***I had the BEST TIME at the tire shop!***Aside from the click-baity headline, manager Marco and awesome CSR Tito made my DAY!Tito greeted me first at the front desk with his friendly nature and chilled demeanor. Buying a whole set of tires is not easy for everyone, I mean the cost is a lot, but TITO! He came THROUGH! He assessed the type of terrain I d be roughin on my daily and he gave me the top option. I appreciate his work ethic being excellent, then I have him the price range I was hoping and he gave me the best for what I needed.Yeah, the wait can be long, but they keep the lobby so clean and chill. It was climbing to 101 outside and it felt 66 in the lobby. Manager Marco and Tito are so friendly, they keep the atmosphere fun and relaxed. Tito also let me know my brakes needed changing soon.Tito also let me know that I should get my tires rotated within six month and with the lifetime warranty, it s FREE! Ooops! Sorry if I wasn t supposed to put you on blast, Tito!Anyway, if you gotta get tires or got anything going on with your vehicle that needs checking, this is where it s at. Keep yourself from a sour mood and go to Marco and Tito. (I m gonna copy this over to Yelp because the world needs to know!)

The employees here are wonderful, and so sweet! I never feel like they are trying to rip me off, and they always do a great job! I had an service light going off in my car, and they checked it out free of charge! I have been continuously going here for about a year, and I never go anywhere else since I started using their services. I highly recommend!

As a career mechanic, I can usually smell a shady shop when I walk through the door. These guys are anything but crooks. Fast, friendly, professional, and accurate to the quote. Had my tires replaced here and am very satisfied with how the work went. Going back again to give them a chance to work my brakes too.

Showed up without appointment at 4:30pm, because i picked up a nail 5min prior. Manager was super friendly and helpful. Technician got it done right away. Happy first time customer and will gladly recommend this store in the future.

I went to Scher Tire to get a flat tire repaired on June 12, about 400pm. My family had a flight leaving Long Beach Airport about 3 hours later. I asked how long to get a tire repaired. Service advisor said it can't be done that day. I said it only takes 15 minutes to fix. He said no can do. I said thanks for the great customer service and left.We can home from vacation, went to Discount Tire and had flat fixed in 15 minutes.If you want service, go to Discount Tire, not Scher Tire.

We were given a very fair price, the work was done and the car was ready for pickup as promised.They reviewed a problem they noticed as they were working on our car, and we were able to schedule a repair for a day that will work for us.

Do NOT buy ANY purchase protection on your tires here! Absolute RIP-OFF! They will find any excuse not to cover damage as promised and just refer you to a worthless customer service line. Typical bait and switch nonsense. Why can't these guys just sell an honest product?

Had to give five stars to these guys. This was my 4th or 5th visit.They are always quick, accurate, helpful, and affordable. They're also good guys. Easy to chat with etc. Really took care of me and my FR-S.

Just moved to long beach this past weekend . My front right tire had a nail and it needed to be fixed . Took My car here to get fixed and they took care of it right away. Great customer service . Def coming back here .

This is now American Tire Depot. Went here to correct a jacked up alignment job done by Bellflower Tire & Smog. Within 45mins, they had my wheels all straight again. Excellent work!

Be, service mechanic, was very professional and honest with my concerns regarding needed work on my truck. He didn't try to sell me unneeded work and was upfront with everything. I definitely recommend this place!

They were friendly and quick. The service was great and I would go back. The place can seem a little difficult to get to depending on where your coming from but it is well worth it.

Shady liars... came in for alignment.. they did fine on that, but some how manged to mess up my tiptronic mode on my car. When asked and comfronted about it the mechanic gave me some bs reason, that had nothing to do with it..

I love this place, the guys here are very knowledgeable, fast, reliable, honest, courteous, i know im not getting riped off, been a customer with goodyear for about 8yrs, ive been coming here for about 2years.
