I may have forgotten her name but was it Maritza? Or Marisela. It was on 2/5 TRN 3776. She was amazing. I went to another auto parts store before coming here & they would not help me install my windshield wipers & stated they don t go in the rain. Even if I had an umbrella to hold for them. Here, I was assisted no questions or hesitations. Held the umbrella for her, but she also put her hoodie to install my new wipers - probably took not even 5 mins. Maybe 3? Easy. Thank you & I hope you never ever close. This is like the Costco of auto parts. Fair, if not cheaper prices & selection is huge! Plus it s down the street from me. Love this place already. Just some ppl hanging outside at night, not sure if homeless. I just hope they stay safe. My wipers are supreme sharp - no streaks!

Was visiting Long Beach with a friend and one of his rear tires went flat while driving through Belmont Shores. We stopped at Advance Auto and noticed they have a tire service center. It was 5pm so the first thought was they would already be booked for service and would have to call AAA. I went inside and noticed right away how clean the inside was and the people working seemed happy! I was acknowledged within seconds of walking in and explained the situation. I was told they could get the tire looked at, if just a patch was necessary the charge would be around $27. If the tire needed replaced they would let us know the options but it would be about 90 min before they could look at the tire. I went out and grabbed my friend, told him to bring his keys and then we could go find coffee or walk to the Ross down the street. In less than an hour, my friend had a call back. The tire needed replaced and they could have it done in about 30 minutes. A few options were offered with tires available and total cost. We spent a few minutes grabbing coffee and then headed back. The car was ready when we arrived and we were back on the road, headed home to Palm Springs in 10 minutes. The service here was well above what was expected and left feeling the cost was not out of line. The employees here are a rare find these days and I can't thank them enough for caring about the customer. If you are in the area and need your car worked on, I would highly recommend stopping at Advance Auto!

They had a battery for a Porsche 2011 Widow-maker GT2RS in stock! I was also informed by the crew that they can get marine rated parts! Check them first before you go to the dealer or West Marine. Working on a Scarab (502 prop) and a Champion Air Warrior.

If all you want to do is wash your car they can probably get you some car wash. If you want actual parts good luck. Gone in there several times because they're close to us and their staff is just incompetent. Just today I went in to pick up some 3M window-weld and was told they don't have any if it's not on the shelf which it's usually never on the shelf. She walked me over to the silicone sealant didn't see it there and said nope we don't have any without checking the computer. As I'm walking back to my truck I logged into their website pulled up their location and amazingly enough there's lots of it stock. My guess is that most of their employees have never worked on a car don't know anything about cars and don't really care much. Do yourself a favor and drive over to NAPA. That's where I'm going. I have no interest in supporting the incompetence at this store. I'd rather spend my money somewhere where they care and have an idea what they're doing.

I ve visited this store a few times after it s opening. I am very impressed! The staff is very knowledgeable, unlike most other parts stores. They have a big location, which means plenty of back stock for parts. The website is also well designed, if it says they have it, they probably do. Would recommend!!

Miguel helped me after a bad experience at Autozone. Not only did he take the time to make sure I got the right parts, but made sure I understood what I was getting and helped walk me through the warranty. Customer service goes a long way and this experience proves how important it is to have experienced people behind the counter.

Went in today for spare lamp parts for my truck. Didn t know what I needed. Assistant manager there was helpful, knowledgeable and patient. And she encouraged my DIY intention . Will be back as a regular customer.

Actually it was Pep Boys that I went to but Pep Boys got their parts from this hardware store for cars and they had everything I needed in stock so I give him a four for effort that would be a five if it was still a part of Pep Boys.
