Just brought a bulb for my car Head light. Andrian was helpful finding the parts for me and Christian was kind to help installed it on my car l. Took less than 20 seconds. Mechanic shop would of probably charge me 40 bucks to install. Good customer service here

I don t write reviews much but Michael M helped me out a TON with my Tesla. I was in a real pickle while putting on a trailer hitch. He went above and beyond to help me figure out a solution to fix a stripped screw so that I could finish up my half completed project. Really appreciate his eagerness to help!

I called this auto zone to ask for help installing my car battery. The lady on the phone was really nice and was like we can take a look. Once I got there Michael helped me and showed me how to do it myself. I had never done a battery change so it was my first time..Thank u to both the lady on the phone and Michael, you guys are real life savers and now I know how to change my car s battery and the tools I need..which is not bad for a girl and their car ..I give this auto zone location a 11/10 rating..bc they went above and beyond here and they truly helped me out a lot. I m very happy and will come back to auto zone for my car needs!

Needed some fuses, kinda skimpy on their supply although they did let me borrow the needle nose pliers to pull out the old fuse. Then I proceeded to drop the new only 1 fuse #10 that I bought, inside the fuse box. Can't find it, gggrrr

I happened to pull into Auto Zone on Tuesday May 2, 2023 because I had borrowed a truck from my friend and it overheated in bumper to bumper traffic on the 91 freeway. My friend decided to call AAA and meet the tow truck driver at the location to bring if safely home. I spoke with Auto Zone employee Michael inside to let him know of the situation. He offered to check the coolant level for me and when determining it was good, discussed a few possibilities as to why it overheated. As I sat in the truck waiting for my friend and AAA to arrive, Michael came out to offer me water. When my friend arrived in her other car, he installed new windshield wipers for her. I cannot say enough how much I appreciated his expert advice and kindness. I have always had good experiences with Auto Zone personnel, however Michael was truly one of best. Such service is truly remarkable and I just want to say thank you!

It s my first time going to this store and i was impressed and very pleased. Store is clean and customer service is excellent. The employees at this location are extremely helpful. I came in with a check engine light and to buy some coolant. They helped me find out what was wrong and patiently assisted me in locating different components on my vehicle which needed maintanence or replacing. These guys were life savers. I would highly recommend coming here for any of your car needs

I love this location! Excellent customer service! Anthony A. Is a amazing he's Very knowledgeable and installed my battery fast. My battery is located in my trunk and other places refused me because of the location. I Will definitely come back.

The store is very clean and the staff are very helpful. Especially Daisy who helped me purchase new tail lights plus the proper bulb grease for my car. Daisy even installed my tail lights for me. Great customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone to go to this location .

Had some questions about some products and the guys working there were very friendly and knowledgeable. Had an item that didn't work well, they made the return process easy. I would definitely come back to this location.

Went into store looking for lug nut covers. There were approximately 5 employees in store and at a few points I was the only customer in the store. I walked every aisle and was there about 20 minutes. Not one employee asked if I needed help or approached me. The 1 female employee walked by me twice and just glared at me. Non existent customer service at this location. Employees would rather talk about movies etc. then assist customers.

This store is trash! I bought a $30 headlight bulb for my car and it literally lasted less than a month and when I went back for an exchange/refund they told too bad! You re just going to have to buy another one . Greedy company NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

Excellent service, the manager was so helpful and explained exactly what I needed. This wasn't the first time I had visited this location and every time I visited this auto zone the service is awesome. I definitely will go back for my automobile needs with out a doughnut.

Always giving wrong parts and wrong info. Got a loaner tool for a power steering pulley & they said I can return it at any autozone store only to find out I can't. So now I gotta drive all the way back here just to return the tool..

Terrible. No one knows whats going on and they never LEARN what parts they are selling. They can't operate without their computers. Asked for a lug bolt with the specific sizes and got asked for my make, model, and engine size before getting attitude. Meh... amazon is probably worth the wait.
