This is my 2nd visit and I walked in with what I thought was a coupon for smog services. I was kindly informed that it was for another business. I had called and was given a phone quote of $50. I was fine to proceed at that rate and signed off on the smog. The friendly gentleman who assisted me, generously provided a discount on services which was greatly appreciated, especially after I was thinking I had a 15$ off coupon. 2nd great experience.Car was done in 10 min or less.And a fun/personable side note: sounds like a couple of the staff are great whistlers! Lol

Very friendly and professional. They have a really good coupon for smog check available. While inspecting my car found a brake issue that they were able to take care of.

12/15/23: My daughter s car needed a smog check, so I shopped around online and chose Star Smog Pros Auto Repair in Loma Linda. They had a great coupon and sounded very friendly over the phone. They noticed that the main belt was badly worn and showed me the problem. It was a legitimate issue and I appreciate them pointing it out. I had them replace it. Along the way they discovered another issue and showed me what it was. The motor mount was worn out and was causing a lot of vibration. Again, an important issue that needed to be fixed, so I asked them to take care of that, too. Gaining access to replace the belt also freed up a number of engine parts that would have needed to be removed to replace the motor mount. Tony offered me a discount for labor because of this. These people are very professional, friendly, and honest. My first visit to this shop and they won me over big time!

I was able to stop in last minute for a quick smog check and it went so smooth! Service was quick, staff were pleasant, and I was in and out with paperwork submitted to the DMV in about 20 minutes. I ll be coming back next time my smog is due!

I brought in my RAV4 and they took my vehicle right in diagnosed and told me how long it s going to take to fix. Very descent price. The front reception guy was very professional and courteous. From now this is my repair shop for all my vehicle needs. I recommend 100%.

Here for Star Smog Check. They were very nice with a smile while helping me out. Comfortable waiting area with good lighting and comfy couches. Smog check only took 20min and I passed with flying colours!They also offer a 10% discount with a review. Any way to save money is great!Highly recommend this placeService: Smog certification

Was not the experience I had hoped and not the 5 star experience I received when I first submitted my rating. The whole process took just over an hour and a half for a simple smog check service. An hour had already gone by and my car still hadn t been pulled into the garage. They had quoted me under a half hour when I first arrived. I only received the 10% discount because of the initial 5 star rating I gave before my services were even started. Won t be returning here for any kind of services whatsoever and do not recommend to anyone unless you don t have anywhere to be and have all the patience in the world.

Showed up unannounced and was tended to immediately, even got 10% to write this review :). The 3 stars are only because I did not have time to research the going rates etc. Place is clean and appeR to be knowledgeable and also se habala espanol. The cost quoted w/o discount was $55 for a pick up truck. Thanks STAR.

Really helpful gentlemen at the shop, I got a flat tire nearby and they were able to give me some advice on getting the car to the shop & source the correct tire for the vehicle. Can t thank them enough for their expertise and assistance

I absolutely recommend this shop, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are very reasonable as well. Oh and the waiting room smells wonderful not like a machanic shop. Very pleasant experience.
