How on earth is this guy still in business? He took the part off my hands with anger telling me not to threaten him. Im speechless, ive never been here before and just walked in with intention to buy a part to fix my problem but he gives me his rude rude offensive and insult attitude. Sorry man! You got a beautiful store but change your attitude

Needed some bearings for my trailer, wasn t sure what size they were, the owner Marty was very helpful. He found the right bearings and seals and spent time with me to help me find other items my trailer needed. I will definitely be back here whenever I need anything. Highly recommended.

I was first here 30 years ago when I was restoring a classic travel trailer. They had everything back then and they still do. This time I had a hitch installed on my Jeep and they did a superb job. Martin wasted no time in ordering the correct hitch and Raul had it I stalled in a few hours. Great job fellas.

The older guy/owner is very rude. No customer service skills what so ever. If you're new to the RV world and need help figuring out things don't go here.

Military Service Veteran Owned! Mr. Martin was very helpful and professional. He helped me with my 6 propane gas line in minutes.3/2/2020I previously ordered a part on line from a website and they sent only half the parts. I came back to Mr. Martin today and he had everything in stock! Took care of my issue in minutes... I definitely recommend his business to everyone!

I called up to ask 2 questions but since they don't do a certain type of service to my question #1, the rep(sounded middle age Latino)lost interest and hung up on me. My 2nd question was regarding hitches.. and to schedule an appointment. I worked in auto service consulting and now in auto damage... and do have inquiries from customers from time to time. I guess I will give my business elsewhere. Thanks for your impatience.

Unfortunately the man at the counter who obviously is the owner because if he was not, he would have been fired long ago for rudeness, a grouchy demeanor, lack of sales or social skills and poor appearance. As the owner he should hire a sales person paying a high salary so they put up with his sour grapes and go hide, answer the sales person questions on the phone and stay out of site. During Christmas he should apply for a Grynch position, he would excel at it. The store looks good inside and out. It is too bad that he has such louzy demeanor because he appears to have good knowledge as he said he has been at it since 1970. His arrogance was funny to me but sad because such a waiste of good knowledge and my time, I called before going there. He must have long time regulars that support him. He had one customer ahead me, I told him until he is finished I will briwse his store. I showed him what I had that needed repairing or a new solution and I said my trailer in back, (nice ample space parking lot) he saw my trailer tongue and said the holes don't match and somebody put it wrong, I told him the factory jack was in there and I bent it to the point the holes of two jack mounting didnt match, I did it while going up a driveway apron. . .he rudely interrupted and said I was speaking jiverish. As a Sr. Sales Engineer and Value Added Reseller who has to communicate engineeringdetaisl with the hardware design engineers, IT and executive level client / customers many technical details successfully, I think I speak and communicate clearly. I was ready to spend over $500 with him but he told me I was blocking somebody and he had trucks coming, As I walked out the customer he had finished in his long bed truck was driving out without a problem and I thought to move my truck and trailer but once in I thought to go to Walmart and pay half the price if one item I was looking and with heavier capacity.

The old guy must have been beat when he was a child. Called for info on parts and guy said"What do you want, I don't have time right now" Really ? Complete jerk on the phone after that. Why are you still in business or even working still. Time to stand down.People take your business elsewhere, the grumpy rude guy here doesn't deserve our business !

Our boat trailer lost a wheel on the 405 on a Saturday afternoon. Being unfamiliar with the area, we stumbled onto Lomita Trailer Supply and had AAA tow our trailer there. Martin helped us find the right parts - he was very knowledgeable about the different hubs and bearing sizes. He even loaned us the wrench we needed to do the repair right there in the back lot. And when he had a moment he popped out to make sure we got everything assembled properly. In short, he saved the day and our trip. Highly recommend this place!

I agree with all the 1 star reviews. Went in for a part and he was a complete jerk. Very dismissive and impatient. Most definitely WON'T be back!!!

Needed to replace hub and bearings on my boat trailer. Went to autozone and they were totally useless, kept asking me to give them a part number. Ugh. Frustrated googled Trailer supply, made the trek down the 405 to Lomida. Walked in showed Martin and Eddie the parts. Boom. Told me to grab this, grab that, hooked me up with every part I needed down to the cotter pins. In and out in less then 15 mins.

Ed at LTS saved me and my new used boat when the bearings blew on one side of my tandem at Cabrillo Launch. The previous owner said the trailer was in good shape but it was not. My bad for only checking the play and not inside the hub.Went to Lomita and got the right parts the first time on a Saturday! I changed everything in the parking lot and was in the water the same day. There is even a Harbor Freight a block away if you need tools!Thank you Ed for saving my trip!

Not sure if the the people who say this place is helpful and friendly went on another day ?!? Just walked in old man working was extremely rude and seemed inconvenienced by having to stand up. We literally walked right out. Not sure how businesses like that stay in business. Rude ! Rude ! Rude. Don t waste your time.
