(no part is too small, great professionalism)I was in need for a driver side seat belt buckle for my Toyota Avalon. I started looking on eBay and then thru the local auto dismantling/parts market but had no luck finding it. So I made my way to CABE Toyota dealer and to my surprise they had it in stock and ready for pickup the following the day. I got a good price on the item. The sales representative Abraham took care of me. Abraham made the ordering process very easy. Thank you Cabe Toyota! In business since 1966.

****UPDATE FROM PRE PANDEMIC****If you re in the market for a Toyota, speak with Matthew Rosner. I let him know about my previous negative experience. Matt listened that I would use my current vehicle equality as a down payment and my new monthly payment couldn t exceed $520.00Financing tried to play a few tricks about fees/tax and my payment increased an additional $25 dollars. I was ready to walk away but Matt helped salvage the deal. Thank you, Matthew.

Such a great experience here at Cabe Toyota! Nothing quite like a small, family-owned dealer with excellent service. Tara and the rest of the team assisted me in the purchase of my 2024 GR Corolla. This was one of the only dealers around that had a Heavy Metal Premium Model at a fair price. The whole process was very quick and easy, and they even went as far as to help me set up my cell phone to my vehicle through the Toyota App.10/10 would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for their next vehicle!!

Went with my son to Cabe Toyota to buy a 2023 Tacoma TRD Pro Off Road. Spoke to Tara Holcomb, she was the Internet Sales Manager. Tara was such a joy to work with, friendly & so Professional. There was no pressure sale of any kind. She made us feel comfortable from start to finish. The whole transaction was smooth with no hiccups. Everyone in this dealership was so friendly. The facility was really clean & the showroom was really nice!! Thank You Tara for a wonderful first time buying experience for my son!! This is how all customers should be treated!! Tara & dealership gets a 5 star rating!!PS - The Finance Manager was also a Super guy!! (Sorry I forgot his name)

Great experience with Evan buying a new RAV4 Prime today. I really liked Cabe for their up-front pricing and information on availability, packages and options. Some of the other dealerships make you jump through hoops for basic info, yet Cabe has everything candidly posted. Evan was a pleasure to work with, no aggressive or dramatic sales, plain answers to all our questions, enjoyable test drive and purchase.

Contacted Cabe Toyota about a pre-owned Tesla Model Y Performance. Communication was quick and decided to go in on 12/31/2023 since they had a year end sales event. I met Matt and he got me taken care of quickly.Dwayne in finance found me the best deal on finance(best I ve received after shopping a few rates) and was straight forward.I m forever grateful for their team and excellent service. Although they re about 1.5hrs from me, I ll be sure to go back. Save your time and shop at Cabe Toyota!

Tara, at Cabe was awesome! She was fast to respond and got us an incredibly hard to get vehicle in a fraction of the time our home town dealership was able to. She stayed in contact with us, answered all questions in a timely manner and explained the buying process so that when an opportunity came up we were able to move on it quickly. When it came time to go to the finance department which usually causes extreme anxiety I quickly realized we were dealing with an honest dealership. Dwayne didn t try to talk us into over priced warranties or contracts, rather compared apples to apples of what our credit union could offer vs. his Toyota warranties and coverages. We actually saved money going with Dwayne and his Toyota products vs. our credit union. I will definitely make the hour plus drive to Cabe Toyota again in the future.

I had an excellent experience at Cabe Toyota. Everyone was friendly and I really appreciated how calm and peaceful it was when I entered the building. I especially enjoyed the music that was playing. Ambiance was definitely 10/10.Tara was the one that helped my boyfriend and I through the process. I was anxious prior to arriving but she was so sweet and made us feel very welcome. I did not feel pressured into purchasing a car right away. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about everything and made the purchase process go smoothly. Customer service was also 10/10.I will definitely be recommending Cabe Toyota to friends and family and I will also recommend them to reach out to Tara.We love our new RAV4 XLE Premium! Classic bait and switch. I called and asked how much ATF WS is. The parts guy told me $7.99. I went in the next day, and they charged me $12.99when I asked him about what the parts guy said the previous day said no you're lucky it's on sale this week. And would not honor the 7.99 price. I will not be purchasing oil at this dealership ever again.

