2nd time here...customer service was in my opinion straight forward and honest. They are Recreational vehicle friendly. Had my chevy bolt and audi Q Tron done here. The company offers discount to cash payment opposed to high credit card fees. No c/c fees for cash. They honor appointments and have a customer waiting room with bathroom available for customers. I would recommend this business for all.

Just got my windows tinted and I cannot say enough nice things about these guys! My friend from work recommended this place and I m glad he did. I made an appointment a day in advance and they were super quick to respond to my inquiry! When I got there they were super nice and explained everything to me. As a first time car own and therefore first time tinting my car they made it super easy for me to understand and pick the best tint for me and my car !

I came in this morning to get my car tinted and honestly i recommend! They have a waiting room that is super clean and nice. The staff was super friendly. The pricing is reasonable. We were literally in and out of there.

We had an excellent experience here. The staff was very helpful in answering all of our questions and we are so happy with the end result. We had our 2023 Kia's windows tinted all with the Color Stable one step below limo tint and we couldn't be happier. I'd like to go back and get the creamic added to my windshield now too. 10/10 would recommend. It was so easy to make an appointment, drop off my car on my lunch break and pick it up after work. They were kind, honest and made our decisions easy. I'm so happy with the quality of the tint. For how dark the tint is from the outside, when your sitting inside the car it's crystal clear and does not feel dark. Looking out the windows is like wearing your top notch favorite sunglasses. I was worried about visibility at night and we don't have an issue with it, it's easy to see out. The 3m on the tint came off very easy with little alcohol wipes. I'm so glad we went with the color stable over the step below called "premium" I believe. For less than $100 price increase the quality is top notch. Go in and talk to them, see the different types of tint. It's challenging to figure it out from the website but in store it's straight forward. Thank you guys. Definitely sending all our friends and family your way. It's hard to tell ftom the photos but we did not have anything added to the windshield. Definitely want to go back for the clear to be added for extra protection and decrease the heat inside.

I had someone prior tint my windows and the front passenger wasn t the best job. Called TC and was scheduled for the same day. They removed the tint and retinted the window. They did an excellent job and will return to tint the whole front windshield next!

This place is The Best literally! If you want your windows tinted right! I recommend the pro s who been in the game a long time! All three of my Wips get compliments every where I go! Ask Ralph anything , the main dude, and he ll answer any questions you got as he is very knowledgeable!

OMG I never experienced any disrespect at a business before. I made an appointment a got a quote and was promised good quality material... I showed up and the dude was on the phone wasn't i was patiently waiting.. the. He tells me to pick from the first panel on the wall I told the guy I don't like the shade I wanted one from the 4th or the 5th one . He said that would be extra I said that he had promised good material. he said that I told him my car was old and I didn't care about the quality why would anyone say that if om spending 350$ then I want good material. I was so disrespect . Never will recommend this place

WoooW! If you are looking for a place to get your windows tinted You must CHECK OUT Tint City!!! They are extremely affordable, amazing quality and not to mention there is a lifetime warranty. Carlos is SUPER AWESOME, he explained to my daughter and I in detail the different types of tints (They have a huge selection) as well as showed us samples. My daughter went with the 3M FX Premium its a shade lighter than limo tint and it looks Nissan Altima. The experience/service is so incredible, I scheduled an appt. for the very next day to get my Nissan Sentra tinted! LOOKS GREAT #NOMOREFISHBOWLS Thank you TINT CITY!!Service: Vehicle window tinting

I had a great experience here! They are extremely friendly and their prices are great! I'm extremely happy with the quality of their work and the finished product. I won't shop anywhere else for window tint when I need it in the future.

These guys are great. I own the mechanic shop down the street Car Doctors Of Loma Linda and one of my customers needed a tint. I called in at 2 PM. I spoke to a gentleman name Carlos super cool guy I have a 1999 dodge ram 2500. I needed two front windows tinted call Loza T appointment for 4 o clock. I got there at 3:30 the car was ready by 420. Excellent service. I have been getting my windows tinted since 2011 on my different vehicles. I have never had an issue with service or price and the quality of the product received is excellent. I recently got my Tesla windows tinted a week ago and they look amazing. Thanks for always being professional.

