Will not give you an idea of price, they want to get your car into their shop before any pricing so you are almost forced to go here. Go anywhere else if you want any decent customer service, they are extremely shady even before trying to work with them. I m glad they showed me this before trying to have my car worked on, guaranteed they would add stuff that s not needed based on my interaction trying to get info.

The workers here are very friendly! I drove here since it was the closest to my place in deep need of an oil change and their service was INCREDIBLE. It was an in and out process. For an 18 year old who doesn't know much about cars they really helped me out! No scamming me out of my money or anything! I love this place! (:

Great work Atlantic Auto Repair! I thought about twice before coming here but after I found them on maps near my house in Up town Long Beach I gave them a try, I pass by there often, brought my Mazda and got the engine check after it started making a noise. They two care of it and let me drive on a car home after I left my car there, came the next day and it was back to normal. Really friendly mechanics.

Their labor prices are really good prices. For the amount of work I needed done on my car, it was fixed fast and the total cost was a really great price. My car is running so much smoother because of them. The workers I've spoken to were nice, so good customer service. I would definitely refer them to friends and come back for anything else I might need done. Great experience!

If your looking for a mechanic w. Integrity and someone who show's you that your priority... THIS IS THE PLACE! My family and I been coming here for over 6 years, I even bring my newer cars over here for regular oil changes. Edgar is the guy! Always recommending this place to all my family and friends.

I have been using Atlantic Auto Repair for over 20 years for my older classic cars. Have had consistently good results and unbeatable pricing. Have tried other shops that do equally good work for 3 to 10 times the price.Edgar is ASE certified and has fixed every single type of problem in a wide array of vehicles that we have owned over the years.

Good work but could work on appearance an customer service. I walked in an there were 6 guys just kind of standing around then I saw a mechanic cleaning up an finishing some beers before someone asked what I needed and that guy appeared to be pretty toasted but he got the work done quickly and correctly so I can't complain. Edgar is quick and friendly an so was the female running the front. Would recommend.

Edgar is the most honest mechanic I know. I take my cars to him knowing that I will get a fair assessment and honest prices. Other mechanics will upsell you or fix things you didn't want done and then jack up the invoice price. Not Edgar. There are plenty of times where he could have easily sold me parts and labor I never requested and he has never taken advantage of me or my other family members who also take their cars to him. I highly recommend him as honest mechanics are a dying breed.

By Far the Best Mechanic Shop I ve ever been to. This experience gave me a new outlook on how genuine mechanics operate when they Love what they do. Edgar & his staff are efficient, courteous & make you feel like part of the family. I highly recommend everyone to come here before considering some place else because one thing you can t get back is time. I can promise you one this for sure they won t waste your valuable time, Edgar & his team deserve more stars & ratings, in my opinion this is the best Mechanic Shop in all of So Cal.

Great service! my transmission was giving up and Edgar the main mechanic rebuilt it. The price was good and my car is running like new. Thank you so much for the great work I really appreciate it. Will recommend to all my friends.

Edgar is the best. Super friendly, honest and fair! And prices are great here . As a (fairly) young single mother of 2, he's really been a life saver and is just so genuine and nice - his staff is great too. I highly recommend this shop.

Been coming here for almost a year and he tells me exactly what's wrong with my car and takes great care of my car. Prices are very convenient. My family is considering coming here for service cause of the great service they perform. The owner is really kind. I'm very satisfied with my mechanic!

By far the BEST auto repair shop in town. Edgar and his team did an amazing job on my car. I had a rear main seal leak, anyone who knows about cars knows that s a big job. Edgar and his team was able to get the job done the same day. I dropped it off in the morning and it was finished in the afternoon. Thank you so much Atlantic Auto Repair.

I literally called 10 different mechanics on a Sunday, most didn't answer the others told me to come back in a couple days. The people here at Atlantic Auto repair were professional kind and accommodating. They got right to the problem I was having and didn't make me wait. I really appreciate them. I would recommend to family and friends

BE AWARE ! I took my car there for a transmission rebuild. I chose this place because it had decent reviews. It came out to be a frustrating experience . Since a transmission rebuild is not a cheap service I decided to use my credit card to pay for it. Asked the owner if they accepted credit card. He said "YES we do". Then I called the day he told me the car was going to be ready but car wasn't ready yet plus he made up a story telling me that the card payment device wasn't working due to a kid playing with it and that I'd have to pay him cash . But I told him that there was not way I would pay cash that moment. And he told me that he order a new device that would a arrive almost a week after my car was ready. I decided to go and take my car back no matter what . The owner wasn't there but the employees were then they stated that the device doesn'always work but I told them that I just wanted my car back and I will pay with card it came out to be that the device was working perfectly. And they just wanted me to pay them cash even though I specifically told the owner that I was paying with my credit card . They're not honest and found this a very unprofessional autoshop. Fantastic shop, they have NEVER come in over budget or tried to fool around with dishonest sales schemes or even worse, charging you for unnecessary services. The shop is laid back, the workers there are nice and knowledgeable and they don't talk down to you as if you know nothing about cars. But rest assured, whether you're a gear-head or just a driver, they'll treat you with the sort of honest respect that every shop should aim for. Their low prices and commitment to budget is just a great big plus on top of all else

This is a family owned business which I loved went in for a radiator change was very satisfied. I asked if i needed any other work done and they were honest and said no i was so surprised and greatful normally machanics are quick to give you a list of things. I am a returning customer 4 sure very nice both father and son ,mary

My breaks were squealing. I went first to another place that told me I needed rotors and struts. I knew something was FISHY cause the owners son who is also a mechanic told me something DIFFERENT weeks prior. So my search began. I read the reviews about Atlantic Auto Repair, which were GOOD. THIS SHOP IS BETTER THAN GOOD! I did not need rotors or struts. The mechanics here are not trying to stuff their pockets to travel around the world. Their prices are RESONABLE and a warranty is given in writing. Plus, I had no appointment and was in and out in a few hours. Wow!

Can't argue the friendliness and customer service. However after 3 attempts of fixing my power steering issue, the sound just returned within a month. I can't trust this location any longer.

Now I see why this place is always full of lots of cars every time I go there! They have excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend Atlantic Auto repair for all makes and models.

On Jun 28 2018 I took my car to this repair shop.for simple repairs... and once I called to check up on my vehicle several days... The owner indicated that my car had been stolen from his shop. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS AT ALL FOR OBVIOUS REASONS. I'm in the process of pursuing legal action against this business.

I appreciate that they took care of my car in a timely fashion! We were on our way to visit friends in Long Beach when it broke down. We had limited time there, so that was very much appreciated!!

This place use to be really good till they let the young guys take over, gave me a oil change and then said my car was ready and still had the chock block under my tire and almost messed up my tire when i was reversing...I guess I need to look for somewhere else now..

Brought my car to Atlantic auto repair and it was my best choice! The main mechanic to care of my engine light that kept on flashing. Great service and good timing.

Wanted a oil change said I had to bring the car in to get a quote that s a first an was a red flag to me I usually get quotes over the phone all the time last time I took my car in so they could look an see how much it ll cost for my oil change they messed my car up an it was leaking oil an I had proof they did it because I have cameras that watch my car they said it was leaking oil bad to the point that it was empty that it must of happened over night if that was they case I would ve seen in when I drove off an the camera would ve seen it soon an I left them now my oil is leaking because I see it now as I pull off an see it on the camera so it s something they didService: Oil change
