Wish I read the bad reviews must be new management ...went in and signed at desk was told give me five min. I'll scan the car and drive it around the block to check it out...I advised I would be waiting in drive way with my son...2hr.s later the guy never even checked in on me and went to lunch ...also he spent like 20min. Leaning on my car talking to someone while I was in ...im sure video footage shows it. Transmission Mech. Tony ...Went out for lunch more ways than one .

Johnny and his crew are very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They fixed my jetta completely at a fraction of what a dealer would charge. Very good value and excellent job. Highly recommend!

Andy and Tony are great mechanic's operators plus they have a great team of mechanic's work for them. No job is not to big for them. Do not hesitate I guarantee you be satisfied

I had been plagued with transmission issues and I felt my Isuzu was about to be dead weight. A different local mechanic worked on it, but never stopped the leaking. I found Johnny the owner at Pacific, and by the time I got the car to him I knew my transmission was toast. I made the right choice trusting Johnny with my car. He rebuilt my failed transmission, made it like knew, actually better than it had performed in my memory. His whole staff is friendly, and Johnny is diligent about double checking everyrhing. I drove all over hither and yon with rhat rebuilt transmission. So impressed was I, I refer family and friends to him for their auto work.

They have built two performance transmissions (4L65 and 6L80) for me in the past five years. Top notch and helpful. I find them to be honest and more than fair.

This shop sometimes sells rebuilt valve bodies on ebay. I bought rebuilt valve body, part was defective as it was not adjusted properly and gave hard shifting on transmission when cold... Bought off ebay, owner of shop waited to send part till i could not file complaint on ebay or paypal. Numerous calls to owner Johhny, every time i was informed that he would send me another part and swap out the defective part. Never sent any part or gave any tracking information. They never sent a part to swap out. So now i have a car that shifts worse than before and no help from this shop. Got dealership confirmation the part was bad and Item was stated to have a 12 month unlimited mile warranty, this rebuilder does not honor their warranty and will give you a run around till you give up trying, Avoid at all costs!