These guys are just the best, period. I've been using them for at least 15 years, and they've done at least a dozen cars for me. My wife and grown kids are using them now, too. They use the best materials (3M products; this can be substantiated by simple research), and always do an A-1 job installing. The fact that their prices are reasonable, too, is just icing on the cake.This morning I called in to make an appointment, and they took me in immediately, and processed my car incredibly quickly - I was literally back at home less than hour after I'd left!Highly recommended - I wouldn't take my cars any where else!Service: Vehicle window tinting

I am big fan of 3M products and that is why I went to this 3M dealer to tint both our cars. We went for the highest quality tint the 3M offers: Cristaline which protects against Infrared, etc up to 97%.Carlos, that manager, quoted us $900 per car which included the windshield for each car. I had them tint all my windows for $900 as quoted and my better half had her windshield and two front windows for $600 since her back windows had factory tint and Carlos said he did not have the lightest tint available to pun on the factory-tinted windows. Two days later we called him and said how about if we pay the extra $300 and get those factory tinted windows tinted with same material (as the front one which he already did) to have the UV protection? He said, your math is wrong!!! Now, it is $550 to do the rest. If this was paint, I would understand it but do not try to pass a tint film work job as if it is paint! You certainly lost repeat customers!!!

First time getting tint on my car and it was smooth. Quick to answer the phone, make the appointment and great that they also educated on the difference of the products. Came out looking great. Only suggest to have a couple chairs outside to chill while waiting. Carlos helped me out through it all.Update: after 4 full days the windows look perfect. All dried up and no bubbles or blemishes.

Paid $200 for tinting 3M for the front two windows. Came back to get it replaced because the tint was foggy, too dark and I was having difficulty looking outside when taking turns at night. Of course, they refused to replace it and instead asked me to pay for removing the old tint.I decided to keep it for now and requested them to remove the 3M logo on the tint which again the manager refused and asked me to buy rubbing alcohol and do it myself. They told me to stop by anytime to get the logo removed when I purchased the tint. Very poor experience. Try another tinting service around the area.

Wow! This place is AMAZING!So first I took my car to Sundown Window Tint in Riverside. I needed to take my old tint off and replace it. They said they would keep the car for 2/3 days. I took my car and a few hours later I get a phone call they said my tint wasn t removing like it should and I should just replace the whole back window. I didn t want to do all that so u went to pick up my car and they way they gave it back to me was HORRIBLE. My back window was half tint, half see threw. They said my tint was coming off like glitter so they didn t want to keep trying to take it off.I was disappointed that my car looked worse then what it came in as.I made an appointment with Tint City in San Bernardino and from the start, Wendy, was very friendly and looked at my car and said we ll fix this I dropped my car off and same day she called me and said it s ready I was so happy and relieved that I didn t really have to get a new window & my car looks brand new!!!I love this fast and professional service they give!!!Thank you so much Tint City!Service: Vehicle window tinting

Met David there and they did a great job on my 2021 Nissan Rogue. Excellent work and about $30 less than others for the 3M ceramic tint. No streaks or bubbles, they definitely know how to tint.

This was my first time getting tinting done here at Tint city here in Redlands. CA. Wendy took amazing care of us and gave us an amazing holiday deal for my brand new 2021 SE Corolla. After purchasing a premium tint package and 3M paint protection film in April 2014, there was some re-work required due to a difficult installation on my new car. Granted, it did take some visits to get it corrected, but Tint City did assure me that they would stand by their workmanship to ensure it was done right- and they did. I appreciate the owner's willingness to make sure I was completely satisfied with the workmanship. They went above and beyond, and in the end, a good outcome and paint protection film, backed by good a warranty. I have since replaced my original review which was posted on 7/02/15 (almost impossible to retract a google comment).

Had my windows tinted 5 percent car looks great. 3M films are the best. BMW 740i took like 3 hours.Had my last car done here, only tint shop I go for tint. By appointment is best. They have good warranty on films and craftsmanship

I took my sister car to get her windows tinted last month and her appointment was at 10am. The manager said that the car will be ready in 3 hours so I went back at 1pm and the car wasn t even ready it was still parked where they told me to leave it. So I m not going back to them anymore. The reason I trusted their work cause they tinted my car twice and my uncle truck once.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Work is very great. However the gentleman at the front desk name Carlos needs to practice his customer service a bit more! I have taken multiple cars there and he has a very dry personality with making no eye contact ever being strictly business it would be a little bit more better if he was more customer orientated.

I've never posted a review before but I decided to this time after using yelp to find tint city and having a horrible experience. First, I called to get an estimate on my car. I called many places the same day and decided on tint city based on their reviews and price. I get to the shop and they tell me they increased their quote by twenty dollars. They couldn't give me a reason other than they thought I was talking about a different car. Second, when I picked my car up I noticed they didn't do the front visor. When I asked them about it the Rep said that they didn't have the right material. I asked him why he didn't tell me that up front, or when I called looking for a tint shop, and all he could say was that he didn't check and asked why I wasn't happy. I felt like he completely missed the point that I called around to find a shop that could do all of the work. Third, I noticed while driving away that their are bubbles behind my tint. Buyers beware

Fantastic work, great prices and excellent quality. We went in on Saturday with no appointment and we were out in 2 hours, he even upgraded our tint at no charge because he was running out of the tint we wanted. Will take all my vehicles here from now on instead of that shitty Tint Factory down the street.
