I got an appointment the same day. The gentleman was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and professional. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable! Once he started the testing it only took @ 10 minutes. I highly recommend you take your vehicle there and I will be back in 2 years for my next smog check!!Service: Smog certificationService: Smog certification

I went in today to get a smog check but I didn t have my proof that I needed a smog but I had my registration and the man said he couldn t help me that he wouldn t know if I needed a smog check would not recommend going here I believe the guy with the yellow jacked is straight lazy and discriminate because he could have searched it up with my vin

I needed a quick SMOG for a title transfer for AAA & Don was able to take me in as a walk-in. My vehicle didn't pass, but didn't fil. It had been dormant so long it took some driving to "blow the cobwebs out" if you will. I drove it around like he & my Toyota mechanic had recommended, I brought it back a week later & it passed with all modules working properly. Thank you Don.

Amazing emissions shop as it should be very organized, professional straight to what s going to get done he gets your information gives you estimated wait time. All to do left there was sit have my cash ready and out in 20 mins.

I go in at 2PM on a saturday, Google says it closes at 3. I get there and the gentleman was closing already... i asked him "I'm a bit late aren't I" he said "2hrs too late" in a very rude way. Asked him if he'd open on Sunday, looked at me said "nope".. "do you open on monday, if so what time" he said "check what the sign says" man... i know its hot... but what did i ever do to you?

Just left from getting my car smoged and had one of the best experiences you can for getting you car done the gentleman was more than professional had the up most curiosity and got. Me in and out in no time my new place highly recommended

Luckily for me I didn't even have to wait long at all from start to finish, even though I did not have an appointment.Free popcorn and coffee while you wait. Show them a review you posted on yelp and get a free soda. Price is right, location is convenient. Will definitely use them again in the future.(wrote this review at home.)

I have been going to the Loma Linda location for several years. I make my appointment and it has always been on time. I use an online discount coupon. Service is great!!!

Arrived 20 minutes earlier for my appointment and was greeted by a grumpy employee or owner that told me I was too early and needed to wait, I made him aware that I was merely letting him know that I on premises and he slammed the door and walked out. Going forward, I would rather pay an extra few dollars and get great customer service.

Went for test for a truck I just purchased. Made an appointment was in and out on my way 40 mins later. I highly recommended West Coast smog to anyone needing a smog. Calling ahead of time and make appointment. Thanks Don I'll be back next time I need a smog.

Not even worth the 1 star. Worst customer service ever. I went in and waited for the person behind the desk to finish up with a customer. I then went to the desk and the man with his head still down proceeded to greet me, however when he looked up and saw me his entire attitude changed. He snapped at me and asked what I wanted, I told him that I had a 3:30 appt and he responded SIT!!!. He then left and slammed the door so hard that something fell off. At that time I got up and left. I would never recommend this place.Now I am glad I didn't do business with this place. I would love to see this fake surveillance video the wirker spoks of. All of what was described is a lie, especially the last part about me speeding. Anyone who is from the area knows that at that time there is a good amount traffic on Redlands boulevard and my car is low so getting out of your business parking lot that has a deep drain gutteris super slow.

Been coming here for decades, so long ago, that I don't remember when. Bring all my vehicles here. Quick on time service with an appointment. Cash Prices are good with a discount from the coupon easily found online. He's friendly eventhough he doesn't smile much, lol. Recent upgrades includes cold water and pop corn that makes the short wait go faster.

Had to make an appointment to come back same day because he was busy but there is only one technician so I expected to have a wait. Fair prices. Owner is professional & polite.

This is a great no nonsense smog check. The technician is always timely and prompt. He is professional and welcoming.Everytime I've been here I've made an appointment and have never had to wait for service. There is free popcorn, but you'd have to pay for refreshments. There is a fee to use credit cards and it is not one of those pass or free retest places either. Overall it's a great experience if you end up having to need a smog check!

I've been using West Coast Smog for at least 6 years and been very happy. Here's how it works; if you make a reservation he'll get you done on time. If you don't have a reservation he'll only test your car if it won't interfere with someone who made a reservation. He's a one man show, all business and has no time to wait...I like that because he gets it done quickly and I don t have to wait. His prices are good and you can watch him while he s testing your car.

Wonderful, great person to talk to. Professional, quick, and efficient. At first I was apprehensive after reading through the poor reviews, but it was the most convenient place at the time, so we went there. Also, I noticed that a lot of the negative reviews were from people who seemed to be getting the owner confused with someone else. Long story short, went there for a smog check, got it done a lot quicker than expected, and left with a smile and a story about spiders as an added bonus! Very pleasant doing business with this place. Will definitely return. Also, as another side note, we observed the smog check that was done, and it was by the book, so for all those other negative reviews that seem to be from the same person, disregard the abundance of bitterness that seems to be coming from misunderstanding.

Excellent service! You even get free popcorn! Felt very welcomed and it was fast! Waiting room has AC and a TV! 75 cent Soda, 50 cent water bottles. I'll be coming back to this place!

Its run by just one guy but he can get you in and out pretty quick. I had an appointment and was in and out in about half an hour. He was very pleasent to me so the people who said he was rude must have caught him on a bad day.

This guy seemed really shady from the get-go. He was rude in the waiting room, which was covered with signs telling customers that there were additional charges for just about everything and there were no refunds for anything. I sat in the waiting room for about 15 minutes and decided to go outside to use my phone, since there was a sign prohibiting them. As I was looking up other places, I chatted with a couple who were just ripped off by the guy, and they had to get another test with no refunds. I went down the street and found a place that would do it for $10 less and they were much more welcoming.

Great professional service. I was in and out in 30 minutes or less. You'll love the price too
