I was nervous when my car started to drive poorly. I found Benz N' Beamers and was so happy that I did. From phone calls to in person communication this shop made me feel comfortable each step of the way. They are very knowledgeable and were able to explain what was going on with my car so that I understood. I felt like the pricing was fair and reasonable. I will be back.

Benz 'N Beamers took such good care of us! The service crew was able to identify the problem (that 2 other mechanic shops were not able to!), and had it fixed in 2 days. Outstanding service, reasonable prices, and all in all a great experience. I found Benz N Beamers from a recommendation on the Nextdoor App. Now they are my go-to shop for my mini cooper. My fuel pump gave out on my randomly and they fixed in a day. They were great at communicating the issue, cost, and processes.

Prompt service, positive attitude, courteous and professional. I recommend Benz and Beamers over all others. Ellie was honest and thorough when explaining the issue in our vehicle. The staff were very friendly as well.The sparkling clean powder room and office lounge is so welcoming...first time that we have experienced such a luxury in an auto repair shop... and a cute garden full of veggies on the side... !!!Thanks for the positive experience!!!

Our Volvo XC90 was hit by another car while parked on the street. Unfortunately, another shop didn t completely fix a major issue. We brought it to Benz N Beamers who quickly identified the issue and fixed it for us. Since then, we haven t had any issues with our car. We are so grateful for the BNB team for being thorough, yet very quick! Highly recommend to everyone.

This garage exceeds my expectation from the day I bring our company shuttle . Ali and his staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable of what they are doing we have Sprinter with multiple issues and Ali dealth with it and explain clearly what s needs to be done . They are very fair and I can recommend this shop according to what I experienced with them I ll be back next time I have an issue with any of my car

Took the car in with an oil leak and came back with the car better than ever. Ali and the rest of the team truly couldn t have done a better job on my car. This was my second time taking my car here and I can tell you, they are extremely consistent with their service. Customer service is through the roof and the job was done in a quick and efficient manner. Definitely will be bringing my car back here for any and every service it needs.

I am so thankful that my car decided to break down in front of Benz N Beamers. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and were able to get my car back on the road the same day. I'll be back here next time my car needs to be serviced.

James at Benz N Beamers is kind, responsive, and just an all-around nice/fair guy. He was able to order a part for me and have it installed on the same day, on short notice. The office/waiting area is comfortable with relaxing music and a candle, unlike you would expect at a mechanic shop. Mechanic Jose also went out of his way to be nice, leaving my car running and in the shade waiting for me with the AC on since it s a crazy hot day. I will definitely return to Benz N Beamers and highly recommend them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I always get the best service with the best prices around. B&B has expertly worked on my Infiniti, Jeep, VW, Lexus, and of course BMW. This time it was a radiator replacement on the Infiniti. Done exactly as Ali described and the car was returned better looking than when dropped off.

The Benz n beamers team helped me out a lot! I took my car in for diagnosis, ordered the parts necessary for my current issue, but also was offered advice for future car work to be done! The team was awesome! I feel like my car was in great hands with them.

8/25/2023I have a 2014 BMW 435i with 68,000 miles. The car recently has required a substantial amount of work, and I took it to Benz and Beemers. If you want auto repairs completed by people who really care about their work, this is the place. Ali, James, Brieanna and all the crew will do their best to get the job done to your satisfaction. Ali followed up with me after the work had been completed to make sure all was working correctly. Forget about going to the dealer for repairs - all the dealer ever did for me was charge me two to three times as much and send me on my way. As long as I have my 435i, which I enjoy very much, I'll be back at Benz and Beemers for all my auto maintenance. Forget the rest, Benz and Beemers is the best!

It s always a bit scary when you re new to the area and need a good mechanic, but James and Ali will take care of you without pulling any punches.Highly recommend taking your car here if you have any issues - they will take care of it quickly, and communicate each step clearly for a very fair price.

