Never disappointed. Came in today for A/C refrigerant and was educated on the type needed and on its application. He did not make me feel dumb about my questions.Great customer service. Empowering!(On Santa Fe Ave, LB.)

Carlos S. needs a raise ASAP, every-time I visit this location he s super helpful and doesn t make you feel like you re being rushed. Need more people like this guy. I see why he s the Manager.

Cashier showed me what my car needed, including a price range of products. Very helpful and very nice. Windshield expert came out and had my new wipers on in less than a couple minutes, also very helpful and very nice. This place is on my Go To list.

If you like great customer service then shop at this AutoZone! Store Manager Dennis was honest and helpful today when I needed help with changing my cars headlights. I asked Dennis if I could exchange the headlights that I'd purchased for the right ones and he not only said, "yes" but he came and looked at my car and solved the problem for us. I trust that Dennis is leading his team to serve their customers with excellence and integrity. John 3:16

Amazing customer service from Carlos. R these are the kind of people businesses like these should have. If you re from the area, don t waste your time going elsewhere, this is the best location. Definitely making this my store.

Today I had my battery changed out by Dennis, store manager, and he did a phenomenal job. He was very helpful, courteous and professional. I will definitely be a returning customer and recommend to those in need of services this company can provide.

Last time coming to this location . I used to come here for years but today was the last time. I asked for a Mercedes Benz Key Battery, which I done before at this location and had no problem but today a young lady or teen employee did not help at all. First didn t not greet or ask If I needed help. I waited for help. When finally asked I told her I need a battery and she look at my key and stated that we don t sell European key battery which is a lie. And with the attitude she had it was not okay. To avoid any problems I walked away, I ll just go to another place. And this happen to me once before I decide to give another try because it s closer to me but with another employee. Company should hired whom know the material or what they are selling. Awful Customer Service!

Great staff. Went there on Memorial Day needing assistance with windshield wipers. Came across an employee named Dennis he was very knowledgeable,patient.,and informative. Best of all came out the store and assisted me with replacing my old wipers.

I was a worker there and the day I started I would get called in everyday due to staffing issues and people constantly calling off,the manager dennis was not very eager to show the ropes and didn t have a lot of training time to learn that you can t use your own number for the autozone rewards when someone dousnt have one,not even a month later I get fired and fined almost 200 dollars for somthing I didn t know you couldn t do,this isn t an autozone,this is a money hungry organization without any organization or pride to just let go of their past workers that were only trying to get a couple extra dollars a greedy company couldn t care less to give,now I have no job,and since I m gonna refuse to pay they are most likely gonna ruin my life some more so thank you autozone for the great learning experience,I learned to never work at a place like this ,scratch that,this place EVER AGAIN

Dennis, the store manager, helped me resolve my issues with my under warranty battery. He replaced it and installed it himself. He is nice and easy to talk to.

So I came here yesterday and got my wipers replaced I had no clue what size or what kind to purchase luckily the manager on duty helped me to even put them on :) , he was very professional and fast , he definitely knew what he was doing , plus he smelled so good

People here think that just because it's Covid they have the right to be rude. I came in asking for a key battery and immediately as I asked one of the employees for help and he was like "Move! Give me space" take I was about a little more than an arms length distance away from him. I guess I'm supposed to yell at them and have them yell back. And throw the things at each other. I really feel like if he doesn't feel comfortable working around so many people he should really be at home. Instead of being rude. I got help from another employee who wasn't rude like the other fella.

I went here the other day , had no clue what parts to get for my car at all . The manager in duty name Omar Marin helped through the purchase and walked me through with how to fix my car . Will definitely be going back , and he seemed very professional also smelled good

I deadlift my Honda Civic to workout sometimes and the lug nuts had fallen off. I couldn't find them, so I had to come to AutoZone to find some replacements. Mr. Carlos was extremely quick and helpful with finding my products. I was able to quickly resume my training thanks to him. A++

The customer service was excellent. My intent was to buy 2 quarts of oil. I ended up buying 5 quarts and an oil filter. The Customer Service Representative is friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. Again thanks for your quality of service.

I am very disappointed in the service that I received today I came into autozone and Angelica was helping me and she smelled like Marijuana and that is extremely unprofessional as a "manager" to come to work like that. She could ve done that in her personal time instead of showing up to work in those conditions!

Long lines, no 1 on register. About 6 or 7 employees 2 helping customers 1 doing inventory, 2 doing nothing but distracting the 2 helping customers, 1 stocking shelves, 1 hiding around corner to left of register's. Advice -put 1 person on the register at all times to handle walkins that grab and go.1 person as runner to help customers find stuff. 2 people on registers for item order or non-shelved items. And a fifth to unload trucks ,restock ,go to cars for customer help. AND A WORKING MANAGERanswer phones.handel store to store transfers of items.actually oversees what's going on and fills in were needed.

The most helpful AutoZone I've been too. As soon as I walked in the employee's greeted me. I came in last night 30 min before closing for a headlight replacement and was helped by Jessica the manager. Although my car doesn't have much room to work with she was able to fix my headlight and answered any questions I had. If your looking for suggestions or help with your car this AutoZone is the place to go.

Service by Dennis is very unprofessional. I was there last night, already in the store. One of the employee's was assisting me, when Dennis who I think is the night manager rudely asked me what I needed because they were going to close. So, I shook my head and told my wife that we had to go. All we were there for was a tail light bulb. We had to drive home on the freeway with no tail lights just because of Dennis who couldn't provide 5 extra minutes of customer service. I was allowed in the store prior to closing time which was 9pm. I arrived in the store at 8:50pm. This was an emergency and I couldn't believe that we were rushed to get out of the store because, "We abouts to close"-Dennis. I am a member of the community and will no longer be recommending people or purchasing anything at this Autozone.

Great customer service! Price points are reasonable. I had a car battery replaced in no time. Easy peasy!
