If you re looking for a car, you want an excellent, low pressure dealer experience this is the place for you. Every person I encountered there was kind, courteous, and professional. Like Mazda itself, the dealership staff was driver centered. Marcelino, the salesman I had the pleasure of working with, was focused on my needs and provided a very open and transparent sales experience. He went to bat for me and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted out of my car buying journey. Without a shadow of a doubt, I will return to this dealership when I m ready to make my next purchase, and I ll recommend them to anyone who asks! Don t waste your time at other dealerships, visit Spreen Mazda and walk away a happy customer for life.

I purchased a cx5 about 3-4 months ago. The car runs fine so far. My biggest complaint is the gas consumption. I was told it gets about 360 miles on city driving on a full tank. This is false, I only get about 160 miles on a full tank on city driving. Why such a discrepancy? This is out right falsification. Also, I don't understand why the passenger front tire is wearing out faster than the rest. I am sick and tired of lies from these auto makers! These cars are not cheap...$564.00 a month! These companies should be held accountable for ripping off the public. Lie after lie....so sick of it!!!Here is an update to my review....after I wrote the review and after they replied...lo and behold my fuel range all of a sudden went from 160 miles on a full tank to 300....I wonder how they did that especially after I was spending $40 plus a day. I still have issues with the tires especially the 2 front tires. The one on the passenger side is wearing out faster that the rest and now the driver side front tire is shredding. I was told they were 45,000 mile tires. But after 15,000 miles they are crapping out. These are SAFETY issues and mazda needs to address this.

I was very satisfied by the customer service by my point of contact Philip Guest. Organized, polite & professional. The turn around time by your mechanic(s) was very good.Loaner provided was a nice touch and appreciated.Only suggestion I d make is provide a loaner that what entice the customer to think about their next Mazda purchase.Great job all around!

To say my experience was amazing is an understatement. Marcelino was very kind and helpful, making the whole process seamless. He made sure I was truly happy with my new car and was also persistent about answering any questions I had to ensure that I was informed about all of the features. I really appreciated all of his support and patience.If I ever need to purchase another vehicle I will definitely consider Mazda just so I can come back to this location.

Adrian and Jimmy were perfect sales people. Adrian was extremely professional and answered all of my questions. She was very patient and helped me find the perfect car for me. She dealt with my dad's little quirky comments (sorry about that). Jimmy got me the perfect deal, he was respectful and did his very best to find me a price that worked within my budget. I would definitely recommend my friends to them.

Excellent service department at Spreen Mazda. The technicians made sure that the problem is resolved before returning the car. They did not hesitate on giving a courtesy vehicle when the repair is taking more than a day. Spreen Mazda always made sure that the customer is happy. I would highly recommend taking your car there for service.

I brought my car in for some repairs. Philip was the associate I worked withand he was excellent. I can't say enough good things about him. I had my young son with me for dropoff and pickup. Philip offered and was quick to help transfer items, including a car seat, from my vehicle to the loaner car. He kept me well informed at all times and was very pleasant to work with.

I m extremely satisfied with my service experience at SPREEN Mazda. Both Bill and Phillip are very courteous, knowledgeable and readily willing to help. I m satisfied my vehicle has been professionally repaired with genuine Mazda parts and returned to me in original running order. My fianc� and I went in to look at a CX-30 and had the most smooth experience ever! Marcelino was super helpful and informative, and really made sure that we were happy with our new vehicle. Dario Mendez was excellent to work through the numbers over email, phone, text which made the process much easier! Avoiding the annoying haggling of the typical dealership experience. They agreed to a fair price on every level. I did not purchase the extended warranty because it was not a manufacturer warranty, and it is not rated high. but other than that the entire experience was 5 stars

We had a great experience leasing a new CX-30 from Spreen Mazda. We did the model selection, pricing online with Matt and Wyatt. We also did the test drive and confirmed print and options with Matt and Wyatt. They were both easy to work with and very flexible in meeting our requirements. Jose in Finance was also great to work with. He explained the terms and answered all of our questions and was very quick in helping us finalize the deal. All in all, my wife and I are very happy with how we were treated and happy to have a new Mazda.

Phillip was very nice and informative. Learned he s been with Mazda for 8 years. Simple and to the point. Fist time with Mazda dealership. I go to my own mechanic but may consider Mazda for service as well.

Philip is really great, professional and I appreciate how they take time to explain what maintenance needs to be done realistically and honestly, versus what can wait. Phillip was my service guy during our visit, he is friendly and helped me out a lot. The dealer is really nice, the waiting area has so many seat options. They even have charging stations for electronics. Staff is friendly and checked in if we were all right, letting us know about the complementary drinks and snacks. I definitely recommend this dealership.

I get my 2016 car serviced here every time I need it, and they re always great. They don t try to upsell me and are quick and efficient. The waiting area is nice and relaxing with WiFi and charging stations if you need to get work done.

This Mazda dealership is a dream to do business at. Normally, buying a car can be considered an exhausting and overwhelming process. My husband and I have had two amazing car buying experiences from start to finish at this location. We worked with multiple staff at this location over the years and it is evident that they prioritize quality customer service as well as having pride in the products they sell. Great people, and I got a very good deal from two states away (NM) on a used, one-owner, very-low-mileage 2017 GMC Terrain (in amazingly like-new condition!). I flew in and drove it home to NM.Pre-sale, Eziquiel answered all my questions, sent pictures/videos, set up the deal with the sales manager (Matt), and arranged an Uber to pick me up at the local airport (ONT/LA). Daisy was the one who met me there when I arrived. She showed me the car, went with me on the test drive, and took care of some of the behind-the-scenes leg work as I waited for the car to be prepped for me to take it home. Both Daisy and Eziquiel were very helpful and pleasant. Matt gave me a free full tank of gas (half tank is their usual policy on used cars) without my asking because I was driving so far. Overall, it was a very nice buying experience there.

Purchased a Mazda CX-30 yesterday at this dealership. I initially inquired through their website and Ezequiel promptly emailed me to schedule an in-person visit. I informed Ezequiel that I would need a Spanish speaking salesperson and it was accommodated appropriately.Ezequiel showed me various CX-30 models and I found the perfect car I was looking for.We negotiated over the price and the sales manager Jimmy came in to close the sale. Staysi was also able to speak spanish throughout the financing process which was a plus.Overall a great customer service experience beginning to end. If I m in the market for another Mazda, I ll be sure to stop by and have Ezequiel and Jimmy help me out.
