Danny Nunez is an excellent and honest employee!!!! One employee charged me for a car battery that I didn't need andDanny Nunez helped me and said that I didn't need the battery and gave me a refund. Stopped in for a new battery. My car had died and thought I needed one. They were willing to swap it out while O'Reilly wouldn't (it was an easy install). Shops wanted a ton to swap it. They tested my battery, starter, and alternator and all were fine. Must have just left something on, but I will definitely come back here when the time comes. Really appreciated their honesty and help.

I called this evening, and asked about a battery installation. Miguel, said that it could be done, as long as I arrived at a certain time. He kept his word, and gave wonderful service. I will definitely recommend this location, because of him. I offered him a tip, and he kindly declined. Please come here if you want to be looked after. Ask for Miguel

My car engine service pop up on my dash board. It was due for an oil change. I was clueless about what type of engine oil my car take and the oil filter size. I was greeted by Miss Cida when I walked in the door and again at the register where she assist me with the type of oil my car take. I initially went in for JUST the engine oil and the oil filter. Miss Cida mention that with just a couple more dollars I can get an air filter or cabin filter with that bundle. It's been a very long time since I had my air filter replace and I am glad she told me about that amazing deal. Total I spent under $38.00 for 5 quarts of oil an oil filter and air filter. Thank you very much I left a happy customer

Went to Auto Zone for a new battery. They weren't busy and a customer service rep came out to my vehicle to test the battery at no charge. The battery was bad, so i purchased a new one which was more expensive than it should have been. The customer service representative came out to my car and removed my old battery and replaced it with the new one at no charge. The reason for the four stars is because their products are overpriced.

I walked in to get a battery, as mine had died a few blocks away. They were so helpful and friendly. They provided suggestions on which tools I would need on the fly to complish my task at hand. I was back up and running in no time at all. I was extremely stressed out at the time my battery died, and they really saved the day for me.

Recently returned to store with an issue with a part I had purchased. Jesus E. Was very helpful and went the extra mile to ensure I got the right part. He was courteous, professional, but also knew what he was talking about. Unfortunately the online system for reviewing this encounter is not possible to fill out because my receipt doesn't contain the information required including transaction number and store number.

Friendly staff. Small store, which can lead to limited supplies occasionally. Otherwise, the location is ideal. If I need an emergency part, I can walk it.

Went in the evening and they were very helpful. Monday morning employee had Mask Anxiety Disorder. (MAD). He wanted to sell a mask for $1.00. I don't know what the profit is on a $200 battery, but it is probably more than the $0.98 profit on a mask. I'm going to O'Reilly s. I thought there were laws against big corporations gouging the public on PPE.

Just wanted to say I had a great experience at this location especially because of a particular employee, I believe his name is Erwin. While I was at his store he was polite, friendly, professional and he didn t make me feel dumb for asking some (admittedly) dumb questions. He definitely went above and beyond by letting me borrow his phone as a light source when mine was dying and talking to my girlfriend and I to keep our nerves down in a otherwise stressful situation. Truly a remarkable employee and person. I m definitely making this one my go to place for parts and tools, and I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and family. I would highly recommend you seek out Erwin if visiting this location.-Cameron

The week of May 20th, an emergency popped up in Long Beach. My car battery light had been on for about 2 weeks, but I had no choice. I called this particular AutoZone to see if they had the battery my car uses - one left. Told the gentleman on the phone that I will be there in the morning. Made it to Long Beach, (whew!!!!) and Joseph, the manager? took care of my car battery. Customer service, far surpassed excellence. I could tell he genuinely liked his job because I was asking him questions, and he was happy to answer them! I was pleasantly surprised by this experience- I had to wait for a few minutes here and there (staffing issue it seemed) but I did not mind because Joseph was so professional, and courteous - trust me I would not have minded waiting longer. Not at all. I do not live anywhere around here but if I'm ever in the area again and need something for the car, I will drive here. Period. Thank you Joseph, you put me at ease, the rest of the staff there that morning seemed happy, store was clean, other customers were waving from their cars in the parking lot saying hi to Joseph- that sealed the deal for me. Had to share my experience about this AutoZone. Super friendly, professional, personalized service that will be hard to forget. Especially when Joseph properly called me by my last name as I was leaving the store and wished me a great rest of the day.

I needed oil and coolant. I'm grateful that they are open pretty late. The store was clean and well organized. I found what I needed easily. At one point, I was staring at the coolant for too long. This was the first time I bought coolant for my car, and didn't really know if there was a true difference. Before I could turn to look for someone, I was already being asked if I needed some assistance. Grateful for them, because I was about to choose the wrong brand!

Absolutely zero customer service would give lower than a one if I could. The person had an attitude about having to look up a part so much to the point I didn't even want to be in the same room with him. Then I find out when I call back to talk to a manager to let her know the employee was basically not willing to do their job to the point they will push customers away she came back at me with the same attitude save yourself the time and aggravation don't come to this store

Brandon is the best! My check oil light came on and I panicked. He guided me through the phone on how to check the oil level and explained, in detail, what might have been the potential causes! He helped me fix the issue until I can get to the dealership tomorrow! Life safer!!! Thank you SOOOOO MUCH!!!

When the store was a little busy, there was still an employee there who was willing to help out and lend a hand fixing my busted headlight. Ozzie, thank you so much for the time/care/assistance that you gave to me and my car. Will definitely come back with good service like that.

We want to give a shout out to Lora B. She is the best!!! My husband needed a new battery asap and she helped him find the best choice and installed it at no charge. He drove out of there in no time at all happy and relieved he could get on with his day. I will highly recommend AutoZone on Anaheim to all my friends. Excellent customer service!

Can t express how grateful I am to have come across this location and most importantly, Anthony. I had been to several other spots and everyone refused to switch out my battery because of the poor weather. Forever grateful, thanks again! Will definitely be back again

I really like this location, not just because it's within 2 miles of my house, but because the employee's are alway willing and seem happy to help you out. Fast and courteous service, what else can you ask for? Prices aren't bad either.

I went to this autozone this afternoon 15 minutes before 9 o'clock the doors already locked. Two more customers had arrived at the moment that I was there in front of the door we were denied service.What can you guys do for this not to happen ever again...!?

Car battery died after 2yrs. After a quick test to determine that the battery was bad, store mgr, Jesse replaced the battery for me at no charge since it was under warranty. He went above and beyond and changed the battery out of our auto keys in which the batteries were also dead. This was very much appreciated and a probrably super annoying tedious task with the microscopic screw to open the key, Jesse was so chill about it and really exceeded my customer service expectations. He wouldn't even except the $10 tip that I tried to give him for his hard work & for helping me out in a big way. Thank you Jesse!

Employees were super helpful finding what I needed, and the selection is obviously great. So I couldn't ask for a better experience
