I just want to take a moment to highlight this business and more specifically Marco the Manager. He was truly amazing and the service here was extremely fast and friendly given how busy it was today. This location is about 20 minutes from my home and it s truly worth the drive. This is my second time getting services at this particular location and all the gentleman have been nothing but helpful each time. This company truly values their customers and excels in their customer service. I have recommended this particular location to my family members and will continue to share my positive experiences with others. :)

Came in this morning for an emergency flat tire fix because i d run over a street sweeping spoke (see picture). Excellent, helpful, friendly, and quick service by Jordan and the team there. They were able to patch it up within an hour. Highly recommend!

Staff is super attentive and efficient! They fixed my tire with no fuss! Great location as near a coffee shop where you can wait for the service to be rendered. Highly recommended!!!

Wow, was I impressed with the team at American Tire Depot! They scheduled the appointment for the same day (within 1-2 hours of the issue), and ended up finishing it before the start of the scheduled appointment. And it was a no cost fix! A tire had gone flat due to an errant screw, and they patched us up and sent us (merrily) on our way. I will definitely be purchasing tires from them in the future. Everyone was incredibly friendly and professional as well - just a stellar experience all around.

I ordered new tires here and scheduled an appointment online to get them installed the same week. First off, their customer service is great! The staff at the front desk was super helpful and professional. The wait time wasn t too bad, given there were other customers coming in and out. They did a great job in a timely manner. Prices are reasonable. Overall would recommend them for your tire needs!

I went in to get tires. They immediately took care of me. They were very welcoming. I was able to get my tires put on while I waited. Great customer service I highly recommend them.

A quick shout to Jordan who was SO friendly and helpful. My 2 months old car had a huge nail in the tire and within minutes he had it all fixed up...at bo charge. Tip to anyone who gets Jordan..he likes starbucks and its right next door..give him a nice tip for his service. Thanks Jordan!!

Came in without an appointment with my donut on & Flat in the back. 1 hour later I came back to my flat fixed and on, spare put back away and no bill. Jordan and his team delivered excellent service and I would definitely recommend this shop out in Long Beach. Convenient 405 access and Starbucks nearby too. Thanks American Tire!

I had a flat on my way to work and drove in randomly. They were able to take me within 10 minutes and I was off to work in less than 30 minutes. Marco was super friendly and considerate of my time. Patrick help wrap things up and took my payment. They were both friendly and on top of things. Thanks fellas!

I just had new tires installed at this American Tire Depot and everyone was great. The service advisor, Jordan, was kind and professional, plus he kept me informed as to the status of my truck as it was being serviced. Five Stars!!Stephanie

I m a girl so the one place I hate going to is any type of car shop. However, I have had a good experience here back in 2017 , so now I retuned for new tires (same car , ooopss) and service was still great, very nice guys that helped me both days . I came in to order and set an app on Monday and dropped off my car on Tuesday. I purchased all new tires, synthetic oil change and guy mentioned I needed an alignment. That truly made a difference on how my car drives now. I applied for their financing so I feel good paying this off in 6 months. Definitely coming back .

I have been coming to this location for 7+ years for all my car maintenance (Honda Civic). They are super friendly and work hard to get the job done in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

My tire warning light went on. The staff was knowledgeable, very courteous and understanding. I am from out of this area. Nevertheless, they took care of me quickly and thoroughly. Turns out there was too much air in my Lexus tires. My fault. And these fine young men didn t charge an old timer like me. Can t speak highly enough about them!!

Without any doubt best tire place in all of Long Beach! Will never go elsewhere. Jordan made this experience great. Communicated the whole time. Carlos gave me updates through the process. Car feels like it has a new pair of running shoes. Rides awesome. Thank you fellas.

This is my 2nd time having work done on my car at this location, and it won't be the last.Each time, I felt like they've exceeded my expectations. I was in and out in under an hour, and I appreciate that.They're professional, and their customer service is exceptional.

I needed a set of tires before the holidays and American was able to help. I asked them to help me pick the right tires for my vehicle, but asked they not try to upsell me. (Days before Christmas). They did not! They were honest and professional, and I was treated with respect. As with any auto repair business, it s best to schedule an appointment prior to showing up. I ll use the Lakewood location again, for other maintenance needs.

