my wife had done some research on Class Auto Center and saw they they use deceptive practices to lure customers in, use cheap imported parts while charging insurance companies for genuine OEM parts, and pocketing money, etc etc etc etc.. Needless to say we were less than enthusiastic about moving forward with them. But when we told them we'll review the estimate and get back to them, we were surprised to be presented with a bill for $860+ for: storage, tear down and vehicle reassembly (which we were led to believe was going to be done only if we were to give them a "go ahead" on the repair job), and various admin fees". The damage was surface bumper scratches and dings and did not require disassembly for the estimate (will post photos later to show). When we questioned the bill, Ted's tone changed dramatically. He was yelling and insulting us, saying he knew we "looked sideways" from the moment we walked in.Not sure how someone can look "sideways" when they are coming in for an estimate and are questioning your suspicious agreements that are being forced on customers to sign, while assuring them that they don't have to worry about it as long as they don't leave the car there for too long (literally his words).Long story short, he wouldn't let us take the car until the bill was paid and demanded that the bill was paid in cash, even though the contract clearly stated "Cash/Personal Check or Credit Card".What a nightmare.Be warned, this is not the high quality, certified body shop you are looking for. And it doesn't surprise us one bit that other reviews expose these crooks for using cheap, non-dealer certified parts and holding their vehicles hostage for 3 to 4 months.I hope us sharing the experience we had with Class Auto Center can help some people avoid getting scammed by this dishonest auto body shop. And again, to clarify, that was $860 - demanded in cash for an estimate that took 1 day to put together.BEWARE!!

The local Audi dealer recommended Class Auto Center for any body damage repair. The entire staff was pleasant to work with and my main point of contact, Bobby, walked me through every step dealing with the insurance to get my repairs complete. Car was finished on time and looks great!

I have been going to Class Auto for more than 13 years. I insist with all insurance companies I deal with that only Class Auto gets to repair my vehicles. If you want the very best in quality repair trust no other. I do not care what they charge the insurance companies, as some have indicated they ovecharge... If you want your car to look original, like when it was brand new, and as if had never been in an accident ..trust no one else. Ask for Ted and he will get the job done...

From reception, to estimate to repairs and paint all the way to delivery, these people take care of you as much as your car. Class fits their business model as well as their work. Excellent!

I gotta tell you, before I got my Audi A4 to ISRAEL here at Class A. I believe I looked into reviews at other places, 4 to be exact. I got referred to Israel by a co worker. called him right away spoke to him and got the vehicle right over to him, they are Audi certified so I had to go with the best. He added my car we arranged a date, 3 weeks later my vehicle was done (repaired my rear quarter, both right doors and front fender). The car looks great, the staff is very friendly. I was kept up to date on paper work and anything needed, RAQUEL holds it down lol she hunted me down for two days lol I'm not gonna lie. But listen man I'm super duper picky with my ride, got my wheel re done with them, they got it all! Plus they are STATEFARM ready too, boommm!!! I didn't even wait to see any one just dropped it off and sat down to wait on my car. APPLE PAY IS TAKEN!! (Thanks Raquel), and i Got to WALK AROUND MY CAR WITH ISRAEL, looked over everything looks PHENOMENAL!! Check them out, call Israel!! It's worth a look!! Real professional and every on there!! - follow up for paint inspection is set, for a later date ;). And well I can't tell you all the little details of everything, stay tuned for the post work review. THANKS CLASS AUTO!

"Nice guys" who LIE. Do NOT drop off your car for an estimate! They will charge you $100/day to have your car there (including all the days they are closed). They will hold your car hostage until they get their $1000 in CASH for "storing" your car while they do nothing. Very unethical. This is how they get you to use their service. If use them the "storage" fee is included. DON'T SIGN ANYTHING and DON'T TRUST THEM.

I sware if I ever go back to this place & want to let all of you know if you don't want headache, stress-free don't go to this shop stay away not worth it!!!

The services is horrible for high end cars. They made all excuses to make up the reasons for why they have not done their job. My car was in the shop for for more than 3 months. They never call to update and tell you what happen with the car. You have to initiated called them every time even they promise and guaranteed the car will be done. You will always have to listen to all the BS to make up for their excuses. Even though they said they will call you and promise for like more than 10 times. It s still didn t happen. ISAREL is the BS guy and all the whole team themselves are BS. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE. I don t know why do they still servive with this kind of service in this world! SO DISAPPOINTED!!!

This shop has unethical business practices.BE WARNED, if you want an estimate from them, prepare to pay for $350 for estimate, Tear Down Fee $800+ or more, charges for phantom parts restocking $700+ or more and including the storage fee of $55/day from the 1st day you bring it in.Class Auto's Tom Nacheriner, Estimator and Raymond Neveau, President are basically jerks. They run their business slow and took them nearly 2 weeks to do an preliminary repair estimate and drag their feet where as another shop provided me the complete repair estimate on the "SAME DAY"....I believe they do this so they can pressure you to charge the storage fees to do the repair with them. After paying $2500 to take my car out to get a 2nd estimate and repair at another body shop, Class Auto will report to CARFAX. Don't let them fool you that they work on high end cars.

Dropped my car off on a Thursday. Didn t need a lot of work, rear bumper needed to be replaced at the result of being rear ended. Class auto made things easy and I had my car back in about 10 days.

Very, very poor communication. Promised work to be completed in 7-10 days. Called on day 12, they hadn't even started it nor followed directions about damage. Not one call or email from them. Would have been a one star, but once they FINALLY FINISHED, they did a good job. Took about a month to get completed. Not a lot of damage either.

I took my TESLA car back in 12/23/2015, today is 01/19/2016 and still have not received a phone call from the person in charge of the repairs. Up to this day, they haven't started to do anything and worst part on this is that TESLA MOTOR recommended me to take my car to that dealer. I will give my review at the end, but so far the service is horrible!!! Do not recommend this shop to anyone!

THEY'RE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS COMMUNICATING & CALLING PPL BACK 2 INFORM YOU ON WHAT'S GOING ON.... BUT IF IT WASN'T FOR KENT & THE GM I WOULD'VE PROBABLY LEFT THEM RATED AT 1 OR 2 STARS & NOT BECAUSE OF THE WORK, THEY ACTUALLY DID EXCELLENT WORK BUT I CAN'T STAND WHEN BUSINESSES DON'T COMMUNICATE PROPERLY LIKE PPL NEED 2 KNOW WHAT'S GOIN ON EVERY STEP OF THE WAY, THEY HAD MY TRUCK 4 WAAAAAY 2 LOOOONNNNGGG BUT THEY DID DO A GOOD JOB WITH THE REPAIRS BUT COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY 2 ALL AROUND SUCCESS!!!

The review by Tri Le below is fraudulent,,, Tom N. hasn't worked at that shop for a few years now and Ray N. does not deal with any of the clients directly. These name drops were made purely as an attempt to legitimize Tri Les review. Oddly enough Tri Le is the name of an estimator that works for a competing high end shop,,,,, hmmmm interesting eh,,, try creating a random account before you go bad mouthing your competition,,,,Anyhow here is a flat out fair assessment the shop from someone that has worked the insurance side of the fence for the last decade, this shop is good at what they do and thats fixing cars, they specialize in MBZ and while they may take awhile to fix their cars and at times butt heads with the insurance carriers which could in turn cause additional delays, operative term "could" and not "always", make no mistake they fix cars RIGHT,,, bottom line.
