Pros: 1) Timely 2) Lifetime Warranty 3) Quality Work 4) Exceptional Economical Rates (1/4) price of other collision shops 5) Complementary DetailingCons: 1) Ambiance of Location 2) Non-exhaustive Breakdown of Pricing (Not bothersome when considering reason 4 of pros).On Thursday, April 12, I made visits to five collision shops, inquiring quotes to remove some scuffs on the bumper and a substantially-rusted scrape by the left-side passenger door of a 2016 Toyota Corolla. After visiting four other shops in the area, I went to Sterling of Lomita, where they gave me an initial quote four times less than the average of the prior shops and lifetime service warranty; however, I did not get a breakdown of each individual job. The time frame of repair was substantially lower, with Sterling guaranteeing a service time frame of two business days and other shops averaging one week. I was initially doubtful, considering the low rate and speedy repair time as well as prior unappealing reviews.However, I decided to allow Sterling to service the car on Monday, April 16. As promised, they returned the car to me two days later with the damage practically erased and complementary detailing leaving the car with a brand-new aesthetic.Overall, I was impressed with the speedy nature of Sterling, its exceptional pricing, and its quality of labor. Despite some grievances, including an office with a casual look, a less-exhaustive breakdown of prices, Sterling should be your go-to place to get your car serviced for appearance restoration and collision repair.

Lars was extremely helpful in diagnosing my car after my accident. Didn't pull any punches for what it would cost. Very straightforward and honest. I didn't have my car fixed as it was going to cost more to fix than my car was remotely even worth. Although he did give me a reliable junk car service number. He allowed my car to stay on his lot until the pickup. I would definitely recommend.

Lars and one of his guys rally helped me out. I brought my car in yesterday and had a small quarter panel issue where it was pushed out as a result of hitting something while backing up. They literally fixed it within 5 minutes and would not take any money for it. This unheard of in this business and am very grateful for their quick service for someone completely unknown to them. I will definitely come back here when I have more complicated issues requiring body work. Very pleased.

Lars had the best prices, did a great job, and went above and beyond - his guy even polished our headlamps and took out other dings and scratches for no charge. Great service. Will never go anywhere else.

They fixed the latch on the driver door.when I picked up my car.the door had a lot of water traped inside.had to go back in and they blamed it on left over broken glass.