Leaving this review here for all customers to carefully consider. I recommend ALSO checking out the Yelp reviews from some of the customers.IF I remember correctly (EMPHASIZING on "IF" here), based on my own observation of this place, during March 2022 or April 2022 or somewhere around there, I noticed that:--- The site manager Ali often asked the employees to take the customers' vehicles to a nearby shop called Lee's Tires for alignment on the customers' vehicles. I THINK the customers did not and maybe still do not know about this, so MAYBE Ali asked the employees to keep that a secret from the customers. I'm NOT SURE about whether or not he's still asking the employees to do this nowadays and about whether it's common for an automotive shop employee to take customers' cars to another shop for alignment, but if you ever visit this shop, PROCEED WITH CAUTION, ASK ALL THE QUESTIONS that you may need to ask, and BE 100% CONCISE / SPECIFIC about what services you'd like to have done on your vehicles.--- Ali DISRESPECTFULLY and UNNECESSARILY raised his voice a little bit at one of the visitors, who was simply asking about the SMOG check shop next door. I don't remember what he specifically said to the visitor, but I remember him raising his voice a little bit at that lady, which was COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL and CONTRADICTING to how he always told me that we all must be professional at all times.--- Ali also confused himself. I remember he asked me to come up with a list of parts but then later asked me why I didn't create another document. I don't remember what that other document he mentioned was, but I remember that occasion.--- Ali also told me that I had ONLY ONE MINUTE to use the restroom and MADE A BIG DEAL out of a tiny problem of the bathroom mirror having only a few wipe marks, even though the mirror was STILL CLEAR after I wiped it. I'm not sure why he mentioned one minute of bathroom usage and made such a big deal about the bathroom mirror, but based on my own observation, Ali might've been thinking that the employees at his shop must work until death, achieve perfection (NEWS FLASH: There's NO such thing as perfection if that was what you were looking for!), and disregard their own personal health and self-care to cater to his CONTROLLING MICROMANAGEMENT (yes, "CONTROLLING" and "MICROMANAGEMENT" in the same sentence, that's how severely toxic the work environment based on my observation was). We're human beings, NOT slaves or machines.--- Instead of PROPERLY training me, when I was taking Ali back from Lee's Tires one day, he asked me something like "What can you do for me, man?" (I do NOT remember his exact words) AFTER I told him during the time of me getting hired that I'm good at the administrative duties at a workplace but NOT knowledgeable about automative and AFTER he told me that he'd help me learn more about automotive. HOW DID HE POSSIBLY THINK THAT ASKING SUCH A QUESTION WAS HELPFUL? Does he even know how to teach or coach?

I've been going to Benz 'N Beamers more than 10 years now. They've maintained 4 different cars, including 2 BMW's and two others. They've taken great care of the cars and of us. Their team is super helpful and knowledgeable. They make our car maintenance and repair painless and very cost-effective. The team at Benz and Beamers are extraordinary. Every person I deal with is courteous, patient and thorough in their explanations of services, lead time, recommendation and cost. They have maintained our two 528 BMW's for over 10 years and their advice and service have kept us safe and their prices have always been fair. Over the years Ali has proven to be trustworthy and dependable. Based on our experience they deserve all 5 stars.

Imagine walking into your auto repair shop amid green plants, flowers, incense, photos and awards from a dozen different local organizations. And, that's not mentioning the incredibly well-spoken, polite staff. Our Mercedes is loving maintenance from Benz 'N Beamers ... well, if it isn't I am! On top of the great environment, the technicians actually know their business and can explain the why and wherefore of what needs to be done. If you like quality, this is the place!

BMW owners and Palos Verdes residents BEWARE. This repair shop is not honest and will not take any responsibility for damage they cause to your vehicle. I had been a long time customer of Benz and Beemers until they damaged my car and refused to take responsibility. Took my 535i in for a repair in June 2020 on what should have been a one day repair. They not only kept the car for an entire week but returned it with scratches along the hood, roof, and trunk line (end to end). They initially stated that the car wash they used caused the damage and offered to fix it, asking that I not get the insurance company involved. When I reported it to my insurance, they denied having caused any damage. My insurance company took their insurance company to arbitration and WON the case 4 months later. This place is not worth the trouble. You are better off going to a BMW dealer, especially since Benz and Beemers is not that much cheaper. More importantly, a BMW dealer will take responsibility for any damage to your vehicle while in their possession.

I've had multiple experiences bringing my cars to be serviced and repaired. The level of care and service they gave me combined with the repair work (...which has been excellent to date) and the follow up care have been excellent. My only complaint: Stephen is too nice, too accommodating, and way too polite. I love these guys!

These guys have always been very straight up and have done excellent, time tested, quality work on my BMW X5. They have always treated me with the up most respect and consideration, and its finally time I say something about it. Businesses like this are what I want in my go to list. It's too bad they are so rare.

I had got quoted by other places for brakes for $800.00 -$1000,00. They only charged me $640.00 and did an excellent job, I highly recommend them for their honesty and quality work with very reasonable prices. I'm very thankful to have found them.