Great experience at this location! Came in with a flat tire on a Saturday morning and was serviced immediately. Great customer service and was helped out in great lengths, would definitely recommend coming hear for your tire problems. Also want to thank Jordan and Marco for all your help!

I drive a Chevy Volt, and I ve read that you should have all four tires replaced at the same time for the best ride, and that s exactly what they suggested. It was a wait, so probably making an appointment is a good idea, but if they re busy, it s because a lot of people believe in them, so what better testimony than that?

Called several places in town to get new tires. Some places didnt even pick up the phone, some places had rude staff hating life that day, and some didnt have availability for several hours.Called American Tire Depot and they were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and told me to bring it right in. Great prices and great service. Go check them out!

Very poor customer service. Never going back there again, and will not recommend to anyone I know. The garage personnel was great, but the sales personnel was horrible, don t answer the phone, was on hold for over 30 mins getting routed and rerouted over and over. Hung up and went to store to see if my car was ready 2 and a half hours later, when they quoted me 1:30 hrs. Then when I showed up stood in front of the desk waiting to be acknowledged while the two sales reps were on the computer. Finally when I asked about my car, I got attitude from Robert as if he was doing me a favor. 2 stars for the guys in the shop, but no stars for the sales team.

And this is why we don t support chain. I called this location, at 5p Memorial Day. I was informed they were closed, but told me to drop off the car anyway and they would see to it first thing in the morning. I told him I had commitments in the afternoon, but he assured me my tire would be assessed, first thing. They opened at 8a I called to get an update at 9:45a. They said they d call me back in 30 mins. I arrived at the location at 10:45a, no call, car unmoved. A complete waste of a tow. Support your local tire shop instead.

This is the friendliest service station imaginable. Popped my tire, came in, and literally everyone who spoke to me about an aspect of the service was kind and clear about what was needed. All the customers were well taken care of, I was so impressed. Plus I went to Starbucks for a snack, and they came to get me when the car was ready. Thank you!Service: Tires

The employees of the Long Beach store at Willow / Lakewood are great! They try super hard to help their customers quickly and within their budget! Thank you Sergio, Carlos and Jordan and also to great techs, Alejandro and Ramon. I would highly recommend them.

Had my tires slashed last night on the front of my suv. I went to pep boys and was told it would be 3 hours before they could get to it and even with that the people working acted like they could care less. Also store was tore up dirty etc but I asked to use the restroom because I was going to get the two tires here. I just put 4 all new tires on this vehicle 2 months ago. But it is what it is, somehow there developed a slash on the side of the tire. I was told that I could not use the restroom because they did not have one. Then I pushed it with the manager and he didn t allow me to use it either because he said it was in construction. At least that made sense to me because there was a lot oc visqueen up and construction was obviously being done, so I asked where they go to use a restroom and was told to walk down to a juice store and ask them. So I left and walked to Carl s Jr it was much bigger so I figured better chance of no problem using theirs. I got there they wete super nice and got me access to their restroom no problem. Then I walk the block back to sit in the waiting room again at pep boys. While I am waiting I witness three different guys that were customers be directed to the restroom there at pep boys easy no problem, it did appear that the employees knew these customers as they were joking and laughing and having a great time. Again I thought I will just leave it alone. Then when the fourth guy came up and they again let him go too no problem I had seen enough. I let the manager known how he should consider that weather trying to or not his actions and those of the employees could be seen as discriminatory based on demographics in play. Then I walked out and went to American tires depot where I should have went from the beginning, talk about excellent service. Store looked great, employees were friendly and warm but maintained professionalism with everyone treating all customers like a million dollar sale. The store was incredibly busy and the parking lot was even filled beyond capacity, however they assured me I would leave with new tires installed and they upheld their end of the promise and I got a great consultation from the Tec working the front counter I got the tires I needed and they have gained a customer for life . It s amazing how businesses just don t get it. It costs you nothing to be nice and polite, and treat your customers fairly. And the stores like americas tire depot that do it are always busy steady consistently day in and out. I left them feeling good about having to buy a tire to replace the 2 month old one that was obviously vandalized. Thank you everyone at ATD ya all are great and i will be sure to refer everyone I know to come to see you guys. Happy holidays.
