Jacob and his team are incredibly hospitable, helpful, and trustworthy. I have been to this location several times because I always leave feeling like I was given the best price, service, and recommendations, and never feel as if I was taken advantage of. As a woman who is sometimes underestimated when it comes to the knowledge of vehicles, this is very important to me. Highly recommend coming here for any of your car needs.

Very friendly, helpful and efficient. I had a bit of an emergency. I needed to fix it quickly... I did not have to wait they were able to take care of it in a small time frame. At a great price! I will of course be returning for my future Auto service and repairs

This place is amazing! I recently finished rebuilding and upgrading my entire suspension on my 98 Toyota 4Runner so I was in desperate need of an alignment. Jacob able to take care of me with very short notice and the 4x4 specialist dialed everything in perfect. If you have a 4x4 with aftermarket suspension this is your place! Now my car feels amazing and I ll definitely be coming back.

The guys here are extremely knowledgeable and it really feels like they care about my car . The manager got be a quote quickly and explained thoroughly what my repairs were and why I needed them . They work with urgency and it s an in and out experience in my opinion not all shops are this committed to giving the customer a good experience. Would definitely recommend to all my Long Beach locals !

Jacob and his team at fourth Street auto in Long Beach are knowledgeable mechanics and very trustworthy with reliable service.They were honest and extremely helpful with explaining my cars issues, Being a female I wasn t sold anything extra the team diagnosed my car and fix exactly what needed to be fixed. I can honestly say that the customer service I received at fourth Street auto was exceptional and I will for sure be bringing my car back for all future services.Best Auto repair Shop in Long Beach hands down!

Went in to get my brakes done, and to check the alignment. Jake had mentioned they would do a full inspection to make sure my car was in tip top shape. He gave me a call with honest recommendations on other work that needed to be done. They offer financing through EasyPay if you are in a bind. They were professional and operate with integrity. Will be trusting them with my car from now on!

Went to the shop for a dead battery but ended up needing a new alternator as well. I m a student so while my car was in the shop I was in and out of classes, Jackson was so understanding and accommodating of that. Great service every step of the way and they explained everything to me patiently with a clear price break down. They even washed my car when I went to pick it up. Will definitely be coming back when needed.Services: Auto battery replacement, Battery

Recently moved to the area and can honestly say 4th Street Auto is one the best services I ever experienced. Of course their are dozens of mechanic/auto shops in Long Beach and Jacob, who assisted me, is fantastic to say the least. And the whole crew is super great & awesome too! This will be my place I'm always going to now when it comes to anything for my car. Love the straight forward-ness, knowledge & execution. Thank you guys! Super appreciate y'all!

I ve been coming here for an oil change for the past 6 years and I ve always been so happy with their service. I was just going in for an oil change but they went above and beyond. I had to get new tires so they helped me pick out quality ones for my car. And they surprised me with getting a car wash for my very dirty car. They also gave me a great warranty as well. I am very happy that my services is at a one stop shop, thank you!

I love this place. I brought my car in late in the afternoon. They were slammed, but they still found time to change my oil and rotate my tires (no appointment no nothing). Prices are fair and they never try to upcharge me or suggest unnecessary service. Jake is the best! Ask for him.

Very happy with the services the guys there did on my Toyota Avalon. Jacob was very helpful and I've been driving the car for a few days now and am very happy with the end result. I highly recommend this place.

Great customer service at a reasonable price. Needed a brake and oil change, called in on Friday and they told me to bring it in on Monday. Job was done in a few hours with no hassles come Monday.

I brought my car in here due to cosmetic damage, my front bumper was scratched up and out of place. Jacob quickly helped by cleaning all the scuffs out and putting my bumper back into place. I just moved to the area in November and I am so glad I found such a great shop. Would highly recommend Jacob and 4th Street Auto and Tire!

Love this place, it's in my neighborhood and Jake is always amazing. I needed new tires so I just walked in and he hooked me up fast and with a great deal. In and out in less than an hour. I'll be back for sure!

Jake at 4th St Auto Care and Tires gave me a great price and excellent service. I had my brakes replaced and other services done, and he was upfront about the condition of my brakes; the front brakes were worn and needed to be replaced but the back brakes are still in good condition and can wait to be replaced at my next oil change. I appreciated that honesty and integrity. He also was very easy to get in touch with for progress reports, I'll definitely take my car back.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes

I got all four tires replaced, a wheel alignment, and oil change all in one go and it was super quick and affordable. The staff was nice and made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. I highly recommend 4th st for any repair needs :)

This place is amazing. The staff is very knowledgeable and very kind and respectful. They respect your vehicle if thats what some of you guys are scared of. I would recommend this shop for any of your suspension work. They fixed my suspension and aligned it very good. Came out very good and it handles way different. Like a new car. Hit up Jacob or any of his shop pals for any work you got. They have fair prices. I am a very happy customer and I'll definitely be coming back for future work done on my SRT . I would give more than 5 stars if it was possible.

Came here a couple weeks ago for work on my Prius which was overdue for some love.Got new tires, alignment, front break pad replacement, new air filter, oil change, etc.Everything was fairly priced and very well done! Way better experience with 4th st auto compared to the Toyota service center I had been going to. Definitely a cheaper bill!Quick service and great staff, highly recommend!

I called prior to arrival to confirm I would be able to buy a new tire and have it put on. When I arrived less than 10 min since I had called to confirm. I was told to come back in a couple of hours due to all the mechanics had gone to lunch, and none were available to help me.It was 12:37 pm. when I arrived, and it is why I had called to confirm service prior to arrival. So I went to Torres tire 900 E 10th St, Long Beach, CA 90813 and was taken care of right away. I bought two tires because the prices were so good.

Had an amazing experience at 4th street auto and tire. I needed new tires and an oil change. I came to Google to find a shop near me with good reviews. As a woman it s not easy to walk into any auto shop. At 4th street, I was helped quickly. I was given an honest and generous quote with a few different options. There was no pressure and I felt like I was taken care of.I was given a lifetime warranty on my tires which covers rotations, fixes etc. overall I would highly recommend this shop. Especially for women! I m happy to have a new local shop I can trust.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance, Oil change

4th Street Auto has serviced our 2009 Honda Accord five or six times during the past two years, always with honesty and precision. Ask for an oil change as often as you like. If the car doesn't need it, you will hear that advice.
