Showed up without an appointment, but the guys did the alignment on my car right away (and for a very competitive price).Savuth, the customer representative, was very helpful and overall friendly. Very pleased with the service.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! The Service Manager would not repair my tire under warranty, claimed I needed entire new set of tires, new suspension system and front brakes, or I couldn t leave the repair bay. The Manager then offered to order the tire only after I complained about the service, and took a picture of the business. I had to come back the next day for install, as they didn t even have the tire in stock, and the mechanic today said I don t need front brakes, and new struts would be good based on the mileage of the vehicle. What a con job, and that is only after a year and 3 months after getting conned into rear brakes system and four new tires the previous time I entered this place. I live in the area and work at a school nearby as well and wanted to support a local business. BIG Mistake. As a consumer, we just want honesty. Is that too much? Is it really? Such a disappointment for our community. The team you trust is their motto. I m more Sad than mad really.

I came to fix a flat, which they did well. The front desk person in charge ended up overcharging for things I didn't need, looking back he was laughing about it. I went to go take a look I got charged 2 grand to replace brakes(needed) and the front control lobes NOT NEEDED. I took pictures and asked a mechanic friend and they told me that I didn't need to change them as they stated. Not coming back they did little to address concern especially when I came back and I saw they were messing with window that was not going up, didn't have that issue before I had receipts to prove. Great customer service and made sure that my truck received the service it needed. I felt like the wait time was not bad at all compared to other places I ve experienced. This would be about my sixth time coming back here and I m highly satisfied!

I was helped out by Zach. I was in for a tire replacement. Turns out there were other critical problems I wasn t aware of. Thanks to him my car is now safe to drive on the road. It feels completely different (in a good way) and a much more smoother driving experience! I appreciate you guys!

I brought the car for a rework on the breaks job and the manager Zach Najjar understands the situation. He swiftly got me new high end front rotors and front breaks for free. In addition, I also have him work on the rear breaks and the rear rotors replacement as well with a good price. I am planning to take a long time, he has suggested to check on the breaks and other things for free prior to the long trip. I will take that suggestion as a family with kids is very important to know it is safe. I appreciated your understanding and this is a good business practice for our Long Beach community.

This place is absolutely wonderful. The gentlemen working there are all very professional. I had an issue with my sensor and they took care of it. The one who helped me listened to my concerns and even offered us (my children and I) to wait in the waiting room. Chairs were separated with a good distance to maintain the social distance. Thankfully it was just us three there so we didn't have to worry. I would absolutely go back there.

I came in to get my tires replaced and alignment plus break fluid and power steering fluid replaced and it was done promptly fast. Zach and victor are fantastic.

Great Service, knocked one star because they gave me an appointment yet didn t have any of my tires in stock. All good the next day! Recommend, but call for appointment and verify they have what you need

I'm very disappointed in the service I received from this location. I was a customer at the Lake Forest location and I trusted that my car would still be in great hands. Two weeks ago I spent $4200 on car repairs. One day later I had to take my car back to have the shocked repaired again. A couple days following that repair my radiator hose disconnected and I almost blew out my engine, this was a hose they supposedly replaced from the original repairs. I had to have my car towed missing two important meetings from the inconvenience. And just now I have yet another issue, the under carriage to my car is falling off, this happened while I was on the freeway.This lack of care and neglect is mind blowing.I once praised Big O Tires for being a brand who treats women fairly when they take their cars in but this location fell short in a very disappointing way..Currently waiting for AAA AGAIN, wasting more of my time..

I want to give THANKS to the Manager ( Savuth Srey), I was able to walk in and get my service done. They were very Exceptional for their service time and pricing didn't break my wallet. Savuth was able to show me a payment plan that allowed me to get my tires and brakes done all in One Service.

I was willing to spend 30 .00 dollars on fixing a tire .the guy at the front desk told me the tire was not fixable because of crack s, and it was 5 years old....I took to another shop .they fixed for $ 17.00. told me the tire could last 5 more years

Came in on a Saturday. Had an appointment at 8:30 am and was relieved as soon as I got there by Friendly front desk man Zach. Signed some papers for 4 tires mounted and aligned. Been here 1.5 hrs with no one ahead. I can't judge on the time they're taking. It's not my field. I'm not upset. I have patience. Clean bathroom. Smells clean inside. They have a coffee dispenser. Didn't check if it had coffee but it's there.

Excellent service/ staff . Highly recommended: ordered tires 235, 275/ 35/20 mount, balance and alignment. Porsche Cayman drives like new. Thank you Big O tires Long Bch.

I got new tires in November 2022 with Big O Tires Saint George Ut., I was visiting family in Long Beach California! My tire pressure went down so we stopped at this Big O Tires to get the tire patched!! Javier help use get checked in we told him to check the system because we got our New Tires from Big O in Saint George. He kept saying the system doesn t link! He continued telling me they couldn t help without the lease # from Big O in Saint George, Ut! I can t understand why does OBig have us register Under our name, but can t find any information regarding our service!! Please just do better, these guys would not even patch our tires.. Just poor service all around.. We will never send anyone to Long Beach Big O tires to anyone again!!

Bigo Tires' management just showed me how serious they take customer satisfaction and how they go the extra mile to ensure it. With no hesitation, they refunded my money to demonstrate their commitment to excellent customer service. They went above and beyond what I expected, and I am truly grateful for their help. I'll let others know about Bigo Tires and their dedication to customer satisfaction. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Big O tires is the best. Each time I've been there I'm promptly greeted by friendly staff members. No matter what service I'm getting whether I need financing or not, staff members always suggest the best options for me not to mention taking excellent care of my vehicle. When you need work done on your car at a place you can trust take it to Big O tires and guess what I needed a ride home and they arranged for me a ride home. They are thoughtful and amazing hard workers.

I brought my 2019 Mustang in to get a temporary replacement for my tire. This is what happened to the INTERIOR of my car. The tire is good, but to damage my car in the process? Not happy.

Came in for an alignment today and all I m going to say is this place is legit everyone that works here is cool they went over an beyond. Much appreciated. I would highly recommend coming here to get work done to your car. Shout out to Felix and Zach!

Called up BigOTires last minute for two tires on my Chevy Spark - a rare tire size - and they were able to order my tires and finish service in about 1.5 hours. Savith was so helpful and informative about what I needed. Definitely will be returning for other maintenance.

Had a great experience! Javier was friendly and professional. We were offered a ride back home and back to the location. Given a fair price on our tires and alignment. Overall a great experience with Javier and the service they provide .

Please, please, please take your vehicle and your hard earned money to anybody else that is more reputable. They're only interest is to take your money as fast as they can with you coming back for more unfinished repairs. I've met with an owner of this franchise for a job and it was as disappointing as the repairs on my truck. I paid $500 over the cost of new pads and rotors with installation...
