When I got off work, my friend noticed I had a screw in my tire. Since we're not familiar with the area, other that work, I had to do a Google search. American tire depot was the closest (a couple miles away) & a familiar name to me. I called and spoke with Marco, told him my situation & he told me as long as get there before 6pm (their closing time) they would be able to take care of me. When I arrived, Marco checked me in & Clemente was the person who worked on my car. Marco was very friendly & professional. While I waited for my car, I inquired about tire prices. Then I remembered a few days ago, a Costco employee at the tire shop suggested I do a wheel alignment soon. Next thing I knew, my vehicle was done. Since it was almost close to closing time, I asked Marco if they would have time to do a wheel alignment. He checked with Clemente & he said he would be able to do it & he finished that job quick as well. I give American tire depot 5 stars because the staff is very friendly, professional & went above & beyond to help me, being so close to closing time, & they were quick & did an amazing job. I will definitely come back & recommend this place.

The service counter and service people here at American tire depot are very nice.My car repair is estimated brother hi they were honest enough to suggest I get a second opinion before moving forward.The few times I have been here they are timely and do not have you standing around.I give them five stars in!!!

I came in needing a patch but after visiting other tire places in the area, it wasn t possible since it was a staple. American tire depot took care of all my needs and the time it took was great. Their exceptional service, extensive tire selection, and knowledgeable staff make them a top choice. Whether you're in need of new tires, tire repairs, or maintenance, you can trust American tire depot to deliver outstanding results. The prices aren t the best but I wouldn t expect anything less if you want quality. I will definitely be returning to them in the future, and I'm confident that you won't be disappointed either.

The receptionist Annie was extremely rude and condescending. She did not thoroughly explain anything. She handed me a paper and said to fill it out. I think she may have had an impression of me as a young woman of color but had no idea that I could probably be her mother. She softened up only because I chose to be kind because I know that it doesn t serve anyone to be rude. I didn t want to fill anything out before I knew they had my tires in stock. Which they didn t. I was initially told they could get my front and back tire done the same day but was then told they had to order it. They only had one person working so I dropped my car off at 10a and I just got it at 330p. Without my air adjusted and simply a new tire. A new tire that looks nothing like the other tires. I am so confused how they had to get the tire I needed from their stock but it s a completely different looking tire. It is clearly not the same tire as the others, not that I care about that but I paid a higher price to have the same tire. I get there and the new receptionist just gives me the key and says thanks. I tell him I have to pay and he says no it s fixed. I m like NO I have to pay for my tire. Clearly they are understaffed and unorganized. They did not adjust the psi on the tires, which I thought was standard. I was told I needed a tire rotation over the phone which I assumed they would do but the receptionist said don t forget that tire rotation as I walked out. I can t do anything else but laugh. Such a tedious and frustrating experience. Never again. Frustrated and tired but grateful I can now drive to Mercedes and get my tires done correctly, get great customer service and a loaner car and snacks for the exact same price! I would avoid this place at all cost if possible.

Had a great experience with Ruben. He was warm and welcoming and explained everything to me and why they recommended fixing more than just the breaks I came in for. He carefully went over all the costs and recommendations from the technicians. Had a great experience and will definitely come back.

These guys did a great job. Friendly, professional, and efficient. Stopped by because they were close and a bad tire. Glad I found them. Will definitely return in the future.

I went to American Tire Depot and was helped by Ruben. I believe he is the general manager. He was super courteous and helpful and his staff was extremely quick to complete a tire alignment and brake fluid exchange on my Honda Civic. It took one hour for both. They also charged $100 less than the dealership! You can t beat that. I bought my last set of tires here too. Love this spot.

Marco was very helpful and positive, even when they were short-staffed. The shop stayed open past closing time on a Sunday to help me get a tire replaced. Huge shout-out to this team!

Marco & Jesus are awesome. I had to get my car towed to the shop right before they closed. They took care of me first thing in the AM. They replaced the blown out tire with a rare size they only had 2 in stock. Super thankful and definitely recommend American Tire Depot on Long Beach Blvd.

I had a nail in my tire and didn t want to replace the tire. I called them up and said to come by, they would have a look if it s possible. Once they saw it they said they were sure they could fix it. Once the mechanic got the car it took about 10 minutes! And to make it even better it was completely free! Highly recommend this place.

I really dislike when you see fake reviews and this has a lot this shop was good at 1 time I visited this shop yesterday for an oil pressure issues this place went from looking professional to a place looking like it's going out of business and just trying to make as much money as it can before it does but don't take my word for it they want 175 to do a diagnostic plus repairs. Cadillac dealer did it 99.

They have great service and they're super quick! I had a tire that needed to be patched and they were kind enough to do it free of charge. They also upped the air pressure on the rest of my tires to get them to the recommended psi. I was in and out of the shop in 25 minutes. I'll definitely be back when I need to replace my tires and highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend American Tire Depot! When the indicator light came on in my car, I was highly concerned that I was getting a flat. I immediately contacted American tire depot and they got me immediately. The best part about it all, I was not charged! If you need service, please give them a try!!!
