I came here for my Tesla Model Y for quick fix. I had a nail in my tire and the master mechanic Abet was able to fix the tire temporarily. Abet was polite professional and very knowledgeable. I was in and out less than 20mins.The facility was clean, organized, and the staff was approached and friendly.

The pricing was a bit much. The customer service was well and the person who assisted me was knowledgeable and patient with me. But the amount I paid was pricey. Even with a coupon. The amount I paid, I could have taken my car to the dealership.

I started going to this location even though there a couple closer to home because of the service I receive from Ashton Bennett. He is always professional, courteous and polite but makes solid recommendations. His approach is very much appreciated

Going to be my go-to for all things they can do for my car. Definite 5/5They are honest and quick and will help you understand any issues you are having with your car that they can fix. I was having weird noises from my breaks. The individual who helped me explained and showed that my breaks are in good condition, so very unlikely it was that they were bad or worn down. Then further stated that it is probably the abs system making the breaks move to avoid them melting due to my constant driving.Service (car and staff) - 3/3 - Second time I've been here, and each time was quick with an explanation.Environment - 2/2 - Small waiting area, but it doesn't matter honestly. The location is about a 5 to 10 minute walk from a decent sized shopping area. Further, the bathroom was clean, as was the waiting area.Would definitely recommend.

What's sucks i call last week for a price for due my oil change how much coast me if a brought my own oil the guy said 54.99 but today I show up the guy said change a price 64.99 total I paid 74 dollars and never ever. Check all the fluids

I went in for an oil change. The kid either forgot to put my oil cap back on, or lost the cap to the engine depths and sent me on my way without it. I was able to find my cap in the bottom of my engine compartment after driving for a while, but oil had splashed everywhere. I would not recommend going here for any kind of service, very unprofessional and horrible performance.Services: Tires, Oil change

They tried to do too much to my car but... when I had a bunch of questions and changed my mind about what I wanted, they were nice about it. They explained everything to me clearly and we're friendly. I just wish they were a little more affordable.

I used to come here when I lived close by but never again. Horrible service. I got my oil changed here and they failed to put the oil drain plug back on correctly. I was driving it and popped out. This caused some complications with my 2020 Hyundai and they refused to compensate me. I've been back several times trying to get in touch with their supervisor and they are conveniently always out.I highly do not recommend, they will cause problems and refuse to compensate or help you.Service: Oil change

Basic, quick service. Price (even after using the coupon) was a bit higher than the dealer prices, but without the extra dealer-provided services (car wash and more thorough inspection and resetting the maintenance warning). They were honest, and polite. Now I need to remind myself how to reset the maintenance warning.

Terrible customer service !Waited for 20 min no one approached me regarding service , 3 guys just talking , 1 one guy working , 2 slots wide open .. fire them all except the one guy working you got a bunch working there !

I had my husband take my car there for an oil change yesterday and I am very disappointed with the service that I received. First, at a basic level when he brought my car back the computer wasn t reset so it still says that I need an oil change?? Second, I thought with the signature service they are supposed to wash the car, and windows and vacuum the inside but that didn t happen at all. They didn t check anything inside of the car and this was also the most expensive oil change I ever bought in my life. They charged $30 in materials and $70 in labor for a job that took 20 minutes???? My husband told me all the workers were sitting around eating chips. Highly unprofessional for such an expensive service. I feel totally ripped off. And I wanted to call back today to speak to a manager about this but their phones don t even work. Very upsetting. Don t take your car here.

FAKE CONCERNED REPLY.FUNNY ENOUGH I WAS CONTACTED BY THEM TO JUST BE IGNORED.I have posted a review with my experience. My engine was nearly salvage due to their poor service and they refused to compensate me for the expenses. I have been trying to reach their manager or anyone in position to help but they are surprisingly always out.Service: Oil change

Bad customer service. Whole experience did not feel professional.Man looked lazy. He kept leaving to be on his phone!I regret coming here. I should of went to my regular mechanic. But I went to jiffy lube on lomita because I was passing by and I wanted to see what jiffy was all about. Horrible first impression. Those 2 young men are not good at that job. They act like high school kids. I Will not be returning ever again! I do not recommend this place to anyone. When I was paying, the man charging me stopped to answer his cellphone, not the office phone. His phone! he was talking like if it was his homey and he was saying dumb things. Ugh I kept a smile on my face because I m not mean like that but when I left I felt so guilty for spending $80! (I used online coupon if not I would of paid over $100) I have to take my car else where to get checked if these jiffy people even made the oil change. Because my car still says it needs oil change. It has never happened before so. Anyways I DO NOT RECOMMEND.Service: Oil change

They are extremely fast, I was in and out in no time. Did not need an appointment and they gave me a coupon for the service! The mechanics were very friendly. I would recommend them.

Fast & friendly service. There s a small waiting area with coffee, water & TV. I order AMSOil & filter online and bring it in. It s a little pricey for the service, but I don t need an appointment and it s done in 15-20 minutes. Worth paying a little extra for the speed & convenience. (I also think having a certified receipt of your oil changes is good for resale value). Been here twice and will go again.EDIT: luckily my roommate was an auto mechanic and he noticed my oil dipstick level was a quart too high?! How did they mess that up? I gave them the right amount of oil to put in there. Did they not drain it all the way first? Weird. Next time I m gonna check it on the spot

They are very professional and courteous. Fast and reliable. They know what they re doing and it s not that expensive. Friendly staff and they have air conditioning in the waiting room with cold water and lots of cool magazines to read. They also have A tv with Hulu the remote is there so you can change it to an episode of your favorite show or movie.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

How did the bill come out to over 400$ Just don t come to this place if your trying to get something affordable. Just trust me. I feel stupid for the amount I paid. I told my sister how much I paid and she said I was scammed- you NEED to come in there stern and ask for the Basic oil change. I guess if you drive an expensive newer car and have the money get yourself something good but If you re poor dont let them talk you into anything else.

I've been a customer of this location going on 8 years now and the level of service had always been excellent! They are extremely courteous and work in a timely fashion. I only wish they offer more services as I would not have to go anywhere else for my vehicle needs!

Update: dropped it down to 1 star. The engine undercarriage wasn't screwed in on the front part so it fell and was scraping everywhere as I drove the car. They do a quick oil change but gave me a different issue to deal with afterwards.Went for an oil change. Took 10 mins and I'm done compared to waiting 2-3 hrs at the dealership. My only gripe is that it's so much more expensive so better find a coupon somewhere.

It might be personal taste or just not used to it.. But I drove the car into the oil change spot. Placed it in park and was told to stay inside. That's new to me. So yes. I stayed inside, maybe it's covid so they didn't vacuum or enter car really. It was really fast and would recommend them. SEARCH WEB FOR ONLINE DISCOUNT OF $20
