This the greatest place because the peoples that work there is so helpful and they love to help all Customer and so friendly it feel like family. Don't have many places like that.. I was in line the person always smiling and very to helping you. That I don't mind to waiting in line for. Even though they under Staff . Thank you .

Johnny. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We usually get batteries from AAA because its easier. It was nice to know that Auto Zone will actually put it in for you as well. that was awesome. Also we didn't know that the battery was moving around because it was missing a piece which made the battery move around and damage it even more, so thank you Johnny soooo much. You were so extremely helpful.

My visit was on March 12 at 8:37pm. My apologies for not remembering the young man's name. He helped me collect my order, then checked my oil and added the additional oil I had just purchased. Hi five to the young man in his exceeding the guests expectations and being on it.

I came in this morning and there were two customers being helped I walked in waited on line no body said any thing after waiting for a while someone else walked in and was Botha of the employees welcome the guess and right away was asked how can they help her... skipping me.. so rude and unprofessional. This has happened twice at this same location. Never again I will bring my business some were el. Who ever is working at 9:00 am at this store needs some serios customer service training.

The staff was amazing! My battery was bad but I didn t have the tools to install it. I had a needed a battery, got it from Costco and the manager was kind enough to allow Axel to install it in my car, making for a happy Friday!!! Appreciate you both.Thanks Big Willie.

I wouldn t recommend going to this autozone they are unprofessional an rude I was next in line an it was a long line an the Asian lady let customers go ahead of us trying to say they got here first but they walked in after me an two other people but I still kept cool an didn t think anything about it because I only came for one item but I guess since I didn t go get my item I couldn t get quick help but they need to do better

Walked in knowing I would most likely have to spend an arm and a leg because I was having trouble with my battery for my car but my guy Kevin was super helpful! First he checked my battery to see if that was the problem which it was and then he noticed that the battery wasn t old so he looked up my phone number and BAM! There was my warranty for my battery so i got it replaced at no charge! Appreciate you Kevin you re a lifesaver

Had a great experience! My driver rear signal light and my driver low beam light went out. I came in and had very friendly service from Nef Olivas! He even helped me replace them. Nef was very helpful and informative.

I arrived at Auto Zone to have my battery. The staff was friendly and answered all questions. Would like to thank Robert for helping me install my battery under such heat 98 degrees and for explaining how corrosion affects the battery life. He deserves a raise. Thank you, Auto Zone. :)

I just wanted to take a moment to give a good review to 2 employees that helped me. Dexter and Jonathan Gomez... Very energetic and willing to help. It's great to still have great service and with a smile. This is my go to store for my parts. Never disappointed

Good service and busy place. Almost always a bit of a wait. Prices are as expected for chained store. Good selection in batteries. I found the battery there that I couldn't find for my range rover elsewhere, and it was about $60 cheaper than expected.

Asian Female Employee ( Autozone -South & Atlantic store ) was extremely rude to the customer in front of me , she was trying to pawn off some windshield wipers high quality $80 . The customer seemed very timid so I let him know you can get them from Walmart $4 for the pair . He left running , while the Autozone employee was giving a frustrated look towards me then let me know that I took away an easy sale from her . I would recommend any other store for parts , I m disappointed with the lack of customer service since no action will be taken they (Autozone ) will most likely say email customer service .

Senior staff had good customer service. Young employee tried to skip the line on me. Senior staff intervened and corrected the situation. I would give a five star rating but I didn't appreciate the bad costumer service skills from the younger employee.
