Charles was my service advisor and I must say that I am very pleased with my overall customer experience. i was informed as to what would be done, kept in the loop as to when my car was complete and also ready for pick up. thanks for the excellent service

The service writers are always professional at Audi Long Beach. They are great at explaining the details of the services. Also, providing information future repairs to plan for (ex: tires). I've always received my car on time and appreciate that they included a car wash. Thank you Audi of Long Beach Service Center!

I believe that Service Employees should explain, in detail, what is happening versus just typing up an invoice. Poor Customer Service is a stretch. After this service I will happily return to Fletcher Jones in Irvine regardless of the drive

Ordered a headlight for my 2018 Audi A4 for for the headlight to come back cracked. Tried communicating back via email to return the product but doesn t send back a shipping label in order to return the product.

Just went in looking for help with my 04 Allroad and I might have froze in Lalo's presence had I stayed another minute!Maybe it was my older vehicle that was looked down upon, who knows, but Lalo Nu�ez seriously could not have been any colder or more unwelcoming and standoffish!The thing is, many of us are vulnerable when it comes to possibly being taken advantage of where auto repairs are concerned, and we know it. Service departments know it too.Lalo and the Circle Audi Service Department made absolutely ZERO attempt to make me feel like they were interested in helping me solve my Allroad's issues and that they were people who were friendly and could be trusted!Cancelling my appointment!

Beautiful Circle Audi. I didn t dare step onto the lot, because I wanted to check out the location. Well lit lot, lots of sick Audi s. Located Across from AutoZone, beautiful clean ultra-modern Architecture.