As someone who s in the dealership world I ve never had issues or experienced negligence as much as I have here at this establishments service department. My mother in law went to get her front wheel drive Corolla in for service and had her tires rotated. But thanks to the negligence of the service department the two tires with the worse tread were rotated to the front. Any reliable service facility would have not done a tire rotation. My mother in law requested for her tires to be left alone and the request was ignored. The service advisor Daisy was not very helpful over the phone and was more interested in proving she was right instead of addressing customers concerns, my husband is a board certified mechanic and any quick Google search will tell you that a vehicle that is not FWD or AWD needs the best tires in the front. If the vehicle were to god forbid be I n any accident it would be due to cabe Toyotas negligence. Horrible service department. Horrible employee Daisy, she should not be a service advisor. She s in the business for the wrong reasons.

I can totally understand why Cabe has been around so long!! Their customer service is superior!! I have purchased my second vehicle from them and am completely satisfied!! Keonna was phenomenal!! She was such a pleasure to work with!! Cabe has definitely got a lifetime customer!!

I had a great experience at Cabe Toyota! Matt was the main person that helped me with the purchase of my new car, out of all the dealerships that I contacted, Cabe was the only one that didn't have an outrageous mark up on the car, customer service was excellent and i really felt their honesty! Angel helped with the paperwork, that was very easy as well. Plus, the dealership was nice and clean! Thanks again Cabe Toyota, especially Matt for all your help! I highly recommend Cabe!

I bought a 2017 Mazda Mx-5 from them and am extremely satisfied with their service. I m always reluctant when buying from a dealership because they often treat like you don t exist after the sale is done, but Cabe Toyota is not that kind of dealership! I noticed a bubble on the sidewall of one of the tires a day after buying the car and they took care of me without question. Sean, Eddie and Felishea were exceptionally welcoming, respectful and professional during every visit of mine at the dealership. If you re having doubts about buying a car there, you can rest assured you will be treated like a human being rather than just another paycheck. I will most certainly be buying a car from them again in the future.

I recommend this dealership! High level of customer service in the service department. 14 days ago my 2023 Corolla Cross was delivered to me by Toyota of Orange. After salesman left, I noticed the front panel of driver seat was popped out. I popped it in but there was a gap. Toyota of Orange told me to bring it to any Toyota dealer and they will fix it because it was under warranty. I made 2 appointments with West Coast Toyota and they said it's not their responsibility because I bought it from Toyota of Orange. I had no appointment, and just walked in to Cabe Toyota in Long Beach and they took care of it and in 5 minutes, they fixed it. Michael said they just had to align the front panel with the side panel so they can be attached snugly, and it won't pop out again. It shows several things about Cabe Toyota: 1) They know Toyota policies. 2) They know Toyota cars very well 3) They are practical and value the time of their customers. This is rare in this day and age. I will keep coming back to Cabe Toyota in Long Beach!!!

We wanted a very specific car so we ended up placing a Special Order with Cabe Toyota for a 2020 Toyota Highlander Platinum AWD and then Covid-19 hit. It was six months before we received our beauty, but Michael and Dan kept us informed every step of the way. When Michael called us to let us know it just arrived on the lot I don t know who was more excited, him or us. LOL. Michale even came in on his day off to make sure everything was taken care of. When we walked into Cabe everyone greeted us like family. We are so very glad we went through Cabe. If you're looking to purchase a new car you won t find anyone better. Thank you Michael, Dan and the entire staff at Cabe Toyota, we love our new Highlander!

I had a pleasant and good car buying experience at Cabe Toyota. I saw a great deal on a pre-owned car and went to the dealership to inspect and test drive it. Sales Rep, Kan and Finance Mgr, Dwayne were nice and easy to work with. The process was thorough and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to others and I will also be a repeat customer in the future.

