Jesse our sales rep and Sylvia our finance manager are amazing. Extremely helpful and very honest in the pricing and fees. Letting us make the decision on our own and not trying to sell us any extra stuff or promising a certain price and then coming back with a different number because so and so changed or this or that. We dreaded having to go shopping for a new car because of the sales tactics that we are used to getting. This was really a Helpul Honda Helpers experience.

We bought a CRV Sport L Hybrid from here. Good price but bad mark-ups/ added charges!We (me & my wife) love the salesperson Tom Mac & he made our experience easy & fast. He understood our need & provided an outstanding support & delivery. But, we are frustrated with the huge communication gap between the management & the finance officer. Or maybe that's the way.. The price they charged & ad-up for the aftermarket installing is a reap off! Right after we left the dealership because I was not willing to pay what they charged extra for the aftermarket security system installation, they called us back agreeing my offer that I asked. But, I didn t get what I agreed for; which is the security system.. They took it off & instead we were told to pay an amount of $500 just for the upgraded/ premium door guard..! We agreed but later on got to know that, the door guard sticker costs only a few bucks. That's a frustrating experience.But, my wife loved the CRV Sport L Hybrid & all the features it has and she signed it all.. Anyway, I suggest you all will check out the non factory installations added on top of the actual vehicle price before making the decision to buy & before meet the finance officer.Over all I'll still rate them 3 stars for not adding a dealers mark-up price like other nearby car dealerships. I'll update my review after I have my first complimentary first service.

My personal experience was surprisingly Amazing !!!It actually went so well and moved surprisingly quick. I knew my scores weren t the best but even so I was given the BEST deal. The monthly payment I asked for was what they gave me I felt relaxed at all time. Celeste was very knowledgeable in all areas of Honda. This is my first Honda and she explained all the features, details and pricing to satisfy me.Finance dept went just smooth all the details were explained perfectly, no added costs my defenses immediately went down and I felt confident with this major purchase I will definitely recommend Spreen Honda. I went to Spreen Honda after my tire pressure indicator showed low pressures. There was a nail in one tire, and they were able to patch it and have my car back to me in about 35 minutes. I was impressed! Friendly service and very professional!

Great service, not pushy they really hear what you like & what it is you really want. Best experience buying a car. Last dealership I dealt with was Mercedes and Hondas customer service blew them out of the water. Tanner M was amazing will definitely use him in my future buys!

My brother was referred to Julian, and we were assured that he was trustworthy. My brother was interested in purchasing a used car, but Julian persistently pressured him to purchase a new one, disregarding his requests. Ultimately, my brother's loan application was denied. We visited another dealership where he was approved for a loan, but we were informed that the Honda dealership had run his credit six times, negatively impacting his credit score. We were shocked and disappointed, as we had trusted Julian. I do not recommend his services due to his unprofessional conduct. When we requested a copy of the credit report, our request was ignored. We will not be returning to this dealership

The people there are very courteous and gentle. They took great care of my car. There were a couple of times when my car did not require a fix and they did not charge me anything at all.The only downside is that while the parts from Honda can be expensive, the labor charge is also very high at the place. Nonetheless, you know you are getting uber quality service for the money you paid. So, that s the tradeoff.Overall: Very good experience.

I noticed that my engine light started late Saturday night. I appreciate the fact that I can set up an appointment online when the call center is closed. There was a line of cars that made reservations as well as walk ins. Someone addressed me within the first 30 minutes and helped me with the issue. Vince kept me up to date with what was going on with my car via text. I was able to pay for the service online prior to picking up my car. When I arrived, all I had to do is check back in with Vince and get my paperwork. I paid $189 to diagnose the issue. There is a waiting area for customers. I cannot comment on it since I did not use it. i will definitely use Spreen Service again.

