I've taken my A5 Sportback to Audi Long beach several times for routine maintenance and to correct a few concerns that have popped up since buying the car. I have been completely satisfied with the service received so far. Love the car, love the dealership. I hope that continues for many years.

Just leased a Q8 e-tron. Worked with Jesus and dealership manager was a great experience. Made the deal on the phone call, walked in, sign contract in less than an hour and took the car.

Circle Audi will always be Circle Audi because of the dedicated employees that have worked their even before the Fletcher Jones purchase.It s always a pleasure to be treated like royalty when visiting this dealership. I pulled up on the date & time of appointment and was instantly greeted and taken care of by Mr. Nunez who then introduced me to Mr. Oscar Ortega which follow through with Shop Foreman - Mike Kearney to assure me that my vehicle would be taken care . Can t wait to visit that beautiful new location this summer in Signal Hill , great move Fletcher Jones and Tyler Dawson ~ General Sales Manager to really drum up more business going forward.Good Job Team and Don t Let Up!

On 05/31/2023 I took my 2017 Audi A8 L to completed a recall at this dealership, and let me tell you!! first time on my life I had a process that smooth. Jorge was the person who took care my car and he followed up with me until the end of my vehicle repairs. The ladies that work at the front desk where amazing. The entire dealership treat you as a family. If it was a possible to give it 10 stars to this dealership I will give it to them when my eyes close. All the personnel that work at Audi Of Long Beach are amazing. I really highly recommend it this dealership Audi of Long Beach.

I was not able to get the right help and purchasing opportunity from another Audi dealership in SOCAL, i had to ask the receptionist if i can speak to a salesperson, she calls someone and then asks me why I am at the dealership for, literally had to tell her I want to buy a car, i left without a vehicle because they did not want to contract me on it because it was still in service and other people have called for it, yet I have been the only one to go in person to attempt a purchase with funds on hand, so I left. I saw this dealership had vehicles at better prices and more selection. I am so glad I filled out the test drive form on their website. Came in same day as I was turned away from the other dealership. Chris and his team made me feel right at home. Asking if I wanted to have a drink from their lobby so we can talk options. They delivered and then some! Glad that I did not give up on Audi. I happily drove off in the perfect car and with great service from the whole team.

Hello I recently purchased a vehicle at Audi Long Beach and my experience with Jesus Camargo was excellent. He was very straightforward and understanding of fixed payments I needed to make. I was in the market for an Audi Q7 and would check the pre-owned listings on AudiUSA. Audi Long Beach had one listed as "Coming Soon", which I've learned typically means it's a car the dealership has just taken in coming off lease. I went to the dealership the next morning at 10am. Robert Lozano greeted me, and showed me the Q7. I let him know I wanted the car, but I had just purschased a pre-owned Q7 about a month earlier (long story). Ultimately Robert helped me work out a trade, and I purchased the Q7 at Audi Long Beach. Robert has a very deep knowledge of the brand, and is low pressure, let's the car speak for itself, and makes sure it's a vehicle that will suit your needs. He even got the GSM involved as it was a complicated transaction. I even got to meet the GSM, Tyler Dawson, who is a very classy guy. He made it clear they would do everything they could to make the transaction happen on terms that I wanted... which they did.

I am new to Southern California and recently purchased an Audi Q5e here. I was concerned because I did not know anyone at the dealership and I had heard horror stories of inflated prices and low inventory. My experience was amazing. The was no price gouging, and I felt that my trade-in was fairly valued also. My sales person was Gabino Haro and he was attentive, informative and professional. I was assigned to a service professional and felt like I was welcomed into a family.

We had a great purchasing experience at Audi Long Beach. Jesus, the sales person, was quick to help when we arrived and very welcoming.Stefan in Finance also did a great job. he was very informative with the additional options available. We never felt any pressure from the team while at the dealership.Coming from the Palm Springs area, we were glad we made the long trip to Long Beach for our purchase. Audi of Long Beach will be our first place to shop from now on for any future Audi purchases.

I really enjoy the service experience here, yes, I said the service experience! I have an Audi SQ5 and dropped off for a 30K service and a recall. Gaby handled it flawlessly, communicated with me, I never had to call them, Gaby kept me up to date via text. When I picked the car up it was spotless, parked on the service drive, and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes. Thanks for being awesome Gaby!

I had no inconvenience due to COVID at this dealership. They are professionals. Gabino was very helpful with my situation. I wasn't sure what I could get but he guided me through the whole process and he was fully understanding of it. He worked with me through all the steps that other dealerships wouldn't so I want to say "Thank you!" to him. Also, Thank you to Gaby and Sergio for all their help! To Audi I want to say I appreciate all the hospitality, reassurance, support, warranties and final deal I signed. The negotiation was reasonable where both sides win. I can't say enough great things about this place. If you're looking to buy, lease or even test drive an Audi, I highly recommend Circle Audi.