I just bought a brand new RAV4 Prime XSE from Cabe Toyota and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The team of Keonna, John and Angel were awesome from start to finish. It is a very high demand car and I had been searching over a month to find a reasonable price from multiple dealers across California. Not only did Cabe beat the best price I could find but I felt great about supporting a family owned business. Keonna and John were very helpful in working out all the details without dishonest sales tactics that some other dealers use to get customers in the door. Angel in finance continued that trend by answering all my questions honestly and not trying to pressure me one way or another. As a small business owner, I understand how important it is to my customers to have their best interests in mind. It really pays in the long run with return business and raving reviews like this one. We are extremely happy w/ tToyota Cabe Long Beach. Our buying experience was incredibly smooth in this crazy market. Feels amazing having a brand new car and they made that possible. Spaecial thanx to TARA HOLCOMB, she's amazing and was very helpful and patient in explaining everything from the paperwork to how to operate the new vehicle. Hello Cabe Toyota.Wanted to say they made my dealer experience dream. Walked in selling them a car they can t get (sienna XSE hybrid) and bought it off me at a deal I couldn t pass. Mr.Dabirnia made my selling experience quick. All paper work was done before 20 mins. Decided to walk with a Tacoma. And Matt, my sales person. Made everything possible. A dream come true.Never had an experience like this before. Been to plenty of dealers where it takes hours back and forth. To get the car ready etc.Mr. Dabirnia & Matt and their team were amazing. My wife and I literally just were shocked of how quick it was. We were out of the dealer in less than 2:30 hours. (Counting also us selling a car first).First time ever were I didn t feel rush, pressure on buying a car. Everyone here it s super nice. Top notch. I wish I knew of this dealer and it s team before. Wow ! The dreaded triangle light with the explanation point in the middle came on before I wasn't quite to the top of the Grapevine. Also had the check engine orange light on. Phone overheated and I had just gotten a text off to my daughter in Long Beach. She started calling three different Toyota dealerships. No appointments available. Daniel at Cabe Toyota said if you can get it here before we close at 6:00 I'm first one in in the morning and I will get it diagnosed.I had driven down from the Turlock area and had to be at school Monday morning. It was Friday and my granddaughter's wedding was in Santa Monica Saturday and we had to leave by 3:00. Daniel, Phil and the other employees got on it and obtained parts and got my vehicle repaired by 1:00 Saturday ! It was the fan that cools the hybrid battery.Everyone was extremely friendly , helpful and aware of my time constraints. We even got a complimentary carwash for both my car and my daughter's car since she was getting me back and forth from the dealership. They definitely took the stress off.Use this business. You won't be sorry.

Awesome experience buying our certified pre owned Toyota Sienna. Our saleswoman, Lisa, and everyone else at Cabe Toyota in Long Beach were honest, totally professional and fair. Buying a car could be stressful, after spending a lot of time at 6 other dealers the good people at Cabe Toyota made it happen for us. Thank youI already gave 5 stars, +1 for the service people being there on Sunday. That really helped us. Also they open at 9am on Sunday, great for us out of towners on a mission to buy a mini-van

Cabe is a great dealership. Purchased my car 2 years ago and with it come a maintenance program for oil change and other maintenance things. My last oil change experience was so pleasant :) Kenny helped me the entire time. He got me checked in and took care of the onboarding paperwork. My car was done faster than expected (lucky me!). They have an awesome team and great customer service here!

Honest, easy and great customer service.We recently purchased a new 2023 Seinna from Cabe. We have been searching for 5 months for one that fit our needs without being taken advantage of. I made over 20 calls and inquiries to other dealerships in a 1 week period along with contacting a car broker. With limited inventory other dealerships were asking 8-15k over MSRP. Luckily we contacted Cabe and got in touch with Tara. She was honest and up front saying it may be a 6-8 month wait but Cabe would not charge us over MSRP. Thankfully we could wait. We were contacted when a Seinna would be available which fit the trim and options we wanted. We put down a deposit, discussed a trade-in (matched Carvana s offer!!), and bought the vehicle a day after it arrived to the dealership. I can not express how fortunate we were to go the Cabe. They seem to really focus on the customer with their pricing(which was unmatched) and the Cabe+ service. We will call the again when we are looking for a new car.