I inquired recently for a new vehicle; I was going to trade in my current one. I was well aware of going into a new purchase with negative equity, due to only having my current vehicle for seven months.When calling this dealership in the beginning of the week, I was gracefully greeted by the receptionist with the words along the lines of Thank you for calling Spreen Honda, where you ll have the best buying experience. I live in LA so I preferred having an estimate before going in. After getting an estimate via email, the numbers were out of my budget.A few days later being yesterday I thought coming in would show a bigger commitment and would get me a better deal. After working out somewhat of a better deal I decided to commit to buying the new vehicle. The last step was to wait for finance to call me in to sign paperwork. After 40 more minutes for finance to call me in, the sales rep tells me he was sorry but the bank was not approving the deal due to negative equity and will call me tomorrow with how much more down payment they want from me.After shaking my hand and getting me worked up telling me the car was going to be washed and prepped for me and all was left was to sign the paperwork, I left without the vehicle. Having multiple experiences with purchasing other vehicles have I ever experienced locking in a deal and then told the bank was not approving the deal.It s not a 1-star review due to the positive attitude Jacob (Sales Rep) had. He had a long 11-hour day when I arrived; I m sure Brandon (General Sales Manager) did too. Nothing against them; they re just employees, and everyone has faults, but a 2-star for the poor communication and misleading information.

Had a great experience as always with the service department. Ramy Hasaballa is always great to work with and very helpful. He doesn t make you feel like you need a lot of extras, he is honest and straight forward. I enjoy taking my car there and will continue to do business with Spreen Honda.

Absolutely loved the experience here. Starting from Stevie who does her job exceptionally, was kind, warm, and welcoming. Stacy in the finance office and jimmy, the manager. Everyone was very kind and considerate. I never felt pressured to make any decisions or purchases I was not comfortable with. I felt as though they went above and beyond to make the experience a good one for us and I am so glad I purchased a new car with them.

Antoni and the manager John were so helpful! Both were very insightful and thoughtful. Every question I had was answered and broken down until I understood. I recommend this place for anyone trying to get into a Honda! Antoni gave me some tips and tricks that I had no idea about. I ended up walking out with a brand new 2024 Honda accord! What a success! I took my Honda for a recall issue. Easy on line appointment - texted me a confirmation. Dropped off a little early and received several texts regarding my car during the day. Picked up and my car looked so clean. Tires were checked and maintenance was checked also. Friendly and quick. Si nice to have such great service.

Disappointed at their work. I bought my vehicle here and been taking it for service to ensure I get proper work done. Trusted their work up until I took it in for a oil leak. I paid for a thorough inspection and they provided a visual inspection they were not able to find the problem with the vehicle. I went home notice the oil leak a few months later only because I decided to take my vehicle for a drive. (It's not my daily driver only drive it about a mile here and there) I started smelling burnt rubber I decided to look inside my hood and notice more oil leaking I decided to take pictures wash the engine and clean off all the oil well the next day I hear a whining noise and notice my car jerkong and feels difficult to drive almost like I had the brake on. We'll I pull over and notice alot of oil coming from bottom of car near my driver wheel smells like transmission oil( I serviced my vehicle back in 2023 for transmission should I not get warranty on the service provided from dealer? They did not want to take responsibility for it) I decided to tow it to spreen honda and they still couldn't figure out the oil leakage from inside hood but someone suggested it could possibly be a valve so I went ahead and had them service that but then I had the transmission issue. We'll a sensor they provide was defective now I need to replace it and perform transmission service again but wanted to charge almost $900 for that service I believe they should of covered that as warranty when the transmission service was done but they did not want to cover any service but deduct $85 dollars to a work that would cost $1200 dollars. I believe all this could of been prevented if only they would do a thorough inspection as I stated and paid for. Very disappointed with their work and communication. Almost felt like because I was a female they think I do not know what I am talking about.

Better than most dealerships I have gone to recently. Quick and courteous. Didn't have to spend hours in negotiations. Finance works with you to get the best interest rates. Ask for Tom Mac he's the man. He will treat you right and not like another business transaction. Would have given 5 stars but I only received half a tank of gas instead of a full tank and when I mentioned it I was told new cars get a full tank and used cars get only half a tank. That's odd to me because I just dropped almost 40k on a vehicle. Overall great experience.