I recently purchased a very rare, certified pre-owned, six-speed manual 2016 S5 from this dealership, and my experience has been nothing but positive from almost everyone I have dealt with here. I had originally visited here to purchase a similar but different vehicle, and I expressed my initial dissatisfaction on being unable to find my preferred vehicle. However, somehow, I walked out purchasing the CPO vehicle that almost exactly matched my requirements and preferences.The Audi brand specialist who worked with me was Jeff Peck, and I was truly impressed by his sales approach. From the very first email, I could feel the transparency and honesty in his communication. Since the vehicle I was looking to purchase was very rare and in-demand, he immediately suggested to come take a look at it before it's too late, and I complied. After having driven over 6 hours from my place of residence to reach the dealership, I was treated with utmost respect, and my time was valued. His communication was always prompt, and his respectful sales approach never changed, even after the sale was final and delivery was made. I felt no sales pressure from him, ever. I have to mention that he has the most unique test drive route, that I enjoyed thoroughly while test driving the vehicles.The next person I would like to mention was the used car sales manager at the time, Matt Goodwin. Upon establishing clearly my preferences of the type of vehicle I wanted to purchase, he realized that I wouldn't be truly content with the vehicle that I had initially came to test drive. Somehow, he managed to find a vehicle that had almost all of the options I was looking for, and although having recently been turned in from lease, he prepped the car in a timely manner to have it ready to be test driven before I left the dealership. And needless to say, this is the vehicle I ended up purchasing. Although the vehicle needed some maintenance and cosmetic items that needed to be addressed before final sale, he wrote all of my requests on a signed and approved due bill sheet, and personally made sure that they were addressed before the vehicle was finally delivered.Finally, the last person I would like to make a noteworthy mention of, is the general manger, Chris Prodromides. Upon Matt Goodwin's departure from the dealership, Chris was the person who addressed all of my concerns and requests in a very timely manner. From pricing the vehicle fairly, to completing all of my additional service requests, to rescheduling the delivery of the vehicle to my doorstep, Chris made sure everything went by as smoothly as possible. Thanks a lot for the great experience, Circle Audi! Keep up the professional and great work you're doing.

Had a great experience with Mike. He's honest, not pushy, cool, and overall just treats you the way you want to be treated. The rest of the staff was just as welcoming as I walked around waiting for my finance stuff to go through. Christian Y, is an excellent salesman. He is a man with knowledge of his inventory and looks to provide the best vehicle for his clients. David & Peter were awesome managers and understanding when it comes to closing the deals. Can t forget about Dan who is very emphatic with his customers. Funny story, I live blocks from this place. Pass it every day on my way to work. Since I've lived here, I've walked in the showroom at least 6 times and have never had one salesman say hello. I've purchased 2 Audi's at other dealerships in that time and was looking at another the other day. Same thing... not a dope said hello and this is my car I drove in with ready to tradeI did call and speak with the GM who was extremely professional and listened. Hopefully her staff get the message before we lose another local business!!!

I have been extremely patient since my original purchase of my vehicle. The day I went in everyone was very friendly and willing to help. Obviously it was just to sell a car. But they did not set up my Audi app. They kept saying system was down. I drove one hour the day after to get it set up and they didn t even bother notifying me the system was done. Today I called to asked for help and I got hung up by the receptionist THREE times. After my seventh attempt of calling (I even have a screenshot of how long my wait times were with this dealership) a guy named Alex picked up. He didn t even apologize for the rude service and delays I was experiencing. I got scheduled in for Wednesday even though I have been waiting VERY patiently to get my questions answered. Losing faith in this dealership after just three weeks. Maybe the switch to Audi Long Beach wasn t a good one.

scheduled a 105k service and recall fix in advance, requesting a loaner. drove 30 min to get there, and there was no loaner, and they would only offer a ride and car from enterprise. enterprise was not open, so i would have to wait.You pay top dollar for service at a dealer so you get a loaner from audi. They offered no consolidation. I expressed my concerns with the Service Manager, he said it was a courtesy. Obviously! I scheduled my service much further in advance to ensure i got a loaner.

Best customer service from the Service department. Charles (Service Advisor) is knowledgeable and always courteous . I have been back a couple times to get help changing the battery for my car keys. I just walked in and Charles helped me without any hassles. I appreciate it very much. Service is as important, if not even more for us than the sales experience - I highly recommend to check out this dealership if you are looking for an Audi. My husband and I both bought our cars here. We got great deals for our cars, and we are happy with their service!!

The telephone answering service is unbelievably bad. Not sure if it s in India or Timbuktu (the phone says Whittier) but if you try to get a hold of someone you end up in a disastrous loop. They need to have a receptionist in the dealership. The people who answer the phone have no idea what goes on in the dealership. Then the people in the dealership blame the shared service operators. Ping-pong blame game.

I had a smooth and hassle free experience at Audi Long Beach. I knew what I wanted and they were quick to listen and then put into action what i envisioned. I can be a difficult customer but there was no need here, the process was good, the financing was transparent, I drove away happy with my vehicle and the service! Of course we know the car buying process is long but it is what it is. I would recommend Audi Long Beach.
