Dropped in and was able to get an oil change, new tire and windshield wipers all the day before Easter on a very rainy day. Was greeted and taken care of with fast service. Thank you to all your staff at American Tire Depot. You always value me as a customer.

When I phoned them about getting a tire replaced, I didn t have to make selections from a menu or talk to a recording. Instead an actual person answered and said sure, we can take care of it right away. Very courteous and efficient. Fair cost too. I d definitely recommend them.

Always glad to return to American Tire Depot here in Lompoc! Very friendly and informative receptionists. Wait times are rough estimates and good idea to have a screen to show progress and remaining wait time on your vehicle.

They did a great job installing a new set of specialized tires on my Marauder. Don also was straight up about giving good information needed to decide on having any additional work done on the car.I ll be back any time I need tires or service.

There are lots of places to choose, but I went by here with a screw in my tire and left without paying a penny. The team on the job here is professional, knowledgable and honest. I will stop here first in the future.

Yes sir real professionals I took my new tire with a sidewall nail and with my warranty I was taken care imediatly and saved my day and help keep me safe , thanks guys appreciate it, I ll be sure to recommend you to my close friends.

My tire had a slow leak so I drove in without an appointment and was in and out in the blink of an eye. Seriously I was serviced faster than Ive ever been anywhere.

Had a slow leak on my left rear tire , they checked it out and found out it was the valve stem . They fixed it at no charge , friendly staff, in and out in 25 minutes, I recommend them highly

Great service but I can't believe the oil change price of a conventional oil change of 49.00 that's advertised on the wall when you walk in duz not included labor they charge 22 dollars for crazy marketing

Very prompt got the tires changed out. Offered a variety of priced tires. Gave recommendation for alignment and explained why. Could not hear the sound my car was making I asked about but said the new tires may fix it. If not, bring car back and they will try to track down the sound. Very professional and interested in your satisfaction. Husband takes his car here too.

They are the nicest and most professional. They gave me a great price on 4 new tires and had it done in no time at all. They've repaired my tire in 15 minutes one before. They always have time and they always answer the phone. Won't go anywhere else.

I started coming here from big brand tire as the prices are little better and Tyler at the front desk is super nice and deaf friendly, always pleasant to chat with. Which I appreciate. Also my oil change today was literally 20 mins. Super fast compared to other places locally. Thanks for the great service!

Of all the American tire depot. This place really tried to up sell me or really messed up my oil pan.I month ago I took it Lompoc A.T.D to get oil change, guy come and say that drain cap ain't going to Tighten. Ok. All was good it didn't leak.Yesterday I go again, told same thing. This time it really started to leak ,wow . Guy really messed up. He said come back tomorrow, saying they can the problem it. But it's going to cost a bit. LoL , problem they messed up.Other A.T.D never mentioned this,every thing was prefect.American tire depot is still a good place to get oil change $47 for a SUV. But I ain't going to the Lompoc one again.

Very accommodating and explained to me in details i needed to work in my car . Aside from that i got the 4 tires i needed with alignment . Professional staff . Excellent job done. Highly recommended to friends!

Second time using since changed names. Been satisfied both times. Love the responsiveness to customers to get them, me in in a flash and got to work on my problem(battery replacement)right away. And though not big difference their pricing was competitive while providing quality care. Thanks to Tyler for taking the lead to get me in and out in a timely manner.

Tire light came on while taking a friend to the hospital for surgery. I had a short time to take care of it and get back. These guys are amazing. They found the issue with the valve stem, fixed it, and had me back to the hospital in less than 30 minutes! At no charge! I was so relieved and grateful after Big Brand told me to leave the car and come back in a few hours. American Tire Depot is the place you want to go for great service!

I walked in and told them I had a slow leak in the rear right tire of my truck. We walked outside and checked out my truck real quick and then they took my truck for free, and had in done and called me to come get it within a half an hour! Very highly recommend!!