Went in for a recall notice and oil change. Glen was kind and gave me the run down on what other services my car needed and didn t pressure me into getting a service I didn t want that visit. However I did have my tires rotated and the next day my low pressure warning came on telling me to calibrate TPMS settings so now I need to make another trip out there (I do not live close to that dealership, I live in Orange County, only went there because I was visiting my mom in Redlands) and waste my very limited free time when it only should have been one trip.

My husband and I went to the Honda dealership located in Loma Linda. For starters we both liked the ideal that the sales reps was not like like vultures. They gave us time to look over several cars and discussing among each other before approaching us. We had are mind set on to vehicles, the rep answered all our questions and offered information that we didn't even know. Which helped us to make a wise decision, we told the sales rep our decision on which vehicle we wanted he offered us to do take a test drive. I asked if we can see if we can qualify first. He agreed, he met us back at a desk a few minutes later and said that we qualify for the loan. We went over the numbers, which the monthly amount us too high for us to considered. He went back and forth with Tom Mac, trying to make the payments reasonable for us. They really did try to meet a number that would work for us, but unfortunately wasn't able to. Tom suggested another vehicle thay my husband and I wad interested in. So again he went back to work with numbers that would work for us, which we were very happy with. At this point we took the vehicle out for a test run, and we were very happy with the vehicle in all aspects. I want to give a big shot out for rep. that helped us and to Tom Mac. They were very helpful and very professional, they didn't pressure us in any way into purchasing the vehicle. The process of the paperwork didn't take too long, I want to say that the whole process didn't take to long. We were in and out of the dealership about 3 and a half hours with a new vehicle, a big difference since the last time I purchased a vehicle. Thank you very much for making this experience a very memorable one and I will recommend friends and family to this particular dealership, because not always do you received excellent service and the Honda dealership in Loma Linda does give excellent service.

Literally the worse place to go to! Let's start off with the managers, starting off with Kelly.He is such a Ahole he feels entitled or something and he has the worst ego ever! He really needs to humble himself because that's how we will lose way more clients in the future.John is next he himself so unprofessional he will literally talk down on you and belittle you as if your a child.Walking in was so weird it took a while to be greeted by anyone! Then when I finally was they kept passing me off to everyone. No one could help me I told them the exact car I wanted and still no one could help me. Without trying to rap me for all my money, they are ridiculous trying to OVER charge me $8000 on add onsTheir online prices are way cheaper but when you go in they try and tell you it's way more!I will NEVER BE GOING HERE AGAIN

Got my oil change and they didn t tighten the oil drain plug which caused my car to dump all the oil while I m in the middle of the desert. If this review is still up that means they haven t rectified the problem they potentially caused to my engine. Photo attached is the invoice I received when I got my car diagnosed after towing it out of the desert. Also please note they ask for good reviews in exchange for free services done on your car.I will remove review when they fix the issues there negligence caused.

Took my van in at reservation time, done within the time frame they projected. Love Nonie, the shuttle driver, for shuttle service provided. A little tricky to do online reservations for service, never know if works so always call to confirm when I don t get text or email confirmation timely. The maintenance cost was outrageous but probably to better elsewhere and hope mechanics are paid well. All good see Spreen again in 6000 miles.

I'll begin by saying that everyone at the Honda at Loma Linda is very kind and helpful, have not had a bad experience with customer service. My review is based on what I was charged to repair my car, I was charged $482.50 to fix a part that cost me $6.99. Although I do understand that labor has to be charged I walked away a little uneasy with how much it ended up costing me. I went to two local auto repair shops and asked for a quote on what the diagnosis/repair/parts/labor would have cost me and the price was drastically different. Both advised me I was heavily overcharged and scammed. I know the employees do not set the prices so this is not on them, but I do think Loma Linda Honda definitely tries to up charge as much as possible. I definitely suggest taking your car to an outside auto shop for service for smaller repairs, they get genuine Honda parts and do not up charge as much. It'll save you a couple of hundred of dollars for the same repair. Don't get taken advantage of. I attached a photo of the cost, personal information was blacked out for safety.
