Awesome people just love the atmosphere, Alex , Jose and Israel, are down to earth people they've always been there for me when I needed a part and if they didn't have they would have it the next day, I've taken my business to them for many years and have no complaints yet. I feel like being cheated;I had my old car battery brought in for a new battery, but I was given an oversized battery and it burned up because it was not fitting well such that the alternator belt was ripping the battery box. Although I paid for it, but because I spoiled it, I had to pay for another new battery, but again it is a small battery and it s not the battery size for my car. Worst of the whole stuff? It s dear battery and won t start my car in less than a month as of tonight!This issue has been fixed. It s a good job to Israel and his fellow staff members for being mindful and cautious about the issues their clients bring to their branch, so bravo to you the Long Beach Boulevard branch staff members and thanks again, please!

I ALWAYS buy my batteries from here. I have been going there for about 4 years. I have never had a problem until recently.The battery I bought was not a good one. It stopped working after 2 months. I was very nervous to take it back. I hate not getting what I paid for just to be treated like a criminal when you go back!This was not the case here! A nice thin man with gray hair helped me. And was very understanding, didn t make me feel like I was the problem. And gave me another battery! In and out in minutes!I trust these guys! You should to.

Excellent Service!!' Had one of the older guys ( sorry forgot his name ) He took his time to change a new car battery and . he did it fast and a great job. I was pleased. I truly recommend this place. Thanks

Love the service here. Had a part I needed, one of the men was able to go to my car & take a look at the part. What I really appreciate is, it's a small shop & very manageble for me to get in & out.

PSA: PLEASE GO HERE FOR ANY PARTS!!! this place was amazing. Great customer service, great prices and parts are delivered in 30 minutes or less. I had the best experience here and I highly recommend this company to anybody looking to save money and get the best service!

I love love love this place. The employees are so friendly helpful and courteous. Their prices have been lower than any other places i have went to. I will continue to go to the them for good sevrvice and prices.

Everyone behaves very kindly, they try to help but a few months ago I went and the oldest person was very arrogant and does not accept that he has no reason in certain cases, to end the discussion he says that because he wants it to be so, just send him to asylum and everything perfect

June 8 2013 , if you ever walked into amigos auto parts and see A older lady as a cashier be aware .Today I walked into Amigos auto parts as a customer for over 15 years I literally walk over there as my neighborhood Auto Parts today I walked in with my wife and my 1 year old baby Girl .the older lady (the cashier) through the money in my hand ,cause it to fall all over the desk , (( my guess she musta been disgusted by the grease in my hands )) what do you expect everybody that walks in does mechanic .I reply that was very rudeshe mumbled something that I couldn't hearI asked her can I get my change in my handshe refusedI replace again that bad customer serviceshe wit A aggressive face told me to shut up!.! multiple times !.! I couldn't believe what she saidI patiently ask her , you must be the owner of Amigos .she sees me as a dirty mechanicnot as a customer ,I asked other gentlemen what she did and what she said , I walked out saying to the gentleman has a very nice day .overall all the employees have been very helpful and have been very polite , very professional, except that older lady.for service I put very good , she's not going to mess up my day or or the employees grade .could of i have done something legally or just walked outreport it to the Bureau or city .

After dealing with them for a while . These people do there job right , they do the search , they give you your options and if the don't have it they tell from the start . Being friendly and nice with every body , That is there way of welcoming you as a new customer , I was impressed from the start and not to forget the price is always right. Thanks Amigos

Only gave 4 stars so my post will show. I'm reporting this auto part store to the better business bureau. I'm disgusted by the way these people acted. Customer service was AWFUL, very rude. Went in today to exchange a starter that I purchased there less than a year ago with a lifetime warranty and I brought in my old starter and they "claimed" it was not their part (knowing I didn not have my receipt ) then presumed to say they do not keep track of purchases.. then how would They know I purchased the lifetime warranty, even if they admitted to the starter being theirs? They just did not want to give me another starter. WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE.

Never have i had any problem or had to return any parts because they were the wrong ones or didn't work ive been getting my parts here for more than 20 years now for much lower prices than other auto parts stores.. I strongly recommend these family owned stores

Great part spot, really good prices. It's the kind of place that will sell you the fuel pump off of one of their own cars if you need it asap. Lots of knowledge in that shop.

in my personal opinion I think it is a store of parts and car accessories pretty good and excellent customer service, you get cheaper prices and always serve with a big smile on their faces :) the cashier is a very kind and attentive woman with customers and are always willing to help and advise as far as car parts go !!! I think it's one of the best auto parts in the area and with the best prices :)

Best price in town. Been going hea since i can remember. Call in and they will have your part if not they will oder for pick up usually with in a couple of hours.
