Recently purchased some tires and had a brake job done. At rotation they checked the brakes and found an issue and replaced my rear brakes under warranty. That speaks volumes that customer service is up front and honest. And they always keep the customer well informed. Much appreciated and recommend trying them

Lee's Tire was able to do the allinement on my car after Pepboys and Just Tires were unable to do the job. From now on, I'll go to Lee's tires first. They were very professional and quick.

Great service and great people that work there, would recomend them to anyone in the area. Even when I lived out of the area (valley I would always come to them for my services and tires for my car, that's our much I trust them to take care of my car, they're great people and have become great friends.

The couple of times that I have been here has been nothing short of amazing. Honestly, AJ's customer service alone should be the reason to bring your car in for service. I will definitely be bringing my car here for service in the future - I didn't realize they did more than just tires. Found my spot.

It's only a tire shop so don't get anything else done except buying tires. They do not know brakes whether it be pads, sensors, rotors. I've been told to change pads multiple times at 8,000-12,000 miles ultimately because they could not stop the hissing, squeaky noise from brakes and rough halt and cranking noise. Unnecessary rotor change as well because they could not fix the squeaky noise which started immediately after the install of new pads. Also squeaked and cranked immediately after new rotor install. Took it in 6 times in an 11 month period for squeakiness which never stopped. They repeatedly sprayed and machined the rotors which apparently damaged them further. They will not acknowledge neglect. Both manager and attendant told me multiple times that squeaky noise after an install is normal, and should go away in a week or two after they "spray" something. I returned again and again and they repeatedly told me it'll go away eventually and that absolutely no damage is being done to my parts. Yes, it's "family-owned" but not family-operated. No one there to take accountability.If you leave a bad review they'll respond w their standard "call us and we'll make it right" but it's the same manager at the shop.

Great service. Got help from the front checking a tire that had a nail. They check it didn't need a fix or new tire. They offer to fill up my air and I left a small tip. Great customer service

These guys really worked hard to fix our car. With the massive rainstorm, getting the parts was a problem, but they finally got it. Kept us in the loop about what was happening.

Quick and reasonable price! First time being here and changed all of my 4 tires and stoplights. Good space to park your car too so less stress. Friendly workers also answered all my questions. Definitely recommend!

I paid for an alignment, and I was also charged $30 to rotating one tire. To top it off, they didn't take directions properly. They dismounted my spare tire from under my truck instead of installing the one in the pickup bed. They failed to put the spare back together and left it in the back of the truck with the other tire they were supposed to install. They also left my trailer wiring disconnected, causing a warning light to go off on my dash . When I returned, the advisor informed me it would be a four hour wait to fix their mistake. I have twenty plus years of automotive experience and would have never told my customer that. I'm seriously disappointed with my service and will continue to disregard this establishment to friends, clients, and colleagues.

Outstanding tire shop! Quality work, excellent customer service and quick turnaround. I had five tires mounted/balanced, alignment, plus steering damper replacement. Car's driving smooth as silk. Very fair pricing too. Definitely a step up from the national/franchised stores around the South Bay. Thank you!

They are better than American Tire. Not as long of a wait. But best to go and find out what tires is available and if they need to order them and go back another day. The best part is they do the alignment there. American Tires sends you to Johnson's alignment which you need an appointment that can be 2 weeks out. Proud Lee's customer since 1976

The best affordable and honest place to get any work done if you re looking for a place to get tire work done. I ve been coming to them for a couple of years now and they do get busy but so worth the wait! Both Leo and Aj has helped me and as a woman not knowing I appreciate not feeling like I m getting overpriced.

Needed my brakes fixed badly. Went to this location based on my mother s recommendation (she services her vehicles here), and was extremely satisfied with their service. Their pricing is extremely reasonable and fair. The work was completed efficiently and timely. Will definitely return for future service because my overall experience was wonderful.

I was there yesterday morning, my tire got nail on it. The guy at the front/customer service sorry forgot to ask his name; he was very professional & accommodating and the service was excellent! They fixed my car tire on time! Definitely will recommend this tire shop to my family & friends! Thank you Lee s Tire!

Beware Lee's Tires. They sold us three sets of two tires each -- 6 tires -- in 20 months after the car had been driven less than 16K miles. They sold us one set after less than 9K miles. These are Delinte tires with a warranty of 45K miles. When we questioned the practice, AJ, the manager, didn't even call us back. We disputed the charge with AmEx but finally paid. When I called again, AJ couldn't explain, offer any adjustment, and hung up on me.

My wife brought our Caravan in because the parking brake was not working. This was a very difficult job and it took them a while to fix it but they went out of their way to complete the job to our satisfaction. The Manager AJ was great working with and I really appreciate his honesty and integrity. I will definitely continue to bring my cars here and recommend them to others.

Took my tire in because it was leaking after being plugged. They told me there wasn t anything wrong with the tire and asked if I still wanted to replace it.Really appreciate that honesty when they could have just replaced it and not done that extra little step of actually checking to see if the tire had any damage.

AJ was Gucci !I had a 4 wheel balance and alignment. I was originally referred to them from my boy Gabriel at Irvine Alignment. Irvine no longer does wheel balancing only alignments.My coach is a Audi A6 quattro.Thank for the awesome service AJ !

We had a nail stuck in the tire so we stopped at Lees to check it out. They opened on time and the guy checked the tire, said it was good and did not charge us. Friendly staff, clean shop.

Excellent service! I got flat tire and called Lee s tire soon as they open. AJ was so great on the phone and they fixed it right away! Their price is very reasonable and fast work! I highly recommend to anyone! I will definitely come back for next service! Thank you so much!!!

Great service and care here, as usual! Five stars! I was surprised that none of the employees wore masks, however. I hope that this can be adjusted for everyone's health at this time. 0 stars. Rounded up to three stars, because I really hope they adjust. Take care!

Aj helped me out today for oil change, customer service is always friendly and will answer any questions if needed. I have been going to them for years for all my cars.... pricingbis reasonable and pretty fast
